Sensational vet office with excellent staff and a superb and professional doctor. The facilities are extremely convenient, with private rooms set up for cats and dogs respectively, their set up allows for you to be with your pet while they are treated. If that doesn't sound good enough, I've have 2 Pugs that are 15 and a 6 year old Rottweiler and I have yet to find a vet with more reasonable prices than Fairfield. This is the place you want to take your furry friends.

Got my cat spayed here as well as rabies shot and microchipped and they did a great job. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained clearly how to administer post-op pain medication, and even let me know of a dental issue I was unaware of and how to treat it. Will be coming back whenever needed.

When my senior cat became suddenly ill and my regular vet couldn't get me in in such short notice, Fairfield Pet Hospital did. I'd never been to them before, but I had heard great things and with my cat being so ill, I made the drive out to Amherstview. The techs, assistants, and vet were all terrific. I cannot speak highly enough of them. The vet (Dr. Cutcliffe) was wonderful, and when it became clear it was time to let my cat pass over the rainbow bridge, she and her staff were incredibly empathetic and professional. I was allowed the time I needed to say goodbye to my boy, and they were incredibly kind in walking me through everything. They are a terrific clinic and I will readily go back to them and recommend them to all my family and friends.

I am so grateful to Dr. Cutcliffe! My poor cat got his tail stuck in the door & needed emergency surgery. My regular vet did not have time to look at him & sent us to the emergency vet clinic where I was quoted $3,000. Thank goodness I called Fairfield Pet Hospital. The reception staff were extremely helpful & accommodating. Dr. Cutcliffe went out of her way to squeeze him in & her fees were very reasonable. I am so happy she was recommended by a family friend & will now be our regular vet. She genuinely cares about he patients & it really shows. Wendel & I are so thankful ????

Dr. Cutcliffe and the staff are very kind and handled my kitty with care when it came to her appointments and spaying. Even yesterday I came with a friend and his kitty who wasn't doing very well. Dr. Cutcliffe discussed all of the options that my friend could do, and advised that even then his Kitty's quality of life was not guaranteed with the options. She answered all of my friend's questions before he could asked them. Through it all the staff have been kind and empathetic to us and to his fur baby.

Honestly they are amazing. We have had mixed experiences with vets in the past. We recently switched as they are so close by and they are so great with the dog, fantastic with us. Doesn't feel like a stuffy vet at all. Prices are very affordable and the people are amazing!

I am so so so pleased with the love and care that this hospital gave our kitten. The kitten is only 8 weeks old and suffered head trauma and was in really bad shape yesterday around 5pm. The hospital closed at 6pm and they rushed to his attention and relieved his suffering right away. DR Maryla Cutcliffe took my kitten to a safe spot and monitored the kitten all night and administered pain medicine etc to keep the kitten comfortable and while doing what was needed for care. We picked the kitten up today (wix) and the Dr and the staff had a plan in place for us to treat the kitten at home before our next check up in two days. There prices were very very good and in return for there great care and great prices we will be using them for all our pets and will be sure to tell everyone we know about there Hospital. We discovered this veterinarian clinic when we adopted our cat from The Forgotten Ferals. They provide care to this great organization. Since then we have taken our other cat to them for care. Unfortunately we had to make a difficult choice with our dear Spirit and Fairfield provided us with the best information and care leading up to Spirit's passing. The clinic it self is comforting has it is not a cold medical design it is warm and almost a home feeling. We now have a 4 month puppy and Fairfield took her on as a new client. They provided a quick appointment to have her vaccinations and health check done. What I like so much with Fairfield is that they give information and do not push treatment medications. They let you choose but provide the information. Thanks so much

She genuinely cares about the animals, is willing to take the time to assess the situation in depth and is up to date on new thinking, techniques and meds. Absolutely amazing vet who is attentive to both pets and pet's people. Dr.Cutcliffe instantly put my cats at ease. I was so impressed to see them actually relax and calmly sit still for her (that tells you they feel safe with her). Dr. Cutcliffe is an ace at diagnostics and is both sensible and precise with treatments. Lynn was so helpful and accommodating to my large, formerly feral, and special needs crew of kitties. With great confidence, I highly recommend this clinic (with over 30 years dealing with vets for animal rescue and rehabilitation, I know a good vet when I see them work) ... and this vet has both the skill and the integrity that truly impressed me. Expert vet, expert staff and everyone there is truly dedicated and kind. Also, Dr. Cutcliffe's rates are very reasonable. This clinic has earned my highest recommendations!

A bit of a backstory here... I recently got a dog, my first dog to be exact. The breeder paid for the first set of shots here. My first impressions of this establishment were remarkable. Knowledgeable staff, well mannered and caring with my pup. I will now exclusively be using this vet for my dog. I can't recommend this place enough, the interior is decorated beautifully, it's warm and calming. Even the room my puppy got her shots in was comfortable. Set up with toys, and a HUGE dog bed.

