Dr. Galbraith recently came to our house to euthanize our ailing cat, Puddy. Although we had not met or worked with Dr. Galbraith before that sad day, we felt she understood the anguish we were going through making this decision for our pet. Her gentle ways with and respectful approach to our cat in her final moments of life were reassuring to us and reflected the deep appreciation she has for the life of our pet and for the bond between us and our cat over the last 14 years. We also appreciated her condolence card the following week and her donation, in Puddy's name, to the Pet Trust Remembrance Fund at the Ontario Veterinary College. Dr. Galbraith's job is not an easy one, but is a necessary one to pet owners who want their pets to leave the world in the comfort of their own home and in the presence of those who love them. Thank you, Dr. Galbraith!

Meredith was fantastic under the circumstances that we met under. She had to help me put down my cat. Meredith went through the procedure with me and made sure I was informed fully on the process. She handled every situation with respect, empathy and professionalism. Meredith was beyond kind during this difficult time. Meredith went above and beyond the scope of her job. She provided me with clay to make a paw print to remember my cat by and then sent a heartfelt card a week after the procedure. I would recommend her to all pet owners. She was absolutely amazing!

Signins suck

Meredith came to my home to help my cat Simba cross over. She was very sympathetic and explained to me what was going to happen. Simba passed peacefully just as she said.
