I have been a client for many many years. My horse is now 27 years old and like most seniors requires a little extra care. I have always had prompt support for unexpected concerns as well as the annual care and vaccinations required. Dr.Lee is my primary vet,but, I have seen the other vets as well and find all of them to be so knowledgeable and caring. I hope to never have to make use of their new facility,but, it is spectacular should you need it .

The vets at Burwash always take such phenomenal care of your horse(s). From foal to senior and everything in between, the care is comparable to none. They are always fair, upfront, trustworthy, and considerate; even sending photo updates (along with phone calls) when your horse has a bit of a stay. Their great service starts at reception. Very accommodating for making an appointment as I did not have my own truck and trailer to bring my mare in for a minor surgery and had to schedule accordingly. Vet and assistants were very professional and happy to answer any questions. Horse stayed over night and I did not worry at all knowing she was in very good, professional care. Dr. Lee called a week later to make sure she was healing and on the right track. I would highly recommend this clinic!

Due to our geographical location, we are roughly 4 hours from 3 or 4 different referral centers. Therefore, we generally refer to whichever is most convenient for the client. We have consulted with the surgeons at Burwash on a few different cases, and recently referred a particularly difficult case for surgery. First of all, they provide very thorough and practical price quotes for different levels of treatment, including medical management, and surgical options. Our veterinarians received daily updates, and the surgeons discussed treatment protocols and any changes in treatment with our veterinarians. This level of service and follow-up is greatly appreciated as not only do we worry about the horses we have referred, but it also makes for an easier transition of care once the horses return home. Their professionalism, and communication are second to none, and we would recommend them to anyone!
