I have 3 dogs and a cat... I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can always get in quickly and they send reminders when appts or shots are due. My dog has gland problems and it is a messy job but they don't even charge for that. I considered a different vet when I heard the price of neutering but they pointed out this is major surgery so they are close and available any time if things go wrong plus the distance I would have driven. If they charge a little more, so be it... Had to go to emerg in Kingston for porcupine quills... $750.. now that is pricey LOL

The wonderful staff and vet have always treated my pets with great care. Last week, my lil dog fell extremely ill. The Dr and staff were and are compassionate, understanding and patient with me. As well expected with my lil dog. The prices may be a little higher, but in my opinion so is the care. To me, my pets are worth it! ????

Thier the best they are caring and very loving with your animal I wouldn't take our girls any place but to Dr.Decaire she is the best and reasonably priced for thier services

I would give less if I could. These people don't care about the animals they are in it for money period. They are dishonest and indirect I wouldn't trust them with a gerbil. Completely ignorant and arrogant and the customer service is comparable to stale margarine the receptionist sounds eager for retirement.

If I could give a lower score I would, I just called for a quote for first set of vaccines as I'm looking for a new vet for a new pet ( we recently moved to the area) the lady I spoke to on the phone never answered my question and was quite rude the entire conversation, laughing at me for asking. Wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Il be sticking to my regular vet and driving the additional hour to see them.

I've always grown up with dogs (thus been to many vets) but absolutely no vet compares to Tracey! She really cares for the animals, and is not in it for the money. Couldn't be happier that we found Tracey!! :)

My family has used Tracy as our veterinarian for years and now that I am on my own my pup Chaos is the second dog of mine personally Tracy has treated. She is compassionate and has very realistic outlook. I have never had to worry about waiting weeks for something important, when things come up she makes sure you get in to see her. She is kind and gentle with the animals and the most affordable vet in our area. Thanks so much for all that you have done for our family Tracy, as long as your doors are open we will continue to come !

They went beyond the call of duty when our fog hurt his back and ended up kn wheel chair. Phone calls daily check ups without charge and last min appts. They take excellent care if all 3 of our dogs. Plus previous dogs ant cats of the past

Dr. Tracy D. Decaire and Kelly are great!! Always a positive experience. They are genuinely concerned about our pets, knowledgeable, and pricing is fair. Definitely worth the drive. The location of the facility is very convenient for Gananoque, Lansdowne, and Kingston clients in addition to the broader rural communities.

We have 5 pets under thier care. Really like the fact that we always are seen by the same 2 people, much more personal. I respect thier hours of operation but wish they were open a little later :)
