We rescued a sick kitten who had an abscess under his neck. The previous owners had not taken their cat to a vet. Dr Amy was so compassionate! She even stayed after hours to clean our kitten's wounds. She also did a thorough exam and cleaned his ears, deworming and a flea treatment. She provided us with a lot of education, medicine, she also gave him an injection for pain relief and said she wanted an update on his condition. We hope this little guy gets better soon! Thanks Dr Amy. Just wish humans could get great care like Dr Amy provides.

Amy is the kindest and most caring vet I had the pleasure of meeting. Her love for pets is very obvious. She went above and beyond for our cat Thomas. When my previous vet clinic denied seeing us in an Emergency she took us in right away. As many others, our pets are a part of our family and she really understands this. She's very thorough and wants to provide the best care. Sadly there's is not enough vets like her, we are so happy that we were referred to her. She really is the best.

I have brought my golden retriever Budderball here multiple times, he has anxiety problems and Dr. Weber and her staff made him feel comfortable and at home! She was also able to help me figure out what was wrong with my Budders (unfortunately cancer), and how to treat it so he remains comfortable for the rest of his days, while providing emotional support for us both I can say nothing but positive things! There was even a time Dr. Weber came and met us late at night (10 or 11pm) because he was having a reaction, she treated my baby and sat with us until he felt better, which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend them to all those with furry friends ????

First, the vet was very knowledgable and helpful with my puppy but I am dissapointed that the she was not wearing a facemask on both of my visits. Luckily there are many other vets nearby and unfortunately i will have to go elsewhere in the future.

I changed vet animal hospital because for 2 years my dog has had ear infections in both ears. They kept giving me the same medication and it would work but would go back to infection. I went to Laurentian and in one visit they said she needed something different and educated me on what they believe the cause is. In one visit and what they did was a huge diifference in 2 years of nothing! A great hospital and so grateful!

This is the best vet/animal hospital I have visited. It was recommended to me by a friend. The prices are very affordable. The vet is very compassionate and you immediately feel comfortable with her handling your pet. It was because of her I got one more year out of my senior dog. We just recently had to euthanize our senior dog and she made the whole process as easy as it could be and we felt she was very well taken care of in her final moments. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. If you're looking to switch vets this is the place to go! Thank you again for everything. If I get another pet I will definitely come back there!

My cat has pretty complicated medical needs which he was previously going to a specialist for - I trust Amy with his care so much that I don’t feel the need to drive to Oakville and spend A FORTUNE to take him to an internal medicine specialist anymore. She explains everything to me and spends time to teach me how to care for him properly (how to pill him etc.) Jacob’s quality of life is a priority for me and it’s really important to me that his vet feels the same - Amy does. She goes above and beyond to make veterinary care as financially accessible as possible. I can’t move too far from Kitchener now because of how important she is in Jacob’s life (and therefore my life). Everyone who works at the clinic has been very kind and helpful.

I am owner of 2 dogs. Amy (the vet) and her entire team are the best in this area. So caring, polite, lovely and their price is so reasonable. She works with you to make a plan that fits your budget. She never offers you a procedure that is not necessary. If you ask for a service like dental clining, she tells you pros and cons and if your pet really needs it or not. I consider myself lucky to know her and her team and i recommend her
