There are no words to explain to you how incredible the team is at Paws & Claws Animal Hospital. We first took our cat Jazzy there in 2019, for her first check-up in what seemed like years, and they were so welcoming and accommodative to the fact that she is not a fan of the vets and booking us in first thing when they opened. Very friendly and caring staff, and we got to experience just how friendly and caring they all are this past August when our beloved Jazzy passed away at the age of 21. She had a stroke in the night and they took her in right away. They made the process of deciding what to do and how to proceed much easier than we could have ever imagined possible. It's not easy losing a pet, especially one that has been with you the majority of your life. They explained the process of euthanasia, shared experiences of have gone through the process themselves with their own pets, and made the decision easier knowing that Jazzy would no longer be in pain. Jazzy ended up passing away in her sleep the night before she was to go in to be euthanized and the Paws & Claws Team were so supportive when it came time for us to take her in and assisting with all the preparations for her cremation. When we picked up her ashes a week later, the presentation was absolutely beautiful and the company they work with went above an beyond. There will be a day when we bring another kitty into our home and when that day comes we will always take him or her to Paws & Claws Animal Hospital! Thank you all so much for everything you did for me and my family! We would not have been able to go through what we did without all of you! :)

With my mom's referral we have now taken our last 2 cats here. Staff are friendly, knowledgable, clinic is spotless & most of all they take tremendous care of their furry clients ????????. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paws & Claws to anybody!!! :)

I have been bringing my fur babies to see Doc Sue for over 15 years.....ever since she set up shop in Murrayville. Jen, Val, Gwen and all the other docs and staff are truly amazing people the way they care for animals and the humans they own. I have shared both extremely happy and exceptionally sad moments with Sue and the rest of the Ladies. They will be taking care of my fur babies as long as we are all here. Been bringing our Beagle to Paws and Claws since he was a puppy, about 3 years. Dr. Searle has always been great with us, very attentive and caring. We moved to Chilliwack from Langley but will continue to make the trek to this vet because we think they are great. Front desk staff is also very welcoming and friendly, highly recommended!

My rating is based on an unfortunate situation in which there was a huge lack of sensitivity around the euthanizing of my sweet cat. Due to such I could no longer take my other cat there. I must say though that Melanie (front desk) is so compassionate and I know if she had been working that day things would have gone differently. It's taken me a long time to even write this review as the experience was emotionally very upsetting for me. Aug. 26/20 Just to add now that Paws & Claws has responded to my review, I have gotten the front desk person's name wrong (it is Gwen) as I know my review is about the correct animal hospital. I do appreciate the response and will respond to the email address given.

My mother and father took their dogs to Paws and Claws. Loved them. I took my little dog to them until he was 14 and had cancer. They made his passing so gentle. I now have a 12 yr. old rescue dog. They take great care of her.Love all the girls there.

This is a small lovely office with super staff who are always ready to help. The doctors are gentle and caring as well. Free parking and easy access is a bonus. My dog is a handful but is treated kindly and with respect. Love the staff...did I say that already?

Amazing...I should have written this long ago. My dog Lucky went here from adoption in 04 thru approx 2016 with a gap and ending due to two moves by me. Dr Lomond- spelling- and staff are always amazing. The intangibles in my dealings are 10 out of 10 plus. Val Gwen Jenn etc are great. Lucky got great treatment and med adjustment after a vet in Victoria diagnosed his Chf...luckily kept him alive 3 years I recommend without question.
