I honestly don't know where the five star reviews are from. They don't seem to know what they're doing. Bad service, bad vet and all they want to do is spend your money for unnecessary tests. They did x-rays on my pet and blood work and didnt tell me that my dog had cancer. I went to a different vet for a second opinion and thank god I got better service and the vet was super helpful.

Nice, clean, and well run clinic in the No Frills plaza on Rathburn. Good working hours, they are open until 7 pm weekdays and on Saturdays until 4 pm. Never ordered any pet food from this place and can't comment on pet food pricing. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible store. Lots of free parking in the plaza. Dr. Roncal Keeps our cat health and well-being. We came from Europe with 13 years old cat with a urinary tract problem. One day we found Basya in critical condition. The amazing doctor was able to recognize what happened with Basya. She gave to him immediately all necessary medication and helps him stand out of the crisis. I do all her recommendations for everyday therapy and so far I'm happy with the stable condition of my cat. Thank you for your support and help

They were great with my dog, they recommended a course of action that seems to be suiting him quite well. They listened when we told him he is reactive (he has a VERY scary bark, but does not bite) and by the end of his visit, described him as a sweetheart. Also, flexible with the appointment and all very kind people.

I have gone here twice, the first time the experience was just okay, the second time was a little better because I knew what to expect. I would still give them 5 stars because I can get an appointment quickly for any urgent matters and the vet seems knowledgeable. I did feel a little uneasy both times as they take your pet inside and you have no knowledge of what's going on - it is a little bit more stressful if your pet hates going to the clinics and gets very anxious. The receptionists and the staff are curt and to the point because they are too busy. If you want an urgent checkup, I would recommend to go here but manage your expectations.

This is just ridiculous. Nobody gives any information about the service itself and what is included. Half of needed medication are out of stock. No chance to get help you need or clear understanding of what you getting here. And that’s all besides the fact that you can’t see what is really going on with you pet and did your pet get any treatment that they are charging you for. People are nice and polite, but it doesn’t help at all if you didn’t receive what you’ve come for. Save your time. Find someone who will get you proper service

I am very fond of this clinic and I have a lot of great trust in it for our dog. We recently moved to Mississauga last year and we are very impressed with its services, the doctor, the staff, etc. Especially during COVID, so many other clinics and places were all over the place with their precautions but RAC was really really good. We've only had to come in twice, but I still like how rigouous and consistent it is here.

This was a terrible experience and i would never go back to this clinic. They are not my primary vet but it was an urgent matter and we had no choice but to go to them. Although the current climate( COVID) makes for more challenges in service there is really no excuse for how they handled things. The receptionist took my dog to the back without even learning about the reason for our visit and the details they should know. Told us to wait outside for 20-30 minutes and they would call us when he was ready. I felt uneasy as they didn't even care to discuss the what was going on with my dog. The main vet then gave me an attitude filled response/ diagnosis. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. was the most stressful veterinary experience ever, would NOT recommend.

I've brought 2 of my cats to this clinic where i got all of their shots and fixed them. i couldnt be happier with the service, the vet is really nice and helpful. im very pleased!! PLUS, everytime i leave a message off regular hours, i ALWAYS get a call back the next morning - such a caring team of staff :)

We have been bringing out pets there since 2004. The Dr is always very friendly and cares about animals. We feel like they are very fair and that they don't try to suggest unnecessary things just to make money. The Dr will make recommendations but is not pushy and respects your decisions.

I have rescue cats, and two pure bred dogs...and this is the best vet I have had....She is extremely knowledgable and thorough in her exams, and you can tell that all of the staff love animals, and know how to care for them.. They have always been very accommodating, and punctual in the work with my animals.

I took my pet in for an examination and blood work here since they stopped eating and was losing a lot of weight. The vet performed the check up on my cat and was unsure of the cause and wanted to run quite a few more blood tests etc. Me and my family felt that the experience we had here wasn't the best and that the veterinarian wasn't performing the proper level of care for our pet and decided to switch to another clinic two days later. We took our cat for a check up at the new clinic and the veterinarian immediately noticed a large mass in my cats stomach and liver area while conducting the same physical examination that our previous vet did, and immediately recommended an x-ray. Turns out my cat has cancer. Not sure how a trained professional missed that but I would definitely not bring my pet here. We probably would have wasted thousands of dollars on tests because the vet missed an obvious issue in the preliminary exam.

I just switched here from a different vet. When my previous vet insisted that my cat need to go to emerge for approx $2000, Dr. Roncol solved the problem for a fraction of the price. They are very realistic and take the time to explain things. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The Vet Nancy has been assisting me in raising my German Shepherd since she was 3 months old with annual physicals and periodic issues like sprained muscles and ear infections. She looks after all of my pet's vaccines. I also purchase all of my pet's food and shampoo. I also often bring in my pet for professional grooming and board my pet there once or twice annually when I go on vacations where I am at facilities which cannot accommodate my pet. I give Nancy and her clinic 5 stars easily for the following reasons: Since my pet met Nancy at 3 months old she connected fondly with her. Nancy has a natural ability to connect with dogs like Cesar Milan the "Dog Whisperer". Even though we go there for annual vaccines my pet actually gets very excited to see her and enjoys her visits to the clinic. The clinic always has an abundance of caring and well trained staff. My pet is now 8 years old and looks the picture of health thanks to Nancy's excellent care. Nancy is well versed in both traditional treatments as well as natural and holistic ones and usually offers me options for both where possible. A few years ago my pet was involved in a motor vehicle accident that she was fortunate to survive. Due to this occurring around midnight I had to bring my pet to an emergency clinic in the Yorkville area of Toronto. The clinic had state of the art equipment and an impressive list of specialists and my pet had good emergency treatment there for the first couple of days however I really was not satisfied until I could have Nancy see my pet 4 days after the event. She not only knows my dog well but she was able to observe a few things the other clinic had missed and monitored my pets recovery over the next couple of weeks. My pet and I are very fortunate to have Nancy looking after her health and well being and my pet adores her. Nancy always takes time to properly explain to me the pro and cons, the effects and side effects and acts as a true professional always.

Horrible horrible!! The people working there are very ignorant not to mention the actual owner (Dr. Nancy Roncal) I walked in there inquiring about a type of dog food and was quoted $106.00. after calling to have ALL of my dogs file transferred from another vet clinic (thinking this would be a great place to go) they quoted me $130 + Tax - the lady on the phone said she would have to call me back after I explained to her the pricing problem, after over 1 hour of waiting i called the clinic back and had to RE EXPLAIN my problem again and the lady started arguing with me then hung up on me! After calling back I had Dr. Nancy answer and scream at me telling me that this is the price and i was quoted a price that was in the system from a different DISCONTINUE dog food. I attempted to explain that it is not my fault that they do not keep up to date files and that the dog food they quoted me as actually discontinued 3 years ago (I had known this due to my dog being on that food once), she eventually hung up on me after she probably realized that I knew that they CLEARLY were making up their own mark-up and pricing. This vet clinic takes advantage of poor pet owners with random pricing mark ups. Their service is not for the pet but for their own money hunger gain. I do not suggest you go to this clinic, i have also already reported them to the Better Business Bureau STAY AWAY!
