The vets here were extremely helpful, my dog is not used to going to the vet at all. He was scared, the vets were patient and helped me calm him down. Vet bills are normally pricey, thanks to the explanation by the one vet, we were able to work out a plan that helps me bring my dog in regularly and the make it so that the price isn't a large weight on my shoulders. They were very understanding and helpful. They did not push unnecessary purchases on me, instead they helped me work out the payments and ensure my pup is well cared for.

Patricia and the staff has been very good at finding what is wrong with our family members when the issue is not obvious. While finding the answers, your pocketbook is taken in to consideration and options are given. Arrowwood Animal Hospital is our go-to place for any questions/issues we have with our pets.

I started bringing my Kita to Dr. Danko when he was just a few months old after discovering she was the only Vet in Wpg that offers the 'Pet Wellness' program (which is very common in the U.S.). Instead of having to pay hundreds of dollars at a time when taking Kita in for his shots or exams or tests, I pay a monthly fee and it covers pretty much all of that. I can't recommend this enough to other pet owners. I can very happily say we have gotten more than our money's worth back in than what I have paid out! Dr. Danko (as well as ALL her staff) is very kind, caring and gentle with Kita and her true love and compassion showed through even more when my daughter's elderly cat became ill. She was kind enough to work out a payment arrangement so we could have tests run to determine what was wrong with him. She helped make his last days much more comfortable and we will ALWAYS Be VERY grateful to her for that.This is a TOP NOTCH place to take your beloved pet. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

I was very impressed with the staff as everyone was very friendly and on my first visit, they were extremely accommodating as I did not have a formal appointment to have my puppy, Peanut, checked. They were also extremely gentle when handling him and I would definitely recommend this clinic to any new pet owners.

Patricia is a very nice personable neighborhood vet. I decided to take my dog to her and Im so glad i did. I have been getting very dissatisfied with the care my dog was receiving at his previous vet clinic . My dog was going to the same vet clinic for 5 years with 5 veterinarians to choose from in which my dog was seen by all of them none were as attentive and caring as Dr. Danko. She listened to my concerns and did not prescribe my dog like the other vets did with more antibiotics, steroid sprays and pills for my dogs chronic ear infections but gave my dog a medicinal alternative to clear his infection and also followed up with a phone call which i felt was so attentive because it was a major concern of mine. I never once received a call back from the other vet clinic for "just" a ear infection. Highly recommended .. she did not even charge me for a procedure she did for my dog last visit which i know for a fact other vets would have. Dogs ears are clear:) So happy..

Dr. Patricia Danko has been very kind and supportive to our two dogs. We recently rescued a puppy from a northern Manitoba community and she had multiple medical issues. Patricia was very receptive to my concerns, always willing to answer my questions on the phone, and treated all her medical issues in a timely manner. Patricia genuinely cares about her clients, she did an excellent job on our puppy's spay surgery and phoned me the following day to see how she was doing. The people here made one of the saddest things family’s go through a little less hurtful. This was the only place that allowed both my wife and I in to see her in the end. That is why we came. I recommend this place. As soon as we walk in the atmosphere is so friendly. Dr.Danko is a very understanding and caring vet. She spent almost 45minutes with us and our kitten going through everything. Her staff is very friendly too. Dr.Danko doesnt push any testing and meds she fully explains step by step what needs to be done. Again I cant fully exagerate how amazing this place is.

Dr Danko is great with our cats. She knows them all and takes the time to follow up so we don't miss any shots. She answers all of our questions. We even received a free large bag of cat food when we brought our newest cat in for his initial visit. Our pets love the attention she gives them.

She communicates in a language that we understand and she has helped us make informed decisions regarding our pet's health. She is patient and answers all of our questions without making us feel rushed. Trust in a vet is very important to us....and we truly feel that our pet is good hands with Dr. Danko.
