A wonderful shop. I've been going now regularly for about the last 6 months. With the help of staff, I finally found a food my 12 year-old Shih Tzu likes - hurray! Also found a much healthier food for my 10 year-old Maine Coon. I recently came in very close to closing and even though the young woman working there was mopping, she stopped to help me; it was nearly Christmas and I suspect she ended-up staying late bc of me (sorry!). She was so pleasant. The owner(s) should know they have excellent staff (both knowledgeable and friendly) tending their shop when they're not around.

Friendly staff with extensive product knowledge. Was looking at finding a healthy better sourced food for my dog with less fillers and cap added to it and I wanted it to be Canadian. The lady helped me narrow down my search with ease and got me out with a great food my dog loves and I can feel good about feeding him!! Definitely recommend buying dog food here. They also have a loyalty program which is handy since your pets need to eat regularly! Buy 10 get one free I believe on any size bags of dog or cat food! All top brands available, raw and filler free too!

The cashier was incredibly grumpy, and the cat food I tried to buy was clearly labelled $22.99 on both tags but she refused to price match it or even offer to explain how to read the confusing tag placement. She charged me $51.99 so I returned it and left. The owner has now posted a reply to simply argue with me, when my issue is moreso about the poor customer service than the price. Thank you for proving my point!

I love this store, it's where I buy Origin Original dog food for my two dogs. It's always clean and well maintained. It's easy to find what you need and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They always have whatever we need in stock. It's also in a great location, and is close to the 401 so it's very accessable. The entrance is wheelchair accessible for people needing accommodation. I would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting to buy high quality pet products!

They offer dog nails to be done. The ladies that did half my dog nails had no idea what they were doing. They have no dog harness and are not properly trained. Do not go here for pet care!

I go here in a pinch, but I have never had a normal interaction with the various sales girls. There's always a weird air of judgement or aloofness or something. Can't quite put my finger on it. I always try to chat about pets and such to make it more comfortable, but am met with a smirk and lack of interest. Still, they have good stuff.

I drive across town because this location I always have great friendly service. The staff are knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as overall pet health. The first time I ever came to this store I was speaking with one of the associates about how my dog was struggling with separation anxiety, when I returned not only did the lady remember me but she also asked how my dog was doing. From the first visit I was impressed. Recently the dog food I usually buy has been in short supply, I went and they were out of stock. An order was arriving the following day. Not only did they put a bag aside for me but they called me to let me know if was in the store. Thanks for being a great location!
