Very COVID concense. The customer stays outside while they came out to get your pet. Your pet is the only thing that goes inside the building. Until it's time to pay and depending on how you pay. If paying with plastic then the customer goes inside to pay only then back outside. Not even inside 5 mins.

I took my dog Mitch to the Westport Vet after he cut his paw on glass. Earlier, we'd been to the Kingston Regional Pet Hospital on Midland Avenue which was a disaster. Our experience at the Westport vet was just the opposite. The staff care. They are professional and knowledgeable. The bill was quite reasonable.Mitch was stitched up and is on his way to recovery. Thanks Westport staff. You guys rock!

Everyone who works here has the biggest heart. They cared more for my dog than anyone else I've ever been to for pet care. They are kind, patient, helpful and extremely thoughtful. When I had no choice but to say goodbye to my beautiful best friend, Aspen, Julia, was there for me and supportive and emotional with me. They even sent me a condolences card. I can't say enough good things about Westport Veterinary Service. Thank you once again.
