We are a client at Gardiner's Road Animal Hospital and were so thrilled when Dr. Farooq and his incredibly devoted team opened up in our East End. Dr. Farooq is exceptionally knowledgeable and kind. Nikita always makes me feel at peace and calm - she knows my voice on the phone and is always available to check-in with us or follow-up after a visit (as well as all the other amazing staff!). Those details mean a lot. Dr. Farooq listens to my concerns and takes time to give me options. He respects the choices I make and works with me. He has always gone above and beyond to consult with other veterinarian's and specialists to give your furry family member the highest level of care. The hours are exceptional and go above and beyond what you would expect for a veterinary service. The 24 hour emergency care is absolutely critical for us - we have made calls in the late hours of the night and Dr. Farooq is always there, wide-awake and ready to help. The office is sparkly clean and you can tell they really take health seriously. The team is our vet, and we will never go elsewhere. Thank you for your dedication to your patients.
