The staff at Sheridan are amazing. They took such great care of our dog over the last years of her life and always provided sound advice on the best care for her. I also never felt “up sold” on any recommendations which demonstrates their commitment to the animals. They truly have their animal’s best interests at heart and it shows in everything they do. If you are searching for top notch care I highly recommend this team! When it was time to say goodbye to our sweet girl they showed such compassion and care. Thank you for all that you do.

Have only taken my dogs here a few times since switching from our vet in Toronto. I'm impressed at the care given to both the animals and the owners alike. The building is an older converted house style veterinarian clinic its semi clean for a vet clinic.

I used to bring my two cats to this clinic. Very friendly staff and the doctor is quite knowledgeable. However, there were a few instances in the past when they couldn't accommodate my sick pet as they were fully-booked. Great people, nonetheless. Location kinda sucks, though, being so close to a busy intersection.

Edited....if I could leave zero stars I would. They did not tell me my girl had pancreatitis, they sent her into ataxia by over dosing seizure meds...and didnt even seem to care. The weekday she got very ill, they couldn't see her because no vet was in the clinic. I lost her a week later after another vet fought desperately to try and save her

My absolute heroes! I was a wreck the last few days after my fur baby got into some lilies. Dr. Shah and the whole team were quick to act, accommodating, kind, and helped me through the scariest time of my life. My little babe is at home resting comfortably and may not have been without this incredible staff.

Best place to bring your pets. They really care. We have brought our pets for the last 14 years to Sheridan. Dr. Roden and staff were really helpful and loving towards all pets. They really took care of the pets whenever we needed help. Customer service is to the point. Would really recommend your pets going to this nursery.

I lost my dog Judy today. It was unexpected and we only found out she was sick a week ago today. The doctors and nurses at sheridan helped us all week and they helped me and my dog on the worst day of our life and I'm eternally grateful for the patience they showed us. We just got a puppy and they have been incredible! They take the time to explain everything to you and never make you feel silly for asking questions. Samantha at the front is always so helpful and answers all my questions! Katie was the first person I ever spoke to from there and she was so kind and really took the time to explain the app they use as well as the covid protocols. We've seen 2 vets here and both have been amazing and give us a lot of great information and what to look out for. Our puppy does not seem scared or nervous to go to his appointment and which tells me they are getting a lot of love when they are under their care! Definitely happy about my choice choosing Sheridan. I will also say that their prices are great for the quality of care our dog has received.

Amazing service!!! They treat my dog Letty so well. I am so glad I switched my vet to Sheridan Veterinary. I didn't feel comfortable not being able to go in with my sweet girl but they made our experience so easy and wonderful. Lovely staff. My dog even gets excited when we're waiting to go in. She had an aural hematoma and it's back to normal and Letty is back to herself after 3 visits and medication. Thank you so much Sheridan Veterinary!!!

I felt my experience at Sheridan was great. I had a couple of emergencies with my dog and when my regular vet was unable to see us, Sheridan made room to take my dog right away. I have absolutely no complaints from them. I think the staff is wonderful and the vet is great. I would recommend this vet.

First time visit this clinic for ear cleaning/treatment. My dog has some ear infection because we were not able to get her back to the groomer during COVID, and I was not able to clean one of her ear properly. We booked an ear cleaning appointment today for my old 13 years old dog. It was a 10mins visit, and we were charged $250+ for ear cleaning and 1ml medication solution. Yes, I was told the doctor did the physical examination and did the microscope check confirmed it was a yeast infection, however, $250 for a 10mins ear cleaning appointment, that is a lot! I love my dog, I cook her everyday, she has been healthy and happy for the past 13 years. But again, I still got nervous go to vet clinic every time!! Because of the pricy bills, does anyone else have the similar feeling as I do? We don’t have insurance coverage and we are paying out of own pocket, imagine, people struggled to put food on the table, I would appreciate if we could be informed in the beginning about the cost and not walked away with a huge amount of invoice. Does anyone else might support my opinion and do you also feel nervous or overwhelming when you see the vet? I gave them 2 stars, simply because they had “good customer service skills” which makes you feel better when you pay a bill that you don’t feel comfortable.

We've been through some very rough experiences over the years with various pets and Sheridan veterinarians, technicians and administrative staff have been very helpful and accommodating. They have been conscientious about financial strains pertaining to care. I would highly recommend this clinic and staff. Thank you Sheridan!
