Our 14 year old dog had developed a growth (tumor) on his eye lid which was irritating his eye, looked ugly and made his tear ducts constantly discharge to lubricate his eye. Norton is our "store dog" at Lights ON Banks and was constantly greeting customers (his "job"), and a lot of them were concerned for Norton because the tumor was getting very large, covering almost half of his eye. The vet at Alpine examined Norton, then explained the operation that was required, laid out the costs and offered alternatives. We went ahead with the operation and it was a complete success. Took him back a week later and had the stitches removed. His eye looks great and Norton is now a very happy dog and back at work in our store! Can't say enough positive things about our experience with Alpine Pet Hospital. I brought my dog in with 5 minutes notice when he was having an unknown serious allergic reaction, the vet was able to see him right away and administer treatment. The cost was SUBSTANTIALLY less than every other vet I called, though I came not for the price but because they were able to see him so quickly. The vet assured me he should recover fine, but held onto him for a few hours to make sure he was showing improvement. I picked up him and paid, but the great service did not stop there. Alpine called me multiple times after the treatment to follow up on our pups condition - when couldn't keep food down the vet called me personally and let me know the best thing to feed him to help his upset stomach. The next day he was back to normal and the day after I received ANOTHER called from Alpine Pet Hospital, checking in to make sure he was still feeling better. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone.

I'm extremely happy with the dental care with my 10 year old little dog. "Puddles"needed 10 teeth extracted...Ugg....major dental surgery. Dr.Bimal and his staff so caring , gentle and genuine. The cost was very reasonable compare to other Vets and Puddles was not tramatized at all...in fact Dr Bimal is the only Vet that can go near Puddles without him growling. I highly recommend Dr. Bimal's care for your pets.

I was greeted by a very curteous young lady who displyed great skill with our puppy, She was very calm and professional. The doctor thouroughly explained everything that needed to be done a clear time line. He gave our puppy a thourough exam helping our puppy remain calm in the process. The clinic was very clean and we were not upsold a bunch of food like othe vet clinics do. He gave us some good pointers. DR. BIMAL CHHETRI at Alpine Pet Hospital is an angel! Sadly we lost our beautiful 11 year old Snowshoe Siamese this Spring and Dr. Bimal was there for us right until his final moment. The last couple of years were touch and go but our Cougar was able to enjoy an extended 2 years of his life once he started to have some health issues...Thanks to his will to survive and be loved and the constant attention we were given from our amazing vet, we cherished each of those days we were given with our best friend! We are so grateful to Alpine Pet Hospital for their dedication and support over which time they went above and beyond to reconcile & discover what what causing his issues. A lot of care went into our case and for that we are forever grateful. This is my favorite place to take my animals! Dr Sapra thinks about my animals first before anything he listens to my concerns and gives me different options on what the next steps should be. He has worked on both my dogs and cats and does what is always best for them. Both my dogs have allergy problems and health issues and he has worked with me with affording these as they are not small dogs. I am very thankful to have him as our vet!

This is an easy review to write. Why? Well, because Alpine Vet and Dr. Chetri and his staff (Hello Theresa and Ava!) These people treat myself and my master (The Dog) Roli like we are the only people (yes, I said people. How do you think of your Dog??) on the planet, and their entire future rests.on us. To summarize; In my 60 years on this planet, I have only had a couple of Veterinary Clinic / Hospitals ever give me quality care. Period. Alpine, and Dr. Chetri are truly top quality people and professionals. The world we now live in is not so good. These people make this world as good as we can ever hope for in this time of confusion and stress. I write damn few reviews, but I happily write this one, and yes, I mean every word, and I deliberately chose the 5 star rating. ALPINE PET HOSPITAL IS 5 STARS!

Consistently professional, attentive, and caring. I've gone in twice on the same day with an emergency and they've been wonderful (didn't even have to wait much). I find them to be really sensitive about all treatments, specifically asking me if I want to pursue options and almost always providing alternatives or even the option to wait and see. I love that the doctor kneels down on the ground to examine the dog, and only occasionally uses the raised metal tables. The technicians are incredibly sweet to the pups and the people at reception are impeccable, calling my old vet to get old records and generally being on top of things.

Called to have our dogs shots updated and were told 2 days for apt. Perfect, the apt went fine introduced dog to Dr. Dog responded good to snacks he had. The entire visit was about 30 mins and all was fine. The price was very good for services, compared to our last place. We will continue to use this facility for our future pets needs...

I emailed the office to make an appointment for my dog and was contacted within 24hrs. I was able to get my dog in to see the vet a couple days later. The doctor did a very thorough examination and explained what was wrong (loose tooth) and what he would do to correct it (extract tooth). The vet was very detailed and made sure I was aware of the risks to my pet and what he would do to mitigate those risks. Overall I was extremely happy with the service.

I was supposed to have an in home euthanasia for my pug. I had booked it 2 days in advance as I knew she was declining. Things took a turn for the worse and I had to bring her in to the emergency vet and have her put down. The emergency vet informed alpine who then cancelled my appointment. I had never been to alpine before as I had just recently moved here. Today I checked my mail and to my surprise found a sympathy card from Alpine with the most beautiful words. I am beyond amazed with the empathy that Alpine has shown even though I wasn’t able to use them. If and when I do get another pet this will be my vet of choice. THANK YOU ALPINE! ♥️

I took my cat there because he was sick and had a tooth problem. I was told it would be $350 and when I paid it was $600. I complained and was given excuses. The bottom line is he tells you one price which is below others and walk out price is higher then his competition Our cat ended up with diabetes and the only follow up was from his reception person that asked if our cat was ok!!! Do not go here at any cost. Period.

We have two cats that are being both treated at the Alpine Pet Hospital for several years. Our cats are part of our family and we love them very much. Our male cat is not easy to handle but despite all Dr. Sapra is always extremely patient and gentle with him. I would never take my pets anywhere else. The doctor and his staff are friendly,compassionate and very knowledgeable. I recommended the clinic to my parents who have a new puppy and they are going to Dr.Sapra ever since for all the shots or advice. I have been taking my pets to Alpine for the past 2.5 yrs. I feel that Alpine is up to date on best practice and affordable, not out to take your money. Very quality friendly care!

Dr. Chhetri was very thoughtful with the care he took with my cat Winston He took as much time as needed to explain what was happening and what needed to be done as well as ongoing care. I found Dr. Chhetri to be very gentle as well when handling Winston and concerned with his health and care. Very happy with this clinic and all the staff.

Have unfortunately had to visit the vet quite a few times (with 3 different cats) over the last 6 months. They are very professional but yet personal too taking the time to explain things and they are very caring! Fees are reasonable and the cats don't seem to mind the visits:) Highly recommended!
