I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I’ve been to other veterinarian businesses, and had horrible experiences, so I was very hesitant however my mind has completely been changed. The vet was so wonderful with my (almost) senior cat. She spent a lot of time with us, answered all my questions. Didn’t push any further treatment or unnecessary tests. She explained possible options that we could explore in the future if the problem persisted. The medication and vitamins I received for my cat were not expensive. The fees associated with the care my cat received were also in my opinion very fair and low. Is that even called a week later to follow up to see how my cat was doing. I highly recommend this business.

So accommodating! I work out of town and Toby is my travel companion. I am usually only ever in town on holidays or weekends, on the odd day that I am in on a weekday, they always manage to fit me in that same day! I can't say enough about this staff and facility! The cleanliness and professionalism is unlike any vet clinic I've been to. I drive over 30minutes on my days off from my house just to bring my cat to this location! 10/10

The worst experience. Our dog came with health issues, didn't get right treatment,spent a lot of money, no results,every visit was stressful for our dog. Finally we changed the clinic.I do not recommend this clinic.

The staff here truly care about our pet, and do such an amazing job of bringing balance to their examinations, providing a thorough exam, but accompanying that with the love, care and compassion needed to ease our pet's mind. Our dog was recently very sick and we felt that seeing a vet was of the utmost importance. It was getting quite late in the evening and we figured that we wouldn't be able to get a same day appointment here, but was relieved when we found out that the vet would stay late just to see our dog! Even our regularly scheduled appointments are done with the same type of balance, and our dog has a smile every time she sees her vets, Dr. Pankratz or Dr. Pydee. I can't say enough positive things about this place and the staff that run it. Thank you all so very much!

Absolutely the best! We have been seeing Dr. Lyle for the past 12 years for our cat, Mr.K and chocolate lab, Karma! Dr. Lyle knows his stuff and goes above and beyond on every visit! He is very knowledgeable and I honestly believe he is the best vet out there! Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable Vets & vet techs. Very welcoming and helpful. Seperate waiting areas available for animals that need be separated. They will not force anything that doesnt need to be administered / performed. The way they speak tells you that your furry companion's health is of their utmost concern. Very personable & warm staff. My dog loves visiting the vet because he's never had a bad experience here. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet whether it's their first time owning a pet or if they are looking at switching hospitals / getting a 2nd opinion on a diagnosis.

The best vet! I have trusted them with my last 3 dogs and had a recent scare with my 1 year old pup having a seizure and they were able to walk us through the cause and how to monitor her in the future over the phone. They also emailed me an article with further resources all without charge. Definitely recommend. They care for your dog and your wallet.

Pebbles my cat needed to be seen about a damaged foot or ankle. Dr Suzanne was wonderful. Totally treated me with respect to the right diagnosis and my pocket. Even the phone secratary was pleasant. This place was horrible! Do not go here. Had to have my 15 year old cat put down after suffering a series of small strokes. We made an appointment and we’re left in the exam room for over an hour. When the doctor decided to FINALLY make an appearance, he’s trying to talk us into expensive treatments that “might” help him. They did this to my neighbour as well. If your animal has not had anything to eat or drink for a week, their organs have begun to shut down

This place is a money pit. I had to take my dog thier twice and . The first time I asked to check for thyroid . I was correct 2 months later my dog still not feeling good. I asked could she be diabetic. Vet said maybe let's check. I was correct again. I diagnosed.my dog both times and they charged me. Then my mom's cat needed her teeth pulled said we need her over night. We did next morning they called said no can't do it cost almost 800 dollars. They did nothing to help her. Just took advantage of an old lady and her cat. When you t had to put the cat to sleep not to suffer . They said sorry can't help. They show no compassion for animals or the people who love thier pets. Don't go there. Go to Plessis vet they r amazing and compassion always make time for u and ur pet. Same day service. Awesome people.

The Staff is very Professional and Love every Client ( Animal ) as there own. Our first family dog was there from birth. ( I have owned and raised dog in the past, before I became a Family Man & parent )We keeped her there and that was one of our best decisions we have made for our dog, she is going to be 4 yrs in a few months. So when we decided to get another puppy ( they are just as much work as a new born baby ). Ya sometimes I think we're Crazy. We decided to keep with ESPAH, even thou there are a few Animal Hospitals and Veterinarians closer to us. The Staff is very Knowledgable and helpful with diet and up to date Toys & Chowing equipment.
