I was calling for a second opinion, the one lady answeredthe phone, asked to go on hold for a brief moment, 16 minutes go by. And I'm hung up on. So I phone back, and there's another lady that answers had NO recollection that I even called or was on hold.....I asked if they were busy and she said not at all. She was so rude and sarcastic. I was calling about my dogs infected eyes, bleeding from around her eyes. Not to listen to a VET TECH being a complete inconsiderate person that has no heart. Sarcasm isn't for someone who works with animals.....Idk where you came from but seriously. You're running a business. Loose the attitude and maybe you'll have more new clients coming your way. My dog has/had a serious problem and you just turned someone completely off of coming to your practice. I've spoken to 4 of your clients already. This is NOT the first time that your employees have been absolutely irate and unprofessional!!!! Get a grip and look into who's actually working for you!!! I'm appalled by this!!!

Super friendly folks. I was on time for my appointment and they got my dog right in and out fairly quickly. The only problem I had was getting them to send me the quote I asked for regarding a procedure for my dog. It took about a week for them to finally get it to me. But in the end, still a very positive experience.

We had to bring our dog Molly in yesterday to ease her pain. And even though they were really busy and couldn't get us an appointment to see the vet until 12:30 today they squeezed us in for 3pm. That means a whole lot for me to see the care and devotion they give to our furry babies. We want to give a big thanks to Dr Jacob for giving Molly a few more good weeks since she was rough throughout December. And want to give a thanks to Dr Jared for his compassion to help end Molly's pain in a dignified manner. And even the kind words from the Vet techs (I apologize that I couldn't remember your names) as we came in to see Molly in the end. Tia and I both agree that our experience with this vet has been great and we both appreciate their service.

The veterinarians are very caring people who take a real interest in their patients. Office policies can get in the way of putting the customer first during Covid, especially if one does not have proper credit cards. They are becoming more accommodating as Covid restrictions linger.

Never take a big dog to this is. So do not know how to take care of big dogs. They scheduled my puppy for surgery when the surgeon seen the size of the dog she freaked out and said she can't do big dogs if you're a vet you should be able to do any size pet and a way of a dog. Told me they would reschedule with a vet that could do big dogs never heard back from them. I would highly not recommend this Animal Hospital at all

I don't know what the lady is talking about not taking large dogs there and that the vet didn't know about taking care of large dogs. We have a Great Pyrenees we take there and any vet we have seen has given her amazing service. Very caring and giving and excellent advice and service

Hi I don't have a great time and the dont you can see that I am writing in regards of our games and the other day that would beat me I don't have a great weekend too and we are looking to be able and the door for you know if there was no way of doing it in a fight to get a new one for me when you're free I don't have to be in touch and the dont I don't think it was I thinking I should do the same day I don't think we are going ok I'm home alone I don't think we are looking to move to go with a big difference is at least two you can do to go I am a bit the door to door and window or I could get together with you on Monday

Our newly adopted cat got sick very rapidly after we brought him home. We contacted the vet clinic and after describing his symptoms were told we could come in asap. Unfortunately our new sweetie was diagnosed with FIP and had to be put down (There is no cure). Even though we only had him for 1 week, we were very attached to him and the staff at the West Lorne Veterinary Clinic were just wonderful. Dr. Jarrod was a compassionate professional and treated both myself and Lincoln with extraordinary care. He took great pains to explain Lincoln's condition and discuss treatment options. Regrettably the cat had to be put down, but the gentleness and understanding of Jarrod and indeed, all of the staff, was much appreciated. 5 thumbs up guys! You're wonderful and we really appreciate your compassion and veterinary skills. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

Don’t believe the negativity in most reviews. If you have a appointment and there a little late it’s because they help people who have a emergency situation, it doesn’t always happen, I had to wait last time for the first time out of many visits, but a family needed to be seen before my puppy who was there for his shots. If they are running late who cares, you shouldn’t book your pets appointment time if you have somewhere to be right after, and emergency’s happen, it’s comforting knowing that they aren’t like most vet places and say to bad we’re full go here, if they can fit you in in a emergency situation they actually try there best. Everyone here is super nice, prices are great, they are not pushy like other vets I’ve been to with previous pets, when I got my puppy and he was sick and I was constantly calling whenever there was a little change with my dog and the girls never once ignored etc. They always answered my questions and never did I feel rushed, and they made my puppy healthy again ! If you want a vet clinic that has a team of people who are friendly and know there job and do it right, I highly reccomend coming here. ❤️❤️

I was impressed with the staff from the start, very accommodating to my dog and his circumstance - very frightened of vets after a bad experience elsewhere. The team at the West Lorne Animal Hospital worked with us to help him become much more comfortable with the whole vet experience. The rates are reasonable and the staff go the extra mile! Highly recommend!

Compassionate people, always flexible. I've been bringing my cats as well as strays here for a couple years now. They did a great job spaying my cat just recently. There is just a small incision site that's clean with no infections and she is having a great recovery. I'm very impressed with their work. Thank you West Lorne Animal Hospital!

In my opinion this business is one that take advantage of their customers who are in a unique position of having a sick pet. I have had my dog in 3 times in the past month. I had an exam done for possible UTI. She had one and treatment was given. One suggestion was an xray. A couple of weeks later I brought her in for vaccination and exam was done again. A couple of days later I brought her back in to get the xray and requested no exam needed just xray. I was charged for an exam again even through she was seen just a couple of days ago and got exam. I called after seeing this charge on my bill and they refused to credit it back. very dishonest in my opinion. Will not ever go back and suggest others think before you go.I don;t even want to give the 1 star but need to, to have post

They were very caring and accommodating when we had to put our beloved dog down. And they weren't even our regular vet! But they are closer and it was better for our big boy to travel less of a distance! They will become our regular vet as soon as we get another fur baby. I would, and do, recommend them to everyone. Horrible horrible!! Unprofessional and do not care for customer service!! Seems like they have a history of quoting bills and charging double!! I was charged 78$ for a phone call that lasted 5 mins, when I was told it was only 30 !! Paid for a bunch of medication over the phone ... then when trying to dispute the bill after some questions, was told they would not give me my money back! If you look at reviews this has happened to 2 other people as well! Money I did not agree to give!! They had no care that they had stolen from me! And basically pushed me out the door ( I was already prepared with another vet) but common! Walmart has better customer service! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Unless you want to be taken advantage of and hand over hundreds for something that costs 1/4 of the price at another location!! Stay away!!

They book too many people in at once making it very inconvenient. Go elsewhere. And I see you guys don't like negative reviews. I was there 15 minutes early, not 30 minutes. Poor customer service. Regardless of what time I was there, I was not seen until 8 minutes past. Plus there were 4 others there as well who didn't get seen until after me. Thanks for blaming the customer. I will go elsewhere.

You can get an appointment fairly fast . I was shocked though to see an estimate to remove a canine tooth from my Dog Miss Lucy. How is it to remove a tooth is 250 dollars for a human but 730 dollars for a small dog. I have used this business for several years and overall very good place to take your pet
