I dropped my kitten off at 830 and got to pick him up at 2 from his neutering. He was doing very well and his incision site looked great. Very strait forward, friendly staff, and a good price. 5/5 for sure ????

They spayed my cat. Everything went how it was supposed to except about a week after surgery she had a weird bump on her belly. So I called and they got us in the same day. She's just too active so it reacted to her stitches and she's fine but just has a lump. Glad for fast reassurance!

Recently got my cat spayed here. Staff were not friendly, they seemed to hate being there and to top it all off my cat got an infection... Would not recommend to anyone that loves their animals.

Would have given them zero stars if I could have. I’ve called multiple times on four different days and they never picked up the phone. The first call would always ring 4-5 times and every call after that would only ring 1-3 times leading me to believe they were sending my calls straight to voice mail. All I wanted to do was set up an appointment to have my kitten spayed. So thanks Kamloops SPCA I really appreciate your high levels of professionalism.

This place is horrible. My cat went in 100% healthy for a routine spay. She came home with a nasty respiratory infection requiring extensive treatment from another vet as this vet has said this isn't in any way shape or form their fault. My cat is currently fighting for oxygen due to a swollen larynx from this nast infection. This is the same clinic that also pinched a nerve in my friends dog leg when she got fixed. Again, no responsibility taken, and their attitue is less than gracious. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. Any money you "save" here will be spent elsewhere on treatment to fix this clinics mistakes.

Small place in an older building, but as with the other SPCA location, the love, care and kindness for the animals is obvious. Nothing is more important to see in an animal care facility than actual care for the animals. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and instructions for the care of your hairy children.

I love the vets here, and most of the staff, except for one staff member who continues to give me the wrong information. I had to post pone my kittens booster shots and had asked if this would make me have to restart, she told me it would be fine to do the boosters later... The day of the appointment I was told I had to restart, and that I wasted over $150 on vaccines due to poor knowledge. That same day I asked to book my kittens spay and neuter surgery as well as the follow up boosters... She said they were booked for 4:30pm. When I had asked what time to pick the cats up from surgery since it was so late she told me they had no surgery booked... Even trying to pay for the appointment became more frustrating when she couldn't process the fact only 2/3 cats came in, yet she kept trying to charge me for all 3 of my cats. Over 20 minutes later and I could finally pay and leave.

Good price! Also they really treat your animals well. I have a very skittish little cat, and she was clearly afraid of the situation. I could see the girls in the back calling her by name and petting her, which clearly comforted her.

Worest place ever. I called on the 12th and made an apt for the 14th. My ride bailed and i missed it. So i called and had it set up on a new date september 22. I dont feed my poor kitty all night as needed. And in the morning....when i call to say i will be there ( only cuz i missed the first apt) I find they don't even have the new date on record and wont help. Then have the nerve to say you need to make a 2 week advance apt......they dont come thou when you need them.

Drove all the way from Vernon with an anxious cat for his neuter, to be turned away at the door and told that all those services are cancelled due to covid. I did not receive a phone call/voicemail or an email saying this was cancelled. Very disappointing as I had took time off work to come.

Brought my cat in for his last vaccinations and neutering. Before I had even left the building they had the exam done and noticed he had ear mites (something I was concerned about) and did the treatment for him there. They also treated the other pet in the house without prompting. The staff were very friendly and my cat felt quite comfortable there, not being scared the slightest. It was a really good experience for both myself and my fur baby, and they made me feel very relaxed about the whole experience even when I was in nervous tears. Thank you !
