They are amazing and very trustworthy. We were visiting my family and drove up from Louisiana and during the visit their cat got our dog and an infection quickly escalated resulting in a stint, antibiotics, and other things. They were great, friendly, and truly care.

When we moved to Sarnia we had to find a new vet for our dogs. It is an all woman vet and everyone there loves animals. They are caring and very easy to deal with. Our prior vet always wanted you to come in even to refill a prescription and charge for an office visit. They work to only see you when necessary. They provide accurate quotes and fair pricing. And best, our dogs love them.

Really wonderful staff who are always smiling and attentive. No question is viewed as silly or out there, which alludes to their experience with all types of situations. Even calling them on the phone is a great experience! They want to make sure that you and your pet are as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate the cat door around the side of the clinic, because my cats aren't too fond of dogs and are nervous as it is being taken to the vet. They thoroughly explained why my cat was feeling under the weather and everything that I could do to make it better for her.

If there is one thing that can be said about Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic, it is that they truly care about animals. My fiancée and I have two cats, and upon arriving a the clinic for the first time we were surprised to find out that there are two seperate and distinct enterances to the building: one for dogs and one for cats. Each entrance seems to be tailored for the particular species, for instance the cat entrance was adorned with cat toys, informative posters pertaining to various cat-health topics, etc. All in all, it is a very pet-friendly environment, and what's more is the staff are clearly all very devoted to their work. I would highly recommend Lakeshore to anyone in the area looking for a new veterinary clinic.

Had a great experience with this clinic today. My dog had an eye evisceration on Monday and I've been having difficulty giving him his antibiotic drops because of the amount of discharge as it heals. I went to this clinic today and they cleaned the eye up and took great care of my recovering pooch. With all of the fuss my dog caused at home I was amazed at how well behaved he was for them. They have very friendly staff and they seemed to really care.

They are constantly working on extending their education and working knowledge and continuing to update services as such (see physio centre). We will only recommend this vet. Both our dogs go here and we trust them completely.

We LOVE Lakeshore vet! Both of my boys are nervous of strangers (Chihuahua x and a LabxRotti) and both Dr Taylor and Dr Bristol are amazing with them! The vet techs are professional and caring and the reception staff are beyond accommodating. They never force administration or examination of either of my boys if they(the dogs) are not feeling comfortable. They went so far as to provide me with a sedation medication for my little guy, and rebooked our appointment, when he wouldn't allow anyone near. him to draw blood. My big guy needed to go in for eye trauma during Covid and they got us in post hast(which was amazing). Also, they have their curbside services down to a science! Usually he would be weary of leaving me to go with a stranger but he jumped right out of the car and followed Heather right inside, even though he'd never met her before. I highly recommend Lakeshore vet for all your pet pal's needs!

Missed things that another vet found. Very expensive. They don’t tell you important info when it comes to billing. Left one of my cats soiled and set her home that way. To say the least I switched to another clinic as much as I really liked the cat entrance. Dr Robinson is great. I find the other techs and doctors are nowhere near at the level Dr Robinson is at. That’s the only vet I’d see at lakeshore after my experience with the others there at that clinic, but she’s not usually avail so I’ve had to switch.

My first appointment was 1.5 hours for my 2 chihuahuas, extremely thorough. This was NOT a rushed exam that leaves you feeling ripped off. Dr.Taylor looked at everything. When I expressed concern about some vaccines, I was informed about the Rabies titer test which they only charge $90 for. Dr. Taylor was able to take my dog's blood samples while holding him like a baby (he was trying to climb on her shoulders because he's not good on tables). This truly is a fear-free clinic. Every staff member working there that day greeted us, pet, and held my dogs. At the end of my appointment, Karina introduced Lupita to my little guys and all 3 chihuahuas were playing together. I ended up taking a video and I've never had such a positive experience at a Veterinary Clinic in my life. 2nd appointment on June 15th: Dr. Bristow was able to squeeze me in on virtually no notice. Even in these times, my dog received a thorough exam with great care, dignity and attention. She's already feeling better. VERY SKILLED STAFF *You will always be a priority here *Your pets will be respected and gently handled *You will have treatment options *They offer EMERGENCY SERVICES Honestly, everyone here at Lakeshore Veterinary Clinic is a pleasure to talk to!