They are quick to respond when you leave them a message, they encourage you to send photos via email to get a better understanding of what’s happening with your pet, the staff is truly wonderful and kind, the vet is very experienced and has amazing client care, the office is spotless, I have literally zero qualms about bringing my pets to Dr Cutcliffe. I am happy to drive from the east end to Amherstview for this level of care. Highly recommend switching vets :)

Just wanted to advise people on my experience with the Fairfield Vet (on Speers next to Ginos) I got my male kitten neutered today ($210 with tax!) Not only were they great with my fur baby, reasonably priced, but they were thoughtful, answered my questions, and showed caring for my little guy. Couldn't have had a happier experience! 100% using them for future needs!

AMAZING PEOPLE! I had booked an appointment to spay my dog with another vet and was misquoted the price multiple times and the day before the appointment was told they had made an error and it was actually $790+tax (over $150 more than I had previously been told). I simply couldn't afford this, but had booked time off of work and needed to spay my dog as soon as possible, but the other vet could not have cared less about my situation. I called Fairfield and explained this to them and they were not only unbelievably understanding, but booked my dog in for a spay appointment only 4 days away, for almost half of the price as the other vet, even though I had never been to this office before. They went through the entire cost with me and explained what was optional and what the cost and benefits of those options were. I can't recommend this vet enough, they were so kind and helpful and a much more reasonable cost than the any other vet I've been to.

I was in the clinic to see a cat they were looking after for Donna who rescues local feral cats. I saw another one that was in at the same time that was also from Donna and fell in love. We call him Finn and I just loved the staff at the clinic so am now bringing all my pets to them for their vet care. We call him Finn. He was 7 months when we adopted him. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel very welcome. The vet is very good.

We switched to the pet clinic several months ago during Covid and we were so happy to find a place that was so friendly, caring and helpful with our dog. The staff and Dr. Are wonderful , our high stress dog is so relaxed in the exam rooms that have a relaxing dog bed and a glass door...we have attended again on an urgent need, our guy was checked treated and our worries were alleviated. We are so glad to have moved to this clinic after our vet of 35 years retired. Highly recommend them.

Two of our pets received care from this facility. The staff are kind caring and super friendly! The environment is warm and welcoming . The waiting area featured portrait photos of the staff's personal pets and did not, in my opinion, seem overly sales oriented.My dog had no trepidation heading into the office nor was she unwilling to leave with the doctor when the time came. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the atmosphere is and the natural assurances that Doctor Cutcliffe exudes was greatly appreciated since we were getting a lump removed from Tessa's mammory tissue. We were updated during the process and were called immediately upon receipt of lab results! If a vet who cares about the animals entrusted to her is important to you. I cannot think of a better place to bring your beloved pet to!

Your loved ones are always in good hands with Dr.C, Lynn, Melissa, Emily & Natasha. The clinic is very comfortable, clean and well set up, you're always able to see what's happening with your pets. Never pressured into expensive exploratory procedures, in fact just the opposite. I always feel like my pets well being is top priority, not building up an expensive bill. Don't get me wrong I am always offered expensive options but also explained as to why it's not necessary. Seriously my pets recieve better care and bed side manner than I have ever experienced as a patient at my Dr.'s office.

It must be understood that I believe a pet is not property but rather a member of the family. I have had the good fortune of having this vet look after by furry friend for over a year now. Recently he was in to be netured and a teeth cleaning. All went very well but what was surprising is that the final bill was considerably lower than the estimate. It appeares that the teeth were in much better shape than the vet first thought. It is nice to have a family vet that cares about her patients and does overcharge when she certainly could have. I have recommended this vet to several family members and friends and they are all very happy with this clinic. Thank you Dr. for all that you do to keep all members of the community safe and in good health.

Fairfield is the best clinic in our area! Everyone is so knowledgeable and you can tell they truly care. They go the extra mile and ensure every issue is figured out. I can’t say enough good things about them. I love that I can go in with my animals since they are such a small clinic they don’t have the staff to do curb side. I would hate to do curb side as you can’t ensure your concerns are being addressed. With them, I can be with my animals the whole time and keep them comforted. They are very fair and well priced. Such a difference compared to other vet clinics. We love Dr. Cutcliffe and the whole team at Fairfield!!

For any further care , I will be taking the drive. Update, June 21, 2021. My other Chihuahua Lacey got her Rabies shot today and checked over by Dr. Maryla Cutcliffe. She is under 5 lbs and a nervous little dog, but Dr Cutcliffe and staff we’re just amazing with her.
