I switched animal clinics due to changed hours at our previous clinic. The process was so easy. I sent an email and heard back immediately. The customer service went above and beyond. I have a shy dog that I was worried about. They made sure she could go in with my other dog. We were able to get a late appointment which accommodated my work schedule. We were greeted by very friendly staff who won over the shy pup instantly! The best part? They handed me an iPad and I was able to watch the appointment and communicate with the doctor and technician. This put my mind at ease and it was great seeing how amazing they were with my two dogs! I would definitely recommend this animal hospital!

So called in May and booked but had to cancel due to an emergency with my dog, so rescheduled for June. Added to my calendar right away and called the day of to confirm and was told there was no way they would have booked me in after 3 on a Friday! The lady on the phone never acknowledged the error they made and had I shown up, what a waste of time it would have been! She kept arguing that there is no way it got booked and then suggested I should go to the same place I took my dog the day of the emergency! Well ok then!

I wrote an extensive review which is now missing from their Facebook page! I took my 4 pets for a wellness check for which I paid $110 EACH for them. My cat Sophia had a cut on her neck and I asked the Vet to look at. I asked if it might need stitches and she said "No. Just keep an eye on it." The next day I took Sophia for a grooming and they said they couldn't groom her because of the cut! I told them what the Glenridge Vet said and they said they thought she did need stitches! They recommended Dr. Boctor at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital. I went straight there and sure enough he said she definitely needed stitches. Even though he was fully booked, he stayed late to work on Sophia and did her surgery the same day. His prices are much more reasonable as well. When I phoned the Glenridge Vet about it, her attitude was pathetic and uncaring. Thank heavens I found a great vet despite the poor care at Glenridge. The money I spent at Glenridge was absolutely wasted. Stay away!

They take their time to look at every possibility to ensure that your pet receives the best care. So far I am super pleased with Glenridge Animal Hospital. I took my almost 8w pup for her first visit yesterday and not only did they diagnose and treat her puppy cough, but they followed up with me today to see how Chloe was doing! Super impressed with them. In terms of cost, they are very competitively priced in comparison to other vets in the area. I called a bunch of them, and spoke to friends with pets before I ultimately decided on Glenridge. I look forward to working with them for years to come!

last year in January i took my cat to this animal hospital as he was very sick (gagging, trouble breathing, isolating himself). I took my cat in on two separate occasions totaling just under $1000. the first one they did a check up and said my cat was fine, the second time they did x-rays, blood work (they said nothing was cause for concern on his bloodwork even though his white blood cell count was high) and prescribed my cat a laxative. my cat was only getting worse so i ended up taking him to the tremont animal hospital where they asked glenridge to send over his bloodwork and x-rays (that i paid for), and after some back and forth FINALLY sent my cats documents over. immediately Tremont animal hospital could tell my cat had a serious infection from the bloodwork and colitis from the x-rays and notified me to stop the laxative treatment (as it was the worst thing glenridge animal hospital could have prescribed my cat), and that he needed to be hospitalized. my cat had to stay three nights at tremont with around the clock care and meds for two weeks after coming home, oh and they actually cared about saving my cats life! all of that cheaper than two visits at glenridge. if you care about your pets health and safety i implore you DO NOT GO TO GLENRIDGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. i don’t know if it was gross negligence or what happened the two times i took my cat to glenridge animal hospital but a year later i’m still so angry… thinking i may need to write the ontario college of veterinarians.

I had moved my Puggle, Lexi from a local, over priced and pushy vet, to Glenridge Animal Hospital after a friend recommended them. I am so grateful we moved! The staff are pleasant to speak with, the vet techs are very informative and helpful and the vet is very thorough and caring. From the first visit, I could tell that the team's number one priority was my pet's health. During the pandemic, we cannot go in with the pets during their appointment, but I have complete trust in the staff to take care of my baby. Highly recommended.

They really make you feel like they personally care about your animals. They are very friendly and easy to deal with over the phone.
