Found staff friendly but 4 dogs a long time with new policies

This place is amazing. They were quick in getting my kitten in for her first assessment as I had recently adopted. They don't mind all the frantic phone calls of someone worried about their young pet. They are kind and considerate and clearly love their jobs. They are always thorough with visits and give different options for what to do and how to approach the care of your pet. I even got a call the next day to see how my little one was doing. This is exceptional level of service and I'm blown away by this establishment.

We had to make an emergency visit to Parkside Animal Hospital because Waldo our 6 month old kitten cut her leg and required being put under anesthetic to have stitches, we were so worry while we sat in the truck waiting to hear how she was doing the emergency staff were great explained everything they had to do and took very good care of her she is healing well now and will have her stitches removed in another week.

Hailey is the nicest vet I have ever come across. The staff are amazing and so good with my little pup. They really make me feel at home there and really seem to understand that she is a part of my family, not just a pet. I actually switched to Parkside after I needed to bring her there for an emergency after-hours visit. She treated us better in our one hour interaction than I ever was anywhere else in my years of veterinarian visits. They truly are the best vet in North Bay!

This is my vet. The people that work at this clinic are kind and I completely trust them with my animals. This clinic is quite modern and up to date with the newest technologies. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is price. As far as I can tell this is the most expensive place around.

We ended up having to bring our dog in for an emergency visit on a saturday. Being new to the North Bay area we currently did not have a vet. The staff was very helpful and showed compassion as they could see how worried we were for our dog. They were very up front with costs and only did what was needed for our sweet boy. Dr. Haleigh was awesome and so was the vet tech we delt with that day. I will deffinatly be bringing my dog back to this facility for any of his needs.

My husband and I have been to several highly rated veterinarians in North Bay who ended up disappointing us. Dr. Bertrand and her staff are thorough, caring and professional. We just experienced a difficult situation with our pet and felt confident through the whole process that Dr. Bertrand had a handle on the situation. Very caring and skilled staff. I had my fur baby in for laparoscopic spaying and she is doing great! The incision is barely visible at 3 days. She is full of energy and I am busy trying to keep her quiet. A very positive experience for something so stressful.

Absolutely incredible staff. From the moment you walk into the door you feel welcome and as if you're among friends. I love the separate sections for the cats. I have 2 cats, Jax and Lily, and they absolutely loved Dr. Jamie (Unsure of her last name). Second time I was there was because Lily cut the bottom of her paw. We called and was told to bring her in. Was taken instantly, they wrapped her up and asked for us to send them a picture so they can follow up and make sure she's alright. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone!

Dr hansford is an amazing vet, she’s really attentive, and really cares about the well being of your animals, Dr hansford really went above and beyond when my cat was sick and she was always checking in with me about him! I’m so thankful for her she really eased my fears when I thought he was going to die. this vet clinic doesn’t see your animal as a pay check they care for them as much as you do! I always feel comfortable leaving my animals in there care!

I have never experienced any clinic That cares about your fur babies just as much as you do other than Parkside ???? I always know that our babies will be not only taken care but loved while doing so ! They help you understand even the most complicated things and reassure you that no matter what your pet is going through they make sure you feel like “we got this!” And they will not give up until they have the answers :) couldn’t imagine owning any pets without having these girls in our corner !!!!

Even in an emergency situation, Dr Holden and the rest of the staff made a stressful situation of leaving your dog for surgery 100x easier, knowing that he would be in the best hands. We were on vacation when my pompoo took terribly sick and felt we were loosing him called many vets and then we found Parkside who took us right away no question even though we were not patients. The doctor took it from there. She ran all the tests and stays determined what was wrong with Maxi and had him on treatment right away. Jennifer felt he needed to be admitted but kept me posted until 10 at night. She was amazing!!! Called me first thing in the morning and emailed to say he was improving with the intravenous and held his breakfast. When he did get to come home the staff said they just loved my little soldier :) It was the most amazing care I have recieved for my dogs. I only wish I lived there to continue with the clinic. The entire staff are so caring and to take us in like that shows they are one of the few who truly care. Please if you need a vet for your animals this is the place to go, and Maxi alive and healthy can attest to this!

Awesome, caring people. We just moved here recently and Parkside was recommended to us. I can see why. They have a separate area for cats and dogs, which, as a cat owner is really a nice touch. Dr Holden has been amazing with my cat Daisy who is going through serious kidney issues. Can't say enough good things about the people at Parkside. Absolutely love Parkside and all of the staff but especially Sam and Dr. Bertrand. They are all so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. You can tell that they genuinely love animals. My dog and I can't even walk by the clinic without her trying to go in and visit them. I think when your dog loves going to the vet, it's a good sign. :)

The staff at Parkside is absolutely amazing. My boy, Nixon had emergency surgery at the beginning of August. They were nothing but sweet. Dr Hansford ensured she called me every time she had an update, even at 3am. As well as in the morning pretty well as soon as they opened. I unfortunately have terrible luck and have had to bring my animals in to a few different vets during emergency hours & this one is by far one of my favourites. I 100% trust them with my babies. I cannot say enough good things about them.
