Covid has changed everything! I had to wait outside while my dog was taken in for his examination and his vaccinations. Afterward, the vet came outside with him to report and discuss. Good thing the weather cooperated! The visit was very good, in spite of the conditions. The Morris clinic is a 5* clinic - one of the best I've been to through the years. I only hope I have no need to visit in the dead of winter!

My diabetic dog couldn't stop throwing up or having diarrhea, both containing blood. I called the after hours number and was told I could wait until morning to have her treated. Her condition having worsened, I called back an hour later and insisted that she be seen immediately. As I reached the deserted clinic, I received a call on my cellphone and was informed that I should go to the emergency clinic in Peterborough instead. Arriving in Peterborough, she was immediately admitted and treated overnight for ketoacidosis. The doctor that treated her informed me that my dog would have died if I had waited until morning to have a vet look at her.

We were referred to Morris Veterinary because of their reputation for care and economic understanding (lower costs etc.). I can say with certainty that all of that is true. Their staff (all) are super friendly, caring, and understanding. Dr Morris and Dr Tam are truly great. They very recently provided excellent thought and care for our cat, which literally saved his life. We could not be happier with the level of care and understanding we have received.

Not helpful. Called for services and was not provided with information or support. Was actually told they didn't know and we would need to figure it out on our own. We were looking for diabetic supplies for our dog and due to unforeseen circumstances weren't able to drive out of town to get supplies from our other vet. Luckily another vet in town was very helpful and knowledgeable.

When you bring an animal into "trained professionals" you entrust their lives and safety with them. I brought my rabbit in for a routine clipping, and they clipped his nails way to short he bled and now he's been shaking and will not come out of his carrier I do not consider this place trained AT ALL with exotic animals... They did great with my dog which is why I brought my rabbit there, but I warn you... EXOTIC ANIMALS ARE NOT THEIR SPECIALTY!!!!!
