Great experience at our first & only visit. Dr. MacDonald spent 15 minutes with me in the phone after seeing our Golden Retriever who had an ear infection. Explaining the issue, treatment & our pet's previous medical history. Only negative for me, I asked to have his nails trimmed, was surprised at the charge of $20.00. All other Animal clinics have done it with the exam & other treatments. Would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I called on a Saturday to order dog food your hours say you're open until 6:30pm but the recorded message says you're closed.And I really need dog food and don't have the time to go to a different location because my son's in the hospital

Called around different vet spots to get my golden retriever neutered. They were the cheapest by far at around $300 and this includes the Intravenous fluids and pain meds. Great service and lovely to work with. My other vet was going to charge $800 plus for the exact same service. Highly recommended going here. Thank you for the awesome service you did with Rolex. I will be coming back for future appointments.

After finding out my dog needed thyroid medication and my previous vet was price gouging, I decided to seek a second opinion for my dog. The receptionist was so friendly, and so kind on the phone. We arrived for first appointment and my dog was scared. 2 of the women came out and helped me get him out they were so good to him. So patient and kinda to him! Dr McDonald spoke to me after the appointment she was so professional, informative, and kind explaining things thoroughly. And the prices were so incredibly reasonable, I was so happy and will gladly return ! I trust them taking care and doing the best for my dog.

I have been to this location three times now and have left very pleased with each visit. I am happy to make them my cat's vet. The administrative staff at the front are all amazing. (Today I dealt with Christian and Kelly who were both super friendly, professional, and all-around amazing at their jobs.) On a busy Monday morning, I am happy to wait some extra time (although I didn't wait very long at all) to accommodate other pet guardians dealing with emergencies. The vet tech (younger brunette female, didn't catch her name) was lovely and very good to my kitty. I have had the pleasure of dealing with three different veterinarians at this location and all have been knowledgeable, friendly, and good with my cat. You guys rock, thank you for all of your hard work in keeping our pets healthy!

The staff members are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. With current health precautions there is a noticeable wait time for appointments and pickups, but nothing to complain about. If you have any questions about pricing and procedures the staff will gladly walk through things for you. We will continue trusting them with our dog’s health!

On Nov. 26, 2021 at 6:30 PM, after my regular vet refused to triage my dog after she ate a potentially toxic plant the amazing staff at Beattie immediately triaged and took my dog, Elsa, in for an immediate appointment. The two young ladies (vet assistants) who greeted me at the door, and immediately took Elsa in for treatment were absolutely lovely, professional, and kind. The Vet was wonderful too! I have decided to switch vets despite having to drive further and I want to thank the young ladies (and the vet) for helping me and being so kind at a time of crisis - these ladies deserve a raise, they have a beautiful balance of interpersonal and "interpet" skills.

I have dealt with other Beattie's prior and this is unlike any others. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They provide quick through service and talk to you every step of the way. Appts are on time and the Vet Dr. REZA was so patient with all my concerns and questions. Being a new mom to a 13 week old Puppy I was very concerned with parasites and a wellness check. I was able to get shots the parasite test, drs exam all under $200. My puppy required deworming medicine and the assistant took the time to show me how to do this myself for the next treatment. I feel relief knowing I was not taken advantage of in a situation, where i would have paid a years salary to have my baby girl healthy. The honesty they have shown goes such a long way. I will continue with this keeper and do recommend Beatties concession st Location.

Yesterday evening we had to say goodbye to our beautiful Bella. The staff and doctor were so amazing and compassionate through the entire process, not rushing us about our decision and gave us time to say goodbye. They even gave us some of her fur and paw print on paper at no extra cost. As emotionally upsetting as it was, the staff comforted us during that difficult time. Thank you so much.

These guys are the best waaay better than the Hamilton Veterinarian Hospital downtown. I rather spend the extra gas and time to get good customer service along with responsive folks than drawn out unresponsive people who I don't have patience for. I asked these guys to change travel documentation once and they did this with ease with no fuss. Unlike the other Vet I dealt with downtown, we won't ever use them again, they even yelled at my poor neice when she ask nicely for some help. This Beattie location is the best, they really care about animals they care of and the pet owners

Not a fan on beatties and I thought well I need to see a vet asap. My vet wasnt availible. This location on concession was great. Nobody can handle my dog. Everything had to be handled at the door due to covid. She was a 6lb daschund with a,shoulder injury. They sedated her in my arms outside, then took her for x Ray's, blood work and were very patient with an anxious dog. They were so kind and the very called me the next day to get an update. Something my own vet doesnt even do. They sent me home with meds and answered my follow up questions promptly. I was very satisfied with the care she received. They give u an upfront cost so it's not hidden. You know the cost and can decline procedures at your discretion. Will be back again for sure. Prices were reasonable. $75 exam, $260 x ray $95 blood work

Was told by my regular vet they're too busy even the urgent care side to see my dog that was in distress, told me i could come on Thursday! Called this location, awesome response from the initial phone call and description of the problems, to the Vet, technicians and front staff! Treated our family pet quickly, efficiently and professionally!!! We left relieved and happy! All the Staff said bye to both of us when we left. I am certainly a new client!!! Thanks Team!!!

Very deserving of a 5 star review! Like them much better than the other Beattie's location. Felt much more comfortable leaving my dog in their hands. Very kind and friendly staff, helpful, gentle, and compassionate. They know what they're doing and are lovely to deal with always.

Not a big fan of the “Beattie” chain of pet clinics, but, Dr Habib is the best bet I’ve ever had for my dog and is the fist one willing to treat her heart condition and fight for her life. All other vets just wanted to put her down because it was easier. My beautiful (10 year old) puppy is doing so well now.

I would give more stars if I could.They were so helpful diagnosing and treating our family member of 13 yrs.They went above and beyond when we had to let him go. The compassion was very moving. When we lost him.i wish I knew the assistants name but she,went above and beyond to bring us his ashes to our home. We just got a new adoption and will be the only vet clinic for him.Very highly recommend!

We love Dr MacDonald. When Dr MacDonald recently switched locations, we switched with her. That's how much we like her! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! She is great with my 3 cats. You can tell that she loves animals. It feels good to have a veterinarian that you have total confidence in! Beattie is very LUCKY to have Dr. MacDonald. The vet tech today (Aug 24) was great too, but I forgot to get her name..I'm sorry. I checked out with the front staff and had another great experience. We had two urgent situations within a week of each other with our two dogs. They were able to get our puppy in for an emergent appt when no one else could. I then showed up at the clinic for her follow up with our other dog who had an unfortunate accident and asked if there was any way they could see her. They were very busy but squeezed her in. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. So thankful for everyone at the clinic and what they did for our two dogs. Will definitely be coming here for all future appts.
