Nice staff, but when we brought our dog in due to our normal vet being full, they didn't do any tests before determining it was a UTI. Now my dog is in the hospital after being looked at by our proper vet. Would have saved me hundreds of dollars to have seen a vet that actually does tests the first time. Review edited to add that my dog actually passed away 6 days after we saw you. My husband said you absolutely lied that you offered us tests. Pretty rubbish.

I am VERY GRATEFUL for the service that Dr. Partini and the technicians provide at KLO vet. They fit us in very last minute for my sheltie's UTI--she was promptly treated with a clear abundance of care. He knows exactly what your pet needs, is very observant, remembers your pet, and honestly goes above and beyond what is expected. The straight forward advice, calming atmosphere, and clean environment are all a bonus!

Thank you for taking such good care of Linus! My dog is a senior dog and as he gets older he needs a bit more help keeping all his parts working. The vet and team are so kind to Linus he doesn't mind coming in for his shots and everything else. I can tell they genuinely love animals and take the time to speak with me about all the options, tests, whatever is needed. There's never any pressure, just a good conversation about what is best for your pet and how they can live their best life, so that you can make the best informed decisions

Our nine your old dog required a surgery to remove a large fat deposit. The cost of the surgery was significantly less than we thought it would be and our pup bounced back from the surgery much faster than anticipated. Our experience was outstanding.

I brought in a sick rescue kitty, and they were so helpful in getting her healthy on a budget. They were always thorough in their explanations. They laid out all of the options, then gave me their recommendation on which option to choose. I loved that they didn't push me towards just the expensive options, but were honest and helpful! They took my calls and answered questions on the phone without paying for additional appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!

We had a horrible experience here. Our cat was in pain and we needed to bring him in to get looked at. When the Vet came in my husband told him our cat is sensitive and you really need to go slow and gentle otherwise he would freak out. The Vet didn't listen at all and our cat freaked out scratching and biting both the vet and my husband in panic. We ended up going the Burtch Animal hospital where everyone was great with our cat and the only time he got upset was after receiving a needle and was absolutely fine and calm with the way they handles him.

We took our two cats here to get netuered and they were great other than one thing. They trimmed our kittens nails without asking us, ( it was free of charge). Our one cats nails were trimmed so short that it has spilt all the way down to the follice.

We have had nothing but care and great service at KLO Vet. I use to have a different Vet in town for my two cats, but switched to KLO Vet, where my boyfriend has been bringing his cat for years. Dr. Partini is clearly a super caring individual, and same goes for his support staff. We have never felt like they are over-charging us, and actually ended up to be less expensive than my previous vet. Very sadly, we had to put down our eldest cat at the age of almost 19, and Dr. Partini was very thorough in explaining the process, while he also allowed us space and offered encouraging words. I've already recommended KLO Vet to friends, and will continue to do so.

Doctors and staff were all very nice, my kitty scratched them when they tried to shave off a Mat under his tummy, I kind of wish they had asked to see if he was ok with loud noises, for everyone's sake, but other then that they were very nice :)
