I was so so impressed with the service I received at Coulee Vet Clinic. I had an emergent situation with my cat on a Saturday and was trying desperately to find a place that would see him as my regular vet clinic was closed. They fit me in, and, from the moment I met Mindy I knew Asher was in good hands. Dr. Barry was so excellent as well and very thorough. Asher recieved fluids and they send us home with a couple prescriptions, and the price was very fair. The clinic is brand new and clean and I was all around impressed. I would bring all 3 of my cats here in a heartbeat if I didn't live outside of Lethbridge (2 of the cats get terribly sick in the car, so the drive is not great). Asher is healthy and happy again! ☺️:)

Absolutely amazing team. The staff is a breath of fresh air and so friendly and professional. My cat hates leaving the house and hates new spaces but they managed to make her comfortable in the short time she was there. They even got a cute first time at coulee vet picture.

I would highly recommend Coulee Vet to anyone, as they are the most caring & thorough veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I also recently had my 1.5 year old great dane spayed here and they did an amazing job, they really treated my dog like one of their own. I can call them with any question and I'm always met with kindness and patience!

We moved to Highlands recently and I was looking for a vet on the west side. I was torn between Coulee and Highlands Pet Hospital (which ironically was just 5 minutes walk from my condo), but keep hearing good things about this clinic from Facebook; both in term of service and the value of said service. And boy am I glad we made the trip, they have one of the friendliest and most welcoming clinic staff I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Everything from the start of the appointment process as a new patient all the way to billing was done in an absolutely cordial way. It definitely doesn't feel like a business transaction. I absolutely adored the extra welcome they're doing by taking a picture of your fur friends for their clinic if you're a new patient. As well as addressing all my questions and concerns about our new addition. Being a new pet guardian can be daunting but they never once made it seems like I'm asking a silly question. Add those to the fact on the fair fee they're charging, that even with the cost of my Uber added to the trip (round trip), I still come out ahead. Thanks for taking care of us and welcoming us to the family, Coulee Clinic. See you guys next time, Lucky & Arya.

Extremely friendly staff!! Right from the phone call to book to the actual visit, the service was wonderful. I’m very pleased with their staff! The building is brand new and well kept! They support local which is always great. ie. local photography of dogs in our coulees hung around their clinic And most importantly, they were super great with my fur baby! It was just a routine check up but they handled my dog with good care. They’ve only been open a short while and are currently doing a small discount on your bill when you post about them on social media! All in all, I was thoroughly pleased with our visit today.

Clipped our sensitive to multiple people dogs nails with the vet and two tech I think and only a little urine and they were kind enough to advise in how to care for our dogs nail that came off earlier that week and due to budget couldn't bring her in for the $70 or so exam but the vet advised regardless snd gave a tip which I wasn't charged for. And they were kind to my sweet son.

The last 3 vets I went to were unable to trace the cause of my dog's chronic ear infection, and instead of taking the issue seriously those other vets tried to just sell me expensive food. These vets though, they listened to me, took the issue seriously, and traced the source of the problem in just one visit (plus a follow up). They solved a problem which seriously affects my dog's quality of life, and they were polite, professional, and reasonably priced while they did it. They have my business forever.

I did a lot of research into finding just the right vet for our new puppy. All the reviews I had read about Coulee Vet are true. Friendly knowledgeable staff and Dr Barry is awesome. I had noticed blood in our new puppies stool and Dr Barry and the team got him in right away and got the issue resolved and a course of action all set up. Anytime I have a question they have no problem taking the time to help me. We recently had our puppy neutered and the whole process from quote to operation was amazing. All the staff is so caring and always happy. I mean what Vet office checks on how your puppy is doing the next day after every visit!

This clinic is so friendly and so caring for both customer and client. Got in for an appt with such short notice and was WELL taken care of. Very thorough with detail on administering medication and they even called the next day for a check up to see how the client was responding to the meds. Very pleased with the service and first visit stop in.
