DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS VET - I have never been so disregarded and ignored. I never even got to speak to or see a vet. My dog was their patient from a previous owner, I bought the dog and I wanted to keep on track with his medications and medical records so I contacted Millbrook Valley Animal Hospital to continue my dogs' care through this facility. I called to explain the new ownership and request renewal of medication and further care. They never returned a single call. I called TWELVE times over several weeks. They never answered my calls and never returned a single voicemail. I am forced to start all over with a new vet, and I am now afraid that they will be unresponsive to sending medical records. DO NOT USE THIS VET.

I took my cat here Dr Kathrine Grayston is a very good veterinarian. She took lots of time to talk with me and got my cat Chloe 13 years old acting like a kitten again. If you have a dog theres a nice park next door to walk before or after. Great staff got us in right in time I would recomend Millbrook Vally Animal hospital to everyone.

Service is slow even if your the only one there. They give the impression that they are just trying to upsell everything even if it's not necessary. Not empathetic and they overcharge for everything.

Great service but poor management and inexperienced doctor. Dr.G. dont get setup there they call too often. Cavan is way better.

Dr Kathryn Grayston is the best vet we've ever had, and we've had a few over the years! She is compassionate but also professional and an excellent communicator. She takes the time to explain technical details in plain English and is patient with our endless questions. Once, she made a trip to a vet in another city -- on her own personal time -- to get a medication our little guy needed that wasn't in stock locally. She squeezes us in for emergencies, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is also new, spacious, clean, and quiet. What else is there?

Dr. Grayson and the vet tech Emily were an amazing team! Our cat was more comfortable than shes ever been at the vet! Dr. Grayson was attentive and knowlegeable and totally calmed our fears from a different vet experience recently. It pays to get a second opinion. Our girl is perfectly healthy!
