I am so grateful that I found this clinic. My 3 yr old pug became very ill on a Saturday morning and I called them at 8am and they got her right in. She needed surgery that coming Monday due to pyometra and they took such amazing care of her. Dr Yelen stayed in contact with me over the weekend (even on his day off) which I appreciated so much. It showed me how much he really cares and how supportive he is. They kept me informed, updated and kindly/patiently tolerated my crazy behavior, I was VERY worried, stressed and upset. Words can't explain how much I appreciate everything they did for my precious pug. Just an absolutely amazing staff!!

Let me preface this with I have not taken my pet into this clinic, my experience is limited to ordering food. I have not dealt with any of the Vets. I ordered prescription cat food from them twice both times with issue. The first time I ordered but never received a call that my food was available. Finally I called back and apparently no one could read the hand writing of the receptionist who took the order and couldn't make out my phone number to call me. Mistakes happen, no big deal. Second time I place an order, I have to follow up 8 days later and am told they don't have my food and there's no record of my order. It's blamed on a new receptionist. On top of not having my food, I'm told I need to pay up front before they can replace my order because I'm not a client despite the fact the 2 previous times I've ordered it wasn't an issue. Immediately after losing my order is not a good time to ask for money. I hope the rest of the clinic is more well organized than the receptionists.

Amazing service and very caring staff. I wouldn't have my pets taken anywhere else. Dr. Yellen is one of the most competent and professional veterinarians I have been to and there's been quite a few. He knows what he is doing and truely cares about the animals he is working with. If he isn't able to help with your pets problem he always knows who to go to. All staff here are absolutely wonderful to talk to and all prices are extremely fair for services rendered. Thank you Dr. Yellen for keeping my pets healthy for more than 10 years now!

Just took my two kittens to the clinic and could not be happier. The vet was so knowledgable and you could truly tell just how much he loves cats. The receptionists were so helpful and were so excited to meet my kitties. You could definitely feel the love and admiration towards animals that everyone working there had. Vet was very thorough with explaining everything he did to the kittens and checked for. Could not have picked a better clinic to take my fur babies to. High recommend to anyone who has some feline friends!

Wonderful caring vet and staff! They do everything in their power to make your pet feel comfortable and calm. They always call to check on any issues you might have had and are just all around great people. I have never had a dog that wags his tail in excitement to go to the vet, but these guys have my boy wanting to go back constantly (ok that's probably a lie... but he doesn't mind going)! I used to live on the same end of town as the clinic which is why we go there now, however for the past 6 years I drive across town to see Dr. Yelen because I legitimately trust the guy! You should too!

Dr. Yelen and all of the staff are amazing. It is very clear that he truly loves animals and cares about every aspect of their well-being. He is very clear about why he does and doesn't do things and even opts out of things that he says aren't truly necessary for our situation when other vets probably would have done them anyway because it would cost us more money. I had a really difficult time when my cat had to bright to an emergency veer office and Dr. Yelen called me to go through what was happening to him there and after we had to unfortunately put the cat down they sent us a card and he even talked with me about it over Facebook messenger which was the greatest comfort I ever could have asked for. I would recommend (and have in the past) Pine Valley Animal Clinic to any and everyone.

Love this place, just a small shelter tucked away that needs all the help it can get. Have had 2 rescues from this shelter, the staff are excellent and you can tell the relationships they have with the animals they truly care for. Don't buy ... rescue !

Had a good experience with all three of my cats, they are easygoing and knowledgable. Pleasent to deal with. You can tell they want the best for your pet. My kitten was sick when I got her, had an ulcer on her eye because of it, the vet made sure to check for damage, offer treatment and it's completely cleared up! For my older cats they've helped manage their weight and dental health, even offering puzzle feeders and dental food to try for free. Additionally, they've called to check up on my kitten after shots to make sure she's ok. I've had bad experiences with vets in the last where it's clear they didn't care about the animals, not the case here. I'm glad I chose this to be her vet.
