Just happened to see this review and I am just shocked and can not believe this!! We have purchased 4 kittens from Beyond the Valleyragdolls and referred many people to this cattery as I feel Sue has the "cadillac" in ragdoll kittens. We all have gotten very healthy kittens and are just beyond satisfied with our babies! My oldest will be 5 next month, next oldest wilt be 5 in November, next one will be 3 in September and our baby will be 2 in June, all very very healthy. I give Sue such praise for my girls being so healthy and happy because she gives such good advise for a lifetime, doesn't just sell you a kitten and then you are on your own. She will always respond within the hour if you have a question generally, but remember she does have babies being born too and that is her job and I feel she does an excellent job there too. This isn't just a part time job to Sue, this is a 24/7 job, many nights are spent up due to deliveries and she is present with all deliveries to assist if needed. She shows so much passion in her kittens and moms. I have seen many ragdolls not from Sue and they don't compare in beauty and healthy looking! Mine have never had to go to the vet because I follow her excellent advise, just healthy girls!! Sue is the most honest person and professional business woman when it comes to that that I know. She takes her cattery serious and I believe it shows once you get a kitten from her, you will know exactly what I mean. I back Beyond the Valleyragdolls and Sue 110%!!

Sue Gerstenzang - the owner of Beyond the Valleyragdolls - pulled a bait-and-switch on us when she decided that she didn't want to give up the cat that she had already sold to us. About a month after the deal had been made, Sue informed us that she would be keeping our cat for breeding and offered a much younger kitten instead, and at a much later date. After some back-and-forth, Ms. Gerstenzang finally offered us a refund for the original cat. Beware of Sue Gerstenzang! She is dishonest, unprofessional and will use the most underhanded sales tactics just when you least expect them. It is worth driving a couple hundred extra miles to a different breeder.

I spent two years looking for the perfect ragdoll and breeder. I was beyond impressed by Beyond Valleyragdolls. Initially, I had several questions for Sue. She answered them all in a very timely manner. In entire process was a blast. When our kitten was expected to be born, we were notified. When she was born, we got pictures and updates until the day we picked her up. I would highly recommend going through Beyond Valleyragdolls if you are looking for a purebred ragdoll. The best part was seeing how much Sue cared about her cats. She took the time to recommend several different foods, liters and supplements. We took her advice on all three and our vet also fully supported them. Fast-forward a year in a half later, we have the most loving little ragdoll.

Her cats are beautiful and healthy and she has been in business for over 15 years. I have two 9 year olds, one 5 year old and one 2 year old. I wouldn't consider getting a cat from anyone else.

We’ve now gotten two ragdolls from Beyond the Valleyragdolls and both have been amazing! Sue is so thorough in suggestions with food, litter, toys, supplements, care, everything!! She truly cares about her cats and this breed and is very knowledgeable about everything ragdoll! She is incredibly fast with responding to questions. She’s the best!
