The team here is fantastic!! Always pleasant to deal with on the phone or in person, and Beethoven loves everyone. Whenever we pull up he gets super excited and starts wagging his tail and can’t wait to see all his friends. Makes going to the vet a breeze! They’ve taken care of him since he was a pup and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. They’ve even helped my parents dog in a same day emergency! Highly recommend :)

It was better before the 2 clinics joined. It lacks the personal.touch not knowing side will attempt to take your animal or being hee back to you. Also when it was just MCEWEN Animal Hospital the location had a beautiful, large grassy area where you could let your animals stretch before their visit

For the most part it was good.we took our sick cat. He vomitted brown liquid. I thought it was blood. We took him that same morning. The vet gave us medication to help him have a bm. Also, he gave us some a high calorie canned cat food. The cats condition worstened. It was clear he was dying. The vet had me phone to update them of his condition. We followed the instructions iven to us. We phoned on mon. To update them of his condition. He stayed overnight. Our cat was given excellent care and was checked up on twice in the night. His condition deteriorated. It was very clear he needed to be euthanized.he was. They were very good and proffessional.

I wouldn't recommend this place. We will leave it at that. It's a long story. Bottom line is, the service is extremely slow and unorganized. They can try to blame it on the pandemic, but the pandemic has nothing to do with. They had been unorganized for years. My last visit was the decision maker to find another.

We took our elderly cat here a couple days ago as he was in respiratory distress and very lethargic. They ran blood work, took an X-ray and said they assumed he had asthma, so gave him a steroid injection and sent us home. He eventually had very laboured breathing again, could not walk and was coughing up mucous so we called back today, explained his condition and they said “well you are lucky we have room after 5pm to maybe see him” (I called at 9:30am… in his state there was no way he would make it to then.) Upset and not wanting to see out pet suffer, we called Princess Animal Hospital, explained the symptoms and they told us to immediately bring him in.Within 10 minutes of arriving our cat was diagnosed with severe congestive heart failure and euthanasia was decided upon as he was obviously suffering and could not breathe. I am not sure how you can confuse asthma with congestive heart failure… so I would NOT recommend this vet. They clearly don’t know what they are doing and do not care if you call and your pet is clearly in an emergency situation. Highly recommend Princess Animal Hospital for all your pet care. They were lovely, professional and VERY knowledgeable, making my pets passing a caring experience.

I took my dog to this vet on two different occasions in a matter of a week he sent me home the last time saying that my dog was going to be fine and to get back in touch with him on Monday he did x-rays and bloodwork all kinds of tests and by the time I got home six hours after I left the vet at 6:25 my dog passed away not even six hours after I left this vet my dog dies She could hardly move and he told me that my dog was going to be fine I should’ve known but I’m not a vet and I take a lot of trust in this man I do not recommend this place at all whatsoever and neither do a lot of vets in the neighbourhood

The Dr. And girls at the clinic were absolutely wonderful to my best friend Tucker who was sick but is now doing great! Thank you guys so much for helping me out with the cost of the visit and medication which I could not afford at the time. My experience at the clinic was great. I had a short chat with the lady who came outside for my dog (no clients only pets entering facility at this time) regarding the history of my dog. I recived a visit from the vet after the vaccinations were complete. He even provided me with some reading material regarding some issues I've been having with my dog. He sat with me for a moment allowing me to ponder what he had provided. I will most definitely be returning. Also cookies are provided to pets which my dog loved!
