Thank you Dr. Joshi, Dr. Sidhu and staff for the great dentals done on our dogs Candy and Lily! Our younger pup just needed a cleaning but our older one needed some teeth extracted as well. I loved that the had a dental x-ray machine which they used to confirm which teeth needed to come out, so she didn't get further infection! Everything was reasonably priced as well. Thanks again!

We were frantically trying to find a vet in Penticton or Kelowna that was open on a Sunday to bring our pup in, and we were so lucky that Spall & Harvey were open and were able to fit us in. They were super friendly and really helpful. Dr Sidhu and the vet tech that was working were great. Highly recommend. They got us in and out in less than 30 mins and was way more affordable than if we had to bring our pup to the 24 hr emergency vet.

This place is awesome, needed to bring my dog in last minute. They got him in right away, examined him and got him the medication and was a fair fee. I have been to other vets over the years that take any opportunity to run up your bill unnecessarily. I will recommend this location. The staff are super friendly, professional and they treated my dog very kindly (he can be super annoying as he is only 1 and still overcoming separation anxiety). Cool cat named Lettuce roams the clinic.

Brought my cat here for the first time because he had swallowed a long length of string, and almost everywhere else was closed. I really didn’t want to take him to the emergency vet, haven’t had good experiences there in the past. Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital got me in last minute, 30 minutes before they closed. They were so good with Duke. They explained everything to me and what to expect, gave me my options, and kept me updated. Overall the best experience I’ve had at a vet here in Kelowna so far.

Excellent job, highly recommended. My fur baby Mushu got neutered, two vaccines & microchipped yesterday & the staff was very informative, friendly and professional. They also called me the following morning to check up on how Mushus recovery was going! Everything was reasonably priced. Thank you!

Top notch. Always responsive on calls and emails. Doctors are a breeze to deal with. Staff is super friendly as well. This has become my regular go-to for any assistance related to our dog. Also got him neutered there and they gave clear instructions on post neuter care. They also allowed us to bring in dog to look at his stitches post neuter without any charge and ensure all's good.

We had a great experience at Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital. They were able to get us in same day to help out our dog and were so friendly! The costs are the most affordable that I have seen after living all over the country and after visiting many vets. They even did a follow up call the day after to make sure our pup was recovering the way that he should be. Would definitely recommend!

We brought our boy Zeus, a 2 year old male cat, in because of a urinary blockage. We brought him in on a Monday. By Wednesday, we were given the call that he could come home. Within 6 hours of him being home, he was still blocked. We called the hospital back, and they told us to bring him back right away. They waived the cost of our second visit, as it was still the same issue. They got him feeling all better, and we were able to bring him home Friday. Thank you so much for treating our little guy right. Highly recommend Spall and Harvey Animal Hospital.

I'm not from Kelowna, was here visiting, when my dog had some type of mouth/tooth issue. I took him here and the Doctor was fantastic. He didn't push anything on us and put together the most reasonable plan of action. That is what every pet owner wants, especially when visiting from out of town. Truly meant a lot to me and I highly recommend people trying Spall & Harvey Animal Hospital. Might I add that it's the cleanest vet's office I've ever been to in my 13 years of being a dog owner!

They were available when I needed them. Better than Fairfield in my opinion. I did not have to wait in my car for hours before being seen. Prices reasonable. Service is excellent. They made us and our pup feel welcome. I did not just feel like a number. We are switching vet after this one experience. Since she was a puppy we went to Fairfield for everything, we were told today by Fairfield they have transitioned to emergency only and we no longer have a vet. We are so thankful we tried Spall and Harvey animal hospital.

Lovely staff who treated our little puppy with kindness and such care. Got in the same day to see the vet for an exam and medications due to a respiratory issue. Absolutely amazing staff. Our dog collapsed and needed emergency surgery and we did not have the funds available. They went above and beyond to help us find ways to cover the cost. They explained everything clearly and answered all our questions. They took excellent care of her while she was at their hospital and kept us updated on how she was doing. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their fur babies taken care of.

