Edit: I hope there's been improvements since my original review. I'm keeping my op, in case it hasn't changed. Some time ago I took my dog in for an ear infection and the floors were filthy. However, the front desk and vet were very friendly and helpful so I decided to come back later for a teeth cleaning. When I picked my dog up he was practically comatose from the anesthetic full in effect. It was not a very good experience. My in-laws brought in their sick cat and the cat was left in a crate all day to sit in its own stool.

-Vet said neutering procedure would take an hour, four hours later the surgery was complete, i wasnt even notified the surgery was still going. -Took my dog to this vet and told him my dog was sick, paid for the checkup vet dismissed the matter, had to return the next day and pay for checkup again since my dog was even sicker (miss diagnosis) -Vet provided cone after neutering that was the wrong sized, when asked for money back or to exchange the for another size vet refused..

BEWARE DONOT GO TO BRIDGE PET HOSPITAL EVER. On March 21 ,2020 at 10:00 My daughter call NOKA and they recommended to call Bridge Pet Hospital .She had an appointment to have her 1.5 year old healthy cat spayed. Dropped cat off at 10:00 and at 12:30 vet called and said he gave her anesthesia and it never took so he gave her another round of anesthesia and her heart stopped. He said he tried to revive her but my daughter has a DEAD CAT. On arrival vet changed his story ..now saying he only gave her anesthesia once .BULL he was covering his own malpractice . LIAR LIAR LIAR LIAR LIAR LIAR LIAR LIAR Read reviews he is a terrible vet and should NOT be killing animals. My daughters DEAD cat had its stomach shaved ??? when did this happen isnt it to be done after pet is asleep , so not to stress them out ??? and he said she was never asleep JUST DEAD. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE VET GET ANOTHER JOB YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT THIS.

Extremely poor service my little kitten went in to get spayed, came home in a coma seizures. Called the dr he did not offer any help or advice. He said if she needed to be put down that he would do it at no charge just to give him a call at anytime. I called on Sunday her pain seizures cryies Howls was unbearable to her. Now he tells me that it's going to be another 150 $ to put her down. I live on a small pension already spent hundreds poor kitty had to suffer die in agony. I requested her medical documents and they were filled with lies and inaccuracies. He put in false information to cover his poor veterinarian practices.

I'm giving two starts because of the receptionist she was so nice and great with my dog but the vet didn't even touch my dog cause he was growling maybe this guy shouldn't be dealing with dogs if he's scared of them!! Take a lesson from ur receptionist she got down to his level and let him smell her and he was fine after that.the vet didn't even touch my dog even after he was muzzled my bf and I did his job for him and got charged for him to look at my dog from a distance

Great place. We got our 18 month GSD spayed recently. Dr. Rohith and his team did a great job. No complications at all. Our dog is doing great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had my cat spayed today, and was pleased with the results. The vet was professional and answered all of my questions. The appointment was at 1:00, and at 2:30 I received a call from the vet that everything went smooth and I could pick her up and take her home. It's now 8:37 and my cat is doing great. Thanks!

I have taken 3 cats here. The prices are good and the vet seems to know what he is doing. I would recommend him. Nothing bad to say.

The vet and staff took care of our dog and did a nice job with him. The reason we started to use Bridge pet was that we didn’t want to drive back and forth to Taber it was just a hassle. With that being said we have decided to go back to Taber for future veterinary care the costs are far more reasonable. The last procedure we had done to compare was half the cost. Thanks to Bridge pet for helping us out.

Horrible quality of care for my senior persian... "physical exams" performed without even touching the cat, and medications received for a simple UTI infection were inadequate... after months of her infection not clearing up, numerous ridiculous "re-examination" fees in dealing with the reoccuring problem, and developing serious additional health problems as a result, we switched to Northside Veterinary Clinic and never looked back. My cat's health has drastically rebounded since the switch.
