Dr Machine is amazing. She actually considered my cat as a whole. She doesn't do super expensive tests just for the sake of it and works systematicly to get to the issue. I've been to a few vets with my cats locally and she's by far the best!

Dr. Machine takes amazing care of my boy, Benny. He has an auto immune disease that the vets I saw prior were not familiar with, some even said he would need to be put down or have limbs amputated. I am a new customer of this animal hospital. When I first called on the phone, they immediately asked if this was an emergency. The Vet carries out surgeries in the morning which is very good for the pet patients, because it is in the morning when our perceptions are most accurate and clear. I booked an appointment at this hospital, but needed to cancel because the scheduled time did not work out. The hospital receptionist canceled the appointment and said they would call me if anyone else cancels. I am very positively impressed by the customer- and patient-centric approach of this hospital. I have not yet seen the Vet but I think they are great.

I literally CANNOT speak highly enough about Dr. Machine and the staff at Comfort + Care. I stumbled upon her practice during an emergency with one of my three dogs after we had JUST moved to the area and didn't have any clue where to turn for help. Dr. Machine went (and consistently goes) above and beyond to help my sweet pup. She is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and ridiculously dedicated to her clients. She has stayed late and called to check in on my pups many times after hours and on holidays. I don't know how we got lucky enough to stumble upon this incredible vet, but we will be clients for life. Seriously, give her a shot, you will NOT be disappointed.

My dog Jovi does not enjoy the vet as he knows it means shots but everyone was very nice and explained everything to me very well. Dr. Machine and her team were amazing! Very similar to a recent review, our vet was fully booked, yet when I called they fit us right in at comfort and care to assess and treat our Dog Zoey. Right from the start, Lisa one of Dr. Machine’s team did a remarkable job on the phone by listening, understanding and addressing our initial concerns. Dr. Machine was professional in her approach and definitely did a fantastic job of individual patient care. Our dog Zoey is a very anxious dog and Dr. Machine worked with care and consideration throughout the appointment. I would definitely recommend Dr. Machine and her team(Lisa). They were wonderful.

I’ve honestly never experienced such a warm, pleasant, caring, loving Veternarian. From the highly trained staff who have more than your regular receptionist knowledge about animals to the most wonderful Dr. Lucia Machine. She is the only person I will let take care of my animals. The care and attention she gives you makes your furry friend feel like the most important creature in the world. Her heart is in her job which to my experience is more rare. They aren’t after your bank account and they present multiple options to deal with whatever your furry friend is going through. I’m a Burnaby resident; visiting Dr. Lucia Machine and her staff is worth a 2 hour drive in my opinion. If you’re local to Langley I could not stress anymore that you should highly consider her as your Veternarian. I will forever be extremely appreciative and grateful for Comfort + Care; the name says it all. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff there.

Wonderful!!! We love our regular vet but this place deserves extra respect. Our poor pup had a bit of what we thought was a UTI. Our regular vet couldn’t get us in until a week later. I got this clinic’s name from animal ER. Dr. Machine and all the staff were fantastic. I spoke to the doctor on the phone ahead of time and she agreed our pup should be seen. She was closed to allow administrative time but she fit us in instead. The staff and Dr. Machine definitely pampered our pooch as much as we do. A quick visit, a fair price, a great conversation and listing of differentials was all part of this package. Absolutely fantastic! So very grateful!!!

After my veterinarian retired I spent hours calling and researching many different Vet clinics/Drs. Dr Machine stood out from the rest and I'm glad I decided to give her and her team a try. Dr. Machine was extremely thorough and spent time explaining all the options available. She did not rush through the appointment and made me feel me and my dog were both important to her and her clinic. The clinic was welcoming and the best part was my Cairn Terrier who is normally very anxious in clinic settings was fairly relaxed for being at the Vets.
