What can I say about the amazing experience I had with Mike and Connie. Honestly I have never been so happy in my life to have met to wonderful people doing a wonderful thing. My Betty boo was more calm then she has ever been before I honestly feel so understood and I have never had such a good experience with vet appointments before. I was comfortable and my pet despite being painful was really comfortable. My other dog was so comfortable he just slept away. I am truly happy with this service and I don’t think I can go back to regular appointments. They were so accommodating it was honestly WONDERFUL. I’ve signed up Betty boo and will be signing up my other dogs in the up coming months as well. Thank you Connie and Mike for helping a neurotic mom like me I appreciate your care with my beagle family. ❤️

My cat gets very stressed if we take him to the vet and I think he enjoyed the hour spent with Dr. Mike and Michaela. So impressed and worth every penny!!! We started out with one scared Abyssinian cat but after trying Treatwell we've now also signed up a retired racing greyhound, a feisty rescue terrier and our new Russian Blue kitten. We can't say enough about the value of Treatwell's 'go-the-extra-mile' service and innovative approach to companion animal care…having to lug stressed-out pets in the cold to wait their turn at a 'brick-and-mortar' vet clinic seems positively archaic at this point. Treatwell's business model is definitely the future of the vet industry and our fur family is grateful to be riding this first wave with them ???? ????????

If there is one good thing you can do for your pets it’s to make Treatwell your go to Vet clinic. The owner/creator/head vet of this company is by far the best I’ve had. If you’ve seen my review of Pretoria it’s this guy who helped the most while he worked their. He has also gotten several excellent techs who also worked their as well. When we had to put down our boy beagle (not in either photo). There was no other Vet than Dr. Mossop I wanted to get us through that. He has been so great to our family and I’m glad he is our pups vet. I highly recommend this service it’s makes life so much easier both for our pets and us. Especially if you have a dog who’s afraid of Vet clinics.

This vet experience/concept is amazing. Treatwell comes right to your door and are very flexible with times & days. When I got my puppy I called them and they came the very next day. Mike is great, he is informative and was kind and gentle to my puppy. Kevin loves when they come over. If you have a pet that hates going to the vet then I would really recommend them as they make it a fun experience for them, not to mention the prices are very reasonable.

We came across Treatwell Pet Care during the worst of circumstances. Our old dog had quickly taken a turn for the worst and we had to make an inevitable decision that no pet parent ever wants to make. It was late on a Thursday when I contacted Treatwell and they immediately messaged me back very empathetically and we’re upfront with all the details and costs. Before I even had talked to anyone, I could feel through the email that his was the mobile pet vet service I wanted to use. Their first impressions were amazing. The vets came to our home on the decided morning and were very professional, took all the necessary COVID precautions, and most importantly they helped my old pup and the family feel at ease and comfortable. First visit just completed and can't say enough good things. It is a subscription service which is different but the convenience of having them come to your home and spreading the cost out over a year is so worth it. The subscription also covers two exams a year and most common vaccines. They are incredibly kind, patient and informative and really want to focus on relationship and prevention instead of once a year in and out, often stressful and information overload visits. If you want the convenience of visits in your home, and have your vet cater more to the specific needs of your pet instead of a one size fits all then I highly recommend!

Mike and Connie are absolutely wonderful! I called to make an appointment and they came to visit within 48 hours (an appointment with our regular vet was scheduled for a week later at the earliest). Before visiting, I received incredibly diligent support over email and by phone multiple times and they answered all my questions. I'm absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, kindness and attention to detail with which they have treated our ten year old, very shy cat Sushi. They were even willing to meet her and assess as she stubbornly sat in her favorite spot- a narrow closet! They came fully prepared with all the instruments they could possibly need, on time, and even had a prescription prepared and brought it with them, just in case! Very glad that this service exists in Ottawa. I've been hesitant to bring my bengal cat to a vet because I have trouble transporting him and he tends to lash out when handled. Mike and Connie have already been able to come a number of times in order to complete tests and drop off prescription food. They are very kind and attentive to the pets and owners. This review is long overdue. The team at Treatwell are amazing, super professional and kind. They will take their time with you and your pet, they will let you know your options, and most definitely make sure your pet is comfortable with them. It's so easy to book appointments with them on their portal, and I love being able to go back and look at the visit summaries, which may not seem that exciting, but for someone like me who will instantly forget when leaving the vet what was discussed, is amazing. It has all the important tidbits that you need to remember, and will sometimes have clickable items that lead to relevant articles to what was discussed. I just really love that because I can always refer back to it. Overall, I would definitely recommend them!

