Having just relocated to the area I had to visit this clinic for the first time for the saddest of all possible reasons, because my beloved 14-year old dog was dying. Not a vet visit anyone wants to make, but the extraordinary kind, compassionate support I received from Dr. Whitehead was beyond compare. She took so much time to explain what was happening to me and gave me all the space I needed to say my goodbyes. I will be forever grateful. And I will be back with my new pup once he arrives.

During this Covid I couldn't go in with my dog . I sat in the truck and waited . She came out and gave me some bad news as gently as she could. And went back in to do an ultra sound. Soon as she finished she came right out to my truck to talk with me while I cried . She was so nice , compassionate and thoughtful. She spent the time standing on the street in the cold to help me understand the situation. I'm so appreciate all their kindness. 100% recommend this place .

Very friendly and informative staff! They made my nervous kitty feel very relaxed. The procedure room was quiet, no other animals that would scare him. There was no wait for me and I didn't feel rushed at all despite all my questions. Price was reasonable. Been going to this vet office for years and will continue to do so. :)

Amazing!!! Very impressive service. My dog was attacked by another dog while hiking near Hope, Dr. Waddington had a busy day booked and she was still able to accomodate me and check out my dog. Very happy with the service, speed and price. I would highly recommend seeing this vet for your furry friend.

Not one to leave bad reviews but of you have to go here get a second opinion asap because, we brought our 10.5 yr old lab in because he was coughing and losing his balance and the said he was coughing because his back teeth were absessed and it was bothering his throat but his heart and lungs sounded strong and a couple days later he was collapsing and weezing so I took him to chilliwack and found out he had severe lung cancer and we had to get him put down. We are all heartbroken would absolutely not recommend this place

Nothing but good things to say.... I have taken all 3 of my dogs here since they were puppies, and the staff is always incredibly helpful and do their best to make each visit a positive one for the dogs. The vet is always thorough--I have complete confidence in Dr. Madsen. Unfortunately we recently found out that one of our dogs was quite sick and had to put her down. The vet was so patient and helpful in answering all of our questions. We did not feel rushed for time at all. We feel very fortunate to have had such a compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable team help us through the whole process. Highly recommend the Coquihalla and Kent Vet Clinics.
