I have had nothing short of fantastic experiences with this animal hospital. My puppy was mounted by a stray male and I called around to 3 other vets in Napanee, and they were all extremely rude. I called Lennox and Addington (in tears) and they were so friendly and helpful. Every staff member and visit since then has been phenomenal.

Speedy service! My vet clinic canceled my dogs neuter and called these guys on the same day and they were able to book him in the following Wednesday. Then when he got fixed they were done by noon and my dog was ready to be picked up! One happy but unhappy pooch!

My cat is a sweetheart at home but a terror at the vet. The first time we brought him in he got out of the carrier and we were unable to complete his visit. Not only did Dr. Edwards not charge us but she worked with us to make a game plan for next time and helped adjust his sedatives. We just returned from our second visit and the whole team was amazing! They completed a full exam on him with no trouble and gave him all his shots. They never once made me feel bad even though my cat is not fun to deal with I’m sure! Will continue to come here all the way from Kingston and would highly recommend!

They have better prices than most places in and around Napanee,, they do not just do testing and charge you enormous Bill's they work with you for what is best for your pet. The Lennox & Addington Animal Hospital is truly the best service we could give to our new kitty. My husband and I had taken in a stray kitten, and we were feeling anxious about bringing him in for his first check-up and shots because he is still so skittish. We were blown away with how thoughtful and thorough they were. They took our concerns seriously, and made his first visit very enjoyable. Following COVID protocols, they met us at our car and showered our little kitty with a lot of love. Once they were done with his check-up, Dr. Shepherd came out to our car and answered all our questions. We left feeling confident that our kitty will receive the best care when we bring him to the L&A Animal Hospital. The best part was, when we arrived home, our kitty hopped out of his carrier as if nothing happened. We prepared for a traumatic first visit to the vet, but he was clearly made to feel very comfortable and loved during his check-up! I cannot recommend them enough.

Simply the best!! My girlfriend and me got a puppy in the summer. Shortly after he was involved in accident. When we took him to our old vet (not Lennox & Addington Animal Hospital) They refused to help. One quick call to Lennox & Addington Animal Hospital and we were speechless. Many Thanks to The Lennox and Addington Veterinary staff! They saw our poor little sick dog on an emergency basis and it is a good thing too because he was in misery with ( an opportunistic) clostridium difficile infection in his bowel. Everyone there was reassuring, efficient and professional from start to finish. We had an excellent experience there and were very grateful that they were able to take our little fellow after three other vet offices had turned us down due to being too busy.

I went to the Lennox and Addington Vet clinic this morning for basic yearly shots and was blown away by the excellent service. We move around A LOT so that means different vet clinics. The vet took down all of my info and had the entire profile for my dog done up by calling previous clinics to make sure he was up to date on everything. Very impressed!

We've recently found out our senior Golden Retriever Jamie has cancer. We have used Dr de Wolde and Dr Shepherd at Lennox and Addington for about twenty years now. We have taken quite a number of dogs there over the years and have the upmost trust and respect for both of them. I would not trust my baby to anyone else. They make you feel like they are treating their own dogs. They offer recommendations and choices and will take into account your personal situations. I live an hour away and have quite a number of veterinary offices nearby but will go out of my way to take my boy to Lennox and Addington.

We have many animals (multiple cats and dogs) and have plenty of experience with this vet over a number of years. In the last years and unconnected with Covid their service has gone down and down whilst the cost has increased substantially. Inexperienced staff and a lot of staff turnover has not helped.

The place is fine, but I don't agree with all of their practices. We had been seeking care for our elderly cat. And they had us go back and forth multiple times for something that could have all been done at once. then charge an exorbitant amount for a x-ray because they're sending it off to a specialist to give the results versus having the veterinarian in-house look at it and tell us what's going on. In my past experiences with other vets x-rays only cost $100 to $200. $400 for an x-ray is ridiculous in my opinion.

Before I got my dog, I went the Lennox and Addington Animal Hospital to ask questions. The RVT was super helpful, gave me advice, answered my questions, and took the time to talk to me. When I got my dog, they were able to fit me in last minute when I booked at the wrong office and showed up at theirs (where I meant to book). Every time I have dealt with them, they have always put my dogs health first, given me information about everything they were doing and what to expect, and had excellent customer service. Most recently, when my dog became ill they fit me in within 2 hours of calling them. They are thorough in their questioning, non-judgemental, and always make sure I understand what's going on. While I was waiting for my pup to be finished, my car died in the parking lot and they even helped me boost it. I think I have talked to most of the vets and RVTs in this practice, and they are all amazing. I will always choose Lennox & Addington Animal Hospital for my pets.

I have taken my dog to be treated by Dr. Mark who has fabulously treated my dogs ongoing problems surrounding his tail with excellent service. They have kept all employees up to date, as we were frequent visitors of their other clinic in Bath. They collaborate very efficiently on services between their locations, and give you specific animal centered care. I would not hesitate to recommend this animal hospital to anyone, they are very good.

This past weekend my 19 year old kitty was nearing the end. I woke up Saturday and knew she was passing soon, but didn't want her to go through the pain. I called this hospital and they fit her in even though they were busy all day. They saw her and she got to go with no pain rather than slowly. They saw how important she was to me and they were so kind and gentle. She was my baby for 19 years, and it was so hard for me but they were great. They even gave me her paw prints which touched my heart. Thank you guys for making one of the hardest days of my life a little easier.

When the price was higher than expected they called me first before doing the procedure and hitting me with a high bill, they also included the price of the meds when they gave me my total cost before doing the surgery.
