I cannot praise Dr. Watts and his team at Highland Creek Animal Clinic enough. Their knowledge of animals and the concern they show is outstanding and I could not ask for better veterinarian care. From routine check-ups, vaccinations, surgery and other random medical issues, they have always provided the best for my pet. Based on past experiences, I thought that dogs dreaded going to the vet’s office. My dog loves visits to the clinic so much, she gets excited when I say we are going to see the doctor. Dr. Watts and his professional staff always exceed my expectations and I know that they have our best interests at heart. Their personal service really makes the difference and I’m sure, if dogs could talk, she would say the same thing!

After living all over Ontario,owni get three cats and the recent death of my beloved whiskie I have been to several veterinary clinics. I have been to at least one in every city I have lived in ( and there's been a lot!) and hated each one. Until I came here. They had a genuine concern for my fur baby and my wallet! As a young single mom I am always caught between helping my fur baby and what I can afford. They did everything they could do both help my cat and not charge a fortune like most vets do. I find there is a lack of genuine care for animals among the vets I've been to and they all seem to want to charge thousands. Just to help and at the end I know nothing!! Not the case here!!!

We've been taking our German Shepherd to Dr Watts since she was a puppy, and she has always received the utmost care and attention there. Lena loves the clinic and the staff to the point where she pulls us over whenever we're close by. Every time we go in, Dr.Watts takes the time to thoroughly examine her while explaining what he is doing as well as why, and all the possible options to move forward. Not to mention he calls to check up on our pet and encourages us to express our questions and concerns. Dr.Watts truly cares about Lena - his knowledge and excellent service will keep us coming back!

I never write reviews but my experience with the Highland Creek Animal Clinic has been so wonderful that I felt the need to share! I am a first time dog owner and wanted a veterinarian who took amazing care of my puppy as well as made me feel comfortable as I embarked on a new journey. Dr. Watts has exceeded all of my expectations and Penny absolutely loves going to the clinic!! The overall professionalism, knowledge and patience (to answer my 43543 questions) of Dr. Watts and the clinic staff has been outstanding. I would highly recommend using the services of the Highland Creek Animal Clinic if you want a veterinarian and staff who treat your pet as their own and are truly passionate about what they do.

I work at a nearby boarding kennel/dog daycare, and this clinic has been wonderful over the summer when any of our pets visiting need to be seen by a vet. The doctor seems very reasonable, communicates well, and is honest, he doesn't suggest anything above what is required. A few staff members are in the process of switching over our own pets!

My daughter's puppy makes regular visits for the various shots and check ups. Friendly assistant comes out to take the dog in for the treatment and then calls to explain what is being done. Payment is done over the phone and then the assistant brings him back out.

I am giving Dr. Watts' and his team the 5 star rating because I honestly don't know what I would have done without this clinic in my life the past 3 months. I brought my dog Rosie in for what I thought was worsening arthritis. In the interest of being thorough, Dr. Watts discovered a huge tumor in her abdomin, which the previous clinic had failed to detect. Dr. Watts and staff went above and beyond to help me give Rosie the best end of life care I possibly could. Dr. Watts is brilliantly scientific in his approach, plus he has a huge heart for animals. Not a big deal for most dog owners, but this clinic is GREYHOUND FRIENDLY!! Greyhounds have different needs than most breeds, and finding a safe place to bring your grey, where the vet and the rest of the staff understand your dog, is, well .........greyt!

I have owned dogs all my life and also worked with dogs for about 10 years now. I have been to many vets all over the GTA and none of them compare to Highland Creek Animal Clinic. Dr. Watts and his team of passionate animal lovers make any trip to the vet a positive experience. My 7 month old puppy has been going there since he was 9 weeks old. I have never seen a dog so excited to go to the vet! And my 5 year old dog also loves going there because she's spoiled with love and attention and cookies everytime! You can tell Dr. Watts and all of the staff truly care about the animals as if they were their own. It brings so much peace at mind knowing we have an amazing vet just around the corner!

I visited this clinic twice. I time with my cat and the other time with my dog. Doctor and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Both of my animals do not like visits to the vet but both of them were calm during the visit. This doctor will not be doing unnecessary treatments and charge you unnecessary fees. I highly recommend this clinic especially if you leave in this area.

Best service and best prices. Dr. Watts and his team are the best you can find anywhere. Even if you're not from the area they are in, it's worth the drive. You'll find that your pet is most cared and most loved! Plato and Fifi are lucky and blessed to have Dr. Watts as thier veterinary doctor!

I have brought multiple cats to Dr. Watts over the last two years for a variety of reasons including dental cleanings & surgeries and regular visits for a cat with renal failure. He even recently treated a stray I'd found with a severely wounded leg for weeks. Dr. Watts is knowledgeable, caring, attentive and always has time to address my concerns and answer my questions.