Mike and Connie made our first experience with Treatwell amazing! For the first time I didn’t feel like our appointment was rushed with a veterinarian. Normally appointments are 20 minutes max and I leave with unanswered questions. This time, all of our questions and more were answered, leaving us with peace of mind knowing our new cat is healthy :) The membership pricing makes paying a lot easier as well. Splitting up the payments per month versus paying a few hundred dollars all at once is really great. The biggest positive of all though is that it eliminated the stress of getting our pet to a vet’s office. It normally causes the cat and owner’s stress, and we did not have to put anyone through that today. Would definitely recommend this service to everyone! It’s a much calmer way to get the care you need for your pets :)

Mike and his team are great! Even amidst COVID he was able to coordinate an appointment on short-notice to see my dog that needed treatment. He was super friendly and willing to help all the while maintaining proper social distancing measures. All in all, it was easier to have him visit us than to go to the vet and no more expensive. He had the required medication with him to write a prescription and I couldn't be more pleased with how things went!

I have been using Dr. Mike and Connie at Treatwell since November 2018. My vet recommended that I contact Dr. Mike and have him visit my English Bulldog (Freud) at home. It was one of the best decisions I have made. Freud loves Dr. Mike and Connie! Dr. Mike and Connie are extremely thorough and caring. My English Bulldog developed pneumonia twice in 6 weeks. Dr. Mike has implemented many changes with Freud, and Freud is thriving on his care. I decided to use this service after reading the reviews and am glad I did. Another 5 star review for Treatwell. I have a membership, which gives me access to their online store. They deliver straight to your door. The welcome gift was also very sweet. As for the vet, she was so gentle and caring, and had so many good suggestions to help my kitty lose weight. My cat is a rescue and she was abandoned previously so she is quite shy around other people. The two women were able to keep her as calm as possible, and also gave me some calmers for future check-ups. They are also available to address your concerns online at all times. I literally have nothing to complain about. They are great!

These guys are awesome vets who really took the time to listen to my concerns and try to let Odie get comfortable with them, (he's not one for strangers lol), and we had both a thorough discussion and a thorough exam for the first time ever. It was also really nice to feel like we weren't being rushed or dismissed, and to be provided different options that weren't being pushed on me just to run up a bill like other vet services. And honestly, overall pricing was pretty comparable to an onsite vet service. Definitely the way to go if you have nervous animals! I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mike and Treatwell! Our family cannot say enough kind words about Treatwell. My mom was visiting me with our beloved 130lbs plus senior dog. When we realized in the morning that his health had taken an unfortunate turn and that his quality of life would not return we decided we needed to end his suffering and called Treatwell’s mobile service. Such a great experience! The gang at Treatwell came right to our home 2 days after we got our Pup. Our puppy was so comfortable with Mike and his team instantly. They brought lots of treats and even a frozen Kong to keep Zoey happy during the examination. I had my first visit with Mike and Connie yesterday and I was VERY impressed. I adopted a semi-feral rescue cat this summer and she is still not comfortable with touching (or people in general), so I've been super worried about getting her into the vet - which is no problem with Treatwell, because they come to us! Booking appointments is super easy through their online portal and they are responsive to email questions. What particularly impressed me was their commitment not only to her physical health but also her comfort and emotional well-being - we are working on a plan that meets her veterinary care needs but doesn't stress her out unnecessarily, which includes pre-visit sedation for our next visit. (They were also very kind about my emotional well-being as a stressed-out first time pet parent!) They were thorough and thoughtful about what I can do to socialize my cat more. They had the medication right there with them and I paid in my living room! I'm really grateful this service exists and that my girl can get quality vet care without the drama of getting her into a carrier and out of the house. And I love being able to spread some of the vet costs throughout the year with the subscription model, which (with pet insurance) adds a little predictability to pet costs.
