This has been my vet now for many years after searching hard. They have excellent care and staff. Dr. Wiltshire is amazing and so kind. She has always shown the utmost care and compassion both with me and my pets. She knows their names and remembers past pets. She grieved with me when my pup was diagnosed with cancer. She was amazingly kind about it and did not sugar coat it - she kept it real and helped me make the hard choices. She stood with my while I lost my beloved kitty and let me talk about memories past. Everyone there is helpful and kind and caring and although vet care is not cheap, they have always been reasonable and fair. They are a valued part of my pet's life and health!!

I called today to request an appt for a travel health certificate. I am under very stressful circumstances and working very hard to get my dogs to where I am. The world of COVID is complicated and stressful. I am not a customer here but needed the appt desperately. The receptionist met my request with disdain and told me that they need to take care of "their people" first and to call another vet. I told her that wasn't very nice and she hung up on me. She flat out rejected me, showed no compassion and no willingness to help. Would never recommend this clinic.

I showed up with 4 animals for shots and deworming, expecting to have them take turns, but the vet surprised me and took them all in at once! They all came out calm and happy not long after - happy furbabies, happy mom! This clinic also took care of both of my mom's small dogs for their entire lives so I definitely trust them! ☺️

Called with a crisis to get my dog in ASAP & just within the minute I asked if they had anything the receptionist was not helpful or even asked what the situation was. She almost scoffed at me & said they are fully booked! I work in a service industry & would never talk to a client so coldly. At least find out what the issue is & then say you don’t have time & see when the very soonest appointment would be! With in 2 mins I called another local vet who was also booked but actually gave me a second to hear what the issue was & made room for my girl to be looked at. They will have my business for my two very loved & well cared for pups.

Just because you have a pet does not mean that a vet should steal every penny you have to do whats right. They made it easier to do what we had to do for our cat and Family!

I have 2 dogs, my puppy had to b spade, and they both get their shots there. Very friendly staff, Dr's r great and all around very helpful. Would highly recommend. If there were 10 stars that's what I would give them. I lost my little girl in September 2019, she was just 13 months old. The drs and staff were wonderful and very caring. She was a sick little baby and they were very honest with us in what we should do for her. She is our little angel now. But I thk the clinic for their kindness.

Been going here almost 2 years now, they still don’t allow people in - you have to wait outside until they usher you in. Only about 3 parking spots. Not super knowledgeable about diet for dogs. And the phone mannerism could use some work from their more senior staff. Just unsatisfied lately with the attitude and general lack of communication the clinic has with one another. If you want to order more flea and tick/ anti-parasite meds they tell you to call back in instead of coming in… seemed a bit of a waste of time for something that should be stocked regularly. They double charged my hubby’s card and didn’t even catch the mistake, we did. We have decided to switch to a better clinic. It’s been nothing but a headache since we started going there. I assume the paperwork and record transfer will be the same once we make a switch.

So I get this is going to be a poor review. Honestly they are super friendly. However my experience there for actual vet care was terrible. We had to put a family dog to rest which at my actual vet in my lifetime I have had to do many times and never ever had to go through a process like this one. We go in and she gives our dog a sedative told us this would make her comfortable and it should kick in in a few minutes, come 15 minutes later and she was still very alert so they give her something else. Another 15 minutes goes by she comes in and says oh she is still with us, gives her another something and still no change. So after all this I spoke up because it's not my dog and I say can't you put the catheter in her leg like my vet does and then give her the medication that puts her to sleep. Oh we can. Comes back and shaves a leg after poking her 5 times in that one couldn't find a vein and went to a different leg. Finally finds a vein. Comes back and finally gives her the medication to put her to sleep. This process was absolutely ridiculous. It took over an hour to do this???? I have only ever been there one other time with a cat that had crystals and they told me he was fine and it was not crystals so I took the drive to my vet and he was full of them. As fast as my vet was getting rid of the crystals he was producing them. We had to say bye to him because of all the pain he was in that this vet had no clue. I would never bring my animals here again. Just because they are super nice people it doesn't mean they know what they are doing.

5 outta 5. Excellent service. Excellent prices. My cat had some issues using his litter box Sunday night. So I called them when they opened up at 8am to see if they could take him in on short notice, and they did without question. He got examined 830am and we were by 9 with a diagnosis and prescription. Highly recommend.
