Je dois être honnête en disant que j’ai pratiquement toujours eu un bon service. Par contre, depuis l’instauration de la prise de rendez-vous seulement le matin même, c’était plus difficile. À son dernier rendez-vous pour un problème à une patte, j’ai patienter plus d’une heure trente dans la salle d’attente pour me rendre compte qu’ont nous avait oubliés. Je n’étais pas très contente mais c’était la première fois que ça arrivait, donc je n’en ai pas trop fait de cas. Il y a 2 semaines j’ai dû prendre la difficile décision d’abréger ses souffrances. À presque 12 ans et beaucoup d’épreuves dans nos vies à elle et moi, j’ai téléphoner à ma “super” clinique pour m’informer de la procédure . Donc, pour du boisé en ses temps de covid où présentement au début juillet au Saguenay il n’y a plus aucun cas actif de covid, la façon de faire est de ne pas pouvoir accompagner son animal de compagnie à son dernier repos et de le laisser dans le parking de la clinique pour qu’il fasse l’euthanasie à temps perdu au courant de la journée. Mais quel pratique complètement insensible. Mon conjoint a même essayer de vous convaincre mais semble t-il que c’est impossible de parler à un responsable de la clinique. Comment pouvez-vous prétendre avoir à cœur le bien-être de nos animaux ?? On se fait même dire d’appeler ailleurs. Alors pourquoi les autres cliniques offrent ce service et pas vous? Les autres cliniques utilise le masque pour les rendez-vous. Sachez que vous avez rendu un processus déjà difficile encore plus atroce. Nos 3 autres animaux iront se faire soigner ailleurs, dans une clinique qui a à cœur POUR VRAI Les animaux de compagnies et leur famille. Un immense merci à Carcajou de nous avoir permis d’accompagner notre grosse fille jusqu’à la fin.

My dog suffered a lot, since in the speed of his movements, it caused him discomfort. Mon chien a beaucoup souffert, puisque dans la rapidité de ses gestes, elle lui causait des inconforts. Étant supposé être une pratique où l'animal part en douceur sans souffrance, Léo est parti, au contraire, avec rapidité et douleur. En bref, la vétérinaire a été très froide envers nous et trop brusque envers mon chien. Le temps d'attente n'a fait qu’accroître la nervosité de Léo et la nôtre. Quand on nous a laissé un moment avec lui à la toute fin, personne n’est venu le récupérer. Nous avons dû repartir et le laisser inerte sur la table d'examen, ce que j'ai trouvé absolument irrespectueux de la part des employés. J'en garde des images traumatisantes. Suite à ces événements, je ressens beaucoup de culpabilités face au choix de clinique que j'ai fait pour faire euthanasier mon chien. J'ai de la difficulté à entamer mon processus de deuil puisqu'il n'est pas parti en douceur.
