Sent away a pet in pain. My pet had a bleeding, bulging hole in his eye, I called ahead to them, and drove there in anticipation they would see him, as we were regular clients. Arriving at 8am, we called from the parking lot and they turned us down for any help! Being told "Your regular vet will be going sugery and the other vet is booked". I was a previous vet-assistant and asked "How about a drop-off appointment with pain meds for now and a more detailed look later"? However, I was sent away. Blessed another clinic treated him promty and us kindly by 9am this morning. I won't be back.

This clinic received 2 stars only because their techs were exceptional with my dog on a previous occasion. I’m starting to realize that the this pet clinics is about antiquated trap sales style, they won’t tell you the price until the procedure is being done. My dog needs a allergy shot for seasonal allergies, he gets itchy, I called the clinic told them the name of the medication, how much my dog weighs, and the seriousness of the reactions he deals with.... Northside vet clinic refused to give me a price saying he needed an exam first, I asked for a ballpark and they wouldn’t give it. I found out soon after what a neighbour with a similar bulldog paid at Northside and it was more than double what clinics less than an hour from Lethbridge have quoted me (Over the phone). I’ll give my business to the transparent vendor ????????‍♂️

I have been a customer at Northside Veterinary for almost 20 years. Although their staff has changed over the years, their committment to the care of animals has only gotten stronger and more skilled. They are very caring, very careful to not stress my cats, do not overmedicate yet provide the latest high quality medications as needed. Highly recommend them.

I've been dealing with Northside Vet for 20 yrs. They always give me great, personal service, and I trust them. Lethbridge vets charge more than neighbouring communities and I wish that wasn't the case, but the convenience of staying in Lethbridge and the relationships and trust I've built with their staff always keep me coming back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for caring, trustworthy veterinary services.

Not letting someone in to say goodbye to their dying pet without a QR code is disgusting. This is a terrible policy. QR Codes do not belong in a vet office.

Northside Vet has looked after generations of my dogs and cats, and also the pets of my family members. We have always felt that we could rely on them for not only routine procedures but more important, for emergencies when a cool head under pressure was paramount. I was supported in decisions about care and even better they took the time to educate me about the course of treatment. There's more...our family owned Pet Parade from 1978 to 2014 and for many years we were neighbours of Northside Vet. The clinic not only served our own pets but dealt with an interesting array of diverse problems unique to a pet store. They never once let us down. I know it's not easy to walk in their shoes at times...don't know how well I would deal with multiple euthanasias in a day...and it would take its toll. Please remember this and be patient and grateful for how hard they work.

Amazing and caring clinic! We brought our 4 pound chihuahua here for a check up and spay and I couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism! We are keeping this clinic as our go to clinic. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The front staff and vets are so kind and they all go above and beyond to help you and let you know that your pets are in good hands. Their communication and advice before bringing your pet in is more that I have ever received from past vets. They aren't in it for the money.
