Everyone worked as a team to make it easy on the dogs (11 yr old Siberian Husky with anxiety issues and a 4 yr old miniature german spitz with orthopedic issues) and on the humans as well! kind, compassionate, courteous, friendly. They even love my eight month old baby when we went there. Very informative, took time to answer any questions we had regarding our little bunny. I did not feel the appointment was rushed in anyway. Very comfortable atmosphere. Reasonably priced and you can tell they really care about your animals. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back.

I spoke with an employee about sending a picture of my Dog's stool that appeared to have blood in it. The receptionist said I could e-mail the picture and a doctor would look at it to tell me if I needed to come in immediately or I could wait until next week for my scheduled visit. I then received a reply to the e-mail saying that the doctors do not give diagnosis over the phone. I explained that I did not want a diagnoses. I just wanted to know if I needed to be concerned or was it something that could wait. I got a second reply stating that Doctors do not give diagnosis by e-mail. I do not know how I could have explained to this person any other way. I just wanted to know if I needed to come in now or not. I can't afford to pay for an unnecessary visit. If this clinic does not have 1 doctor that can spare less than 3 min for a concerned owner, I will not be entrusting the health care of my dog to such a place.

First couple of experiences have been great. Dr. Chris might be my new favourite person. Its immediately obvious that she cares about your pet almost as much as you do yourself. Reception is very friendly which sometimes means I have to wait longer than expected as they chat w customers ahead of me, but not a big deal. (I am used to clinic that's not quite so busy). There are a lot of clinics closer to our house (some within walking), but this is def our new vet clinic.

I visited few weeks back for my dog's first appointment. The customer service was great. I had called and asked the cost of vaccinations as it was his first appointment. Lets say it was 50. Affordable. By the time the vet saw him I had 5 different charges and a total of 200+. I think they should ask if you would like your dog treated for things before having the vet administer and provide you with items and only find out the cost as you are paying. This is my only issue. Provided detailed information upfront before treating. Give your customer the option to do it now or return.

My experience at this clinic has been nothing except spectacular. The doctor is very informative and helps you learn what you need to do to keep a healthy pet. They are extremely kind and care about how your family member is while they are in their care. Even during Covid where interactions are limited, you still get a call from the doctor and very professional service. I would highly recommend them. Our dog actually gets excited to go !

Fantastic experience! Dr. Chris was so excited to become my new cat's vet that her joy and love of animals was contagious. It seem to have been a positive experience for my cat as well as he was confortable in these surroundings and didn't even complain when they had to draw some of his blood for testing. Dr. Chris responded to all my questions and adapted her recommendations to my particular constraints when making a plan for his well being. No pushing for extra expenditures, and they called me twice on the same day after the appointment to communicate results. They certainly earned my trust. I'm very happy with how my relationship with this team begins. Would recommend Dr. Chris to any pet owner I know.

Best vet clinic I've been too. My cat is usually very anxious and gets very angry when getting exams and needles. But from her first visit, she was comfortable with the doctor and didnt hiss/bite once. She didnt even notice the needle when it was given. The doctors and staff are so caring and compassionate! You can tell they love what they do and they care so much about their patient.

I had my cat for 5 years, and paid 200-300$ every 1-2 years for checkups and shots. My cat got very sick, and they were all booked up, so we went to another vet. The other vet was surprised that we weren't aware that he had diabetes. I had lost my cat to this, as his diabetes over the years led to kidney, and pancreas disease. I wish this place would have done a more thorough check-up with the amount of money that we paid.. I am just very disappointed and sadden, that maybe I could have spent more time with my beloved cat.. he was only 11 years of age.

We would give them multiple 5 star reviews over and over and over again! This review is extremely overdue as we have been absolutely in love with them since pretty much our first visit over a year ago. We have primarily seen Dr. Martin and Dr. Ozimok but had the opportunity to recently meet Dr. Egbers. They are the perfect trifecta of veterinarians any animal parent could ask for. Paula is absolutely amazing as is the rest of the staff here. Everyone here has your animal's health as their top concern, goes the extra mile to explain things to you and treats your furkid as family. They all take the time to show compassion to you and your animals as well as make the vet visit as pleasant as possible. The vets are all extremely knowledgeable and work with you to find solutions for your pet's best care. They have worked with us to fit us in when we were having health issues with our older dog and when it came time to say goodbye, they were extremely professional and compassionate. Seeing people who don't necessarily need to form an attachment to your animal crying at his loss is beyond heartwarming and just shows how much their hearts are in their jobs. We feel like they are part of our extended family and trust them completely with the medical care of our animals.

Called to inquire if they stocked the medication and was abruptly told they do not act as a pharmacy for other vets. Was not expecting that and that was not my intention. Not impressed.

I brought my puppy in yesterday for his first vet visit. What an amazing experience, all staff were lovely, informative, helpful and most importantly caring towards my dog. The vet was very knowledgeable and treated my puppy as if it were her own. She even gave me a list of tips and tricks for training and behavioral corrections. Amazing practice. Truely invested in your animals. This is our vet for our 2 pets. We took in a 3rd, a young abandoned street cat that was pregnant. The babies were born with issues. The people at this practice were invaluable to us, working through it. Even calling after hours with such excitement after researching the problem to tell us, there is good news with the prognosis. Discussing options and the best way to be cost effective, reaching out to specialist in the industry to get their thoughts, and pushing quick referrals to a physio specialist. Just an amazing experience to find so many true animal lovers with the best bed side manner a pet owner could hope for.