This clinic is fantastic!! Our first introduction was with my daughters dog as an emergency. They did a topnotch job diagnosing and treating her. They even called to check up after... Several times!! Then I took our three dogs in. We have one with extreme anxiety. They too care of ALL of our needs and all of the dogs were happy and relaxed while there. ???? Can't say enough about these good people!! ????

I went to Spall and Harvey for the first time today and from calling in to leaving it was a fantastic experience. I called in with a concern that my cat had a UTI, as he has had past blockages I was thrilled that they were able to fit me in the same day and could accommodate an already busy schedule. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable, and willing to work with me on treatments I knew worked for my cat. Staff were friendly and everything was quick, smooth and efficient. They were also more than willing to call in to another practice to accommodate me getting a food I needed immediately vs waiting for it to be ordered, which they were also willing to do without hesitation. Big thank you to the Doctor and staff!

Our golden retriever was given good care and recovered well. We even received a follow-up phone call a few days from the clinic to check up on him. Prices were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this new(ish) clinic.

We were travelling through BC when our dog needed emergency veterinary care. We were nervous about how to access it outside of our home province but this vet clinic went above and beyond to help our dog, Solo! Dr. Joshi and Dr. Sidhu stayed after hours and performed emergency surgery on my Chihuahua. They did a very good job, her incision site is healing very fast with no complications. Both doctors took the time to answer my questions fully including my emails and phone calls. They also followed up daily to get updates on her healing process! The staff also need to be commended. We had the experience of receiving veterinary care for our cat, Jean for a urinary obstruction. We were able to interact with both veterinarians, however the majority of our interactions were with Dr Joshi. I do not have anything bad to say about this clinic. The care that our cat received was at a level that any pet owner could hope for. Both vets were compassionate in their interactions with Jean, thorough in their explanations about what was going on and transparent/accurate with the price of the services. After bringing our cat home, we noticed a few symptoms that concerned us and called the clinic- they asked us to bring him back down, assessed our cat and waived the additional assessment fees. The team at Spall and Harvey Animal Hospital is very knowledgable and actually takes the time to explain what is going on in a simple and easy to understand way as well as explanation as to all the treatments and their rational. They were not in any way 'pushy' with their care and were very respectful of us making decisions that were best for our pet. This clinic and employees are professional, kind, compassionate and very obviously have a love and passion for animals. Thank you, Dr Joshi and team for your care of our cat and bringing ease to our minds that he is in good hands. If you are looking for a clean, trustworthy, and friendly pet hospital for your fur baby, this is the one!

I had a small emergency with my little dog and had just moved here from out of province. I called and asked if we could see a vet and the lovely vet assistant was so sweet on the phone. Very calming, curious, and accommodating. She offered to get his records and have them for when we arrived. Once there the vet was again, kind and very understanding. He took the time to talk us through the what he needed and how to monitor doe anything else. He was awesome. To make the whole thing better, I received a discount today due to a special. I will highly reccomed this vet to anyone who asks. Thank you for the great experience.

Very impressed with this operation. Called minutes before close worried about my dog. They said it's not a problem they'd stay late until I arrived. Upon arrival I explained that our dog doesn't like new people, most Vets get frustrated and don't give a good exam due to this reason. Dr. Sidhu was patient, calm and let Guinness come around to him slowly and conduct a proper exam. It's nice to see a vet who cares and takes the time vs. rushing through patients to collect as many bills as possible. Highly recommended!

Excellent job. I highly recommend this place. My dog has been caught by coyote two weeks ago. She was bleeding from few spots but main concern was her right eye came almost 2mm off of socket. The dr. asked me to give him permission to do some surgery on her eye and put that back to the place has to be. I trust him and the expectation was unbelievable. Gracie’eye is back to normal with in two weeks. she is almost recovery from that incident It Just need some eye drops for couple weeks and done. Thank you for your service. ???? ????????????????
