By FAR the BEST and most COMPASSIONATE VET. I highly recomend this place, after other so called "emergency clinics" quoted me over $10000 for dental. Dr Hale is the ultimate professional in his trade, look up his degrees, only three other vets in CANADA have his skills and only 10 in the WORLD. he LOVES his patients and it shows, a vet dedicated to animals and not money. Thank you!!!

Dr Hale and his staff were exceptional. My 13 week old puppy needed urgent surgery due to extensive damage to his mouth that was being caused by his overbite. I appreciated their recognition of how time sensitive this was. Dr Hale was extremely caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything and even got down on the floor with my puppy to take his heartbeat. My puppy is no longer in constant pain. Thank you so much to Dr. Hale, Dr. Morris, Stephanie and all the wonderful staff!!!

We can't thank Hale Vetinary clinic enough for today, Dr de Rose, all the staff at hale and Stephanie at Reception Riley our dog went in with some teeth trouble, 7 extractions and a root canal later he is comfortablely recovering at home. Riley our dog was given back to us clean, comfortable, his pain is managed and he's a little drowsy from his meds but overall, he is happy and content. We can't thank Dr de Rose enough, I'm sure you all understand how precious our animals are to us and we are so grateful for the service we received today . Dr. De Rose explained everything to us in so much detail that there werent many questions for us to ask. He was thorough and obviously treated Riley with alot of care. Aswel as the attention to detail from stephanie leading up to the appointment was very much appreciated. Having been through a distressing incident In another clinic with our other dog, We were so happy with how comfortable Riley was after. He clearly was treated with alot of care. Definately recommend to go there is your pup is having any teeth trouble. Our Dog Riley is comfortable and sleeping off his surgery tonight at home ♥️

If i could give this place no stars, i would. We got recommended to go to Dr. Hale after a vet told us that my dog Ike had a bad case of CUPS. which means, he is allergic to the plaque on his teeth, which caused ulcers and extreme discomfort for my dog. We were told that he needed a complete tooth extraction. in which we were okay with as long as he wasn't in pain anymore. we were told Dr. Hale was the best in Ontario. We waited about a week or two to see Dr. Hale. As we arrived to Dr. Hale's office. We gave them Ike and went onto the zoom call. Not even 5 minutes later Dr. Hale got on the call with us and told us that he could not operate on our dog because he has too much dead tissue. Every time we took our dog to the vet, they had to sedate him because he wouldn't let anyone touch his face. Dr. Hale did not sedate our dog, let alone look in his mouth. Dr. Hale told us the only option we had was to put our dog down. simply because Dr. Hale did not want to put the time into our dog because he looked too advanced for him. We then took our dog home and looked at our only option, so we thought at the time. A week passes by and we consulted with another vet and they told us that our dog did not have dead tissue because it takes 6 months for tissue to start to die and our dog only had CUPS for 3-4 months. Later, to find out that Dr. Hale is close to retirement and does not touch cases that look difficult. Fast forward we went to a vet in Mississauga and they told us that our dog did not have dead tissue and that could operate. Our dog Ike is now a happy toothless boy and he is back to his normal self again.

I cannot give enough praise and thanks to everyone at this clinic! Not only did they preform absolute MAGIC for my senior pugs severe dental disease, they went the extra mile with a bunch of little extra touches of care (a nice mani/pedi, a touch of dry shampoo to rid the “hospital smell” and more). It is nerve wracking to have a senior dog need anesthetic, but I have 100% confidence in this professional and experienced clinic. Well done! This will absolutely change my pup’s life. I will be back with our other senior pug soon.

Our 10-year-old female cat was referred to Dr. Hale's practice for a neck lesion in her back molar. We were very worried before we met Dr. Hale, as we had no idea what to expect and our cat is quite anxious. Our experience far exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were kind and friendly, and Dr. Hale was professional, kind, and very informative. He took the time to explain our diagnosis, and answer all of our questions (and we had a lot). Although the service was a little on the pricey side (but well within industry standards), it was so worth it. My wife and I literally breathed a sigh of relief on our drive home. Our girl is home and resting comfortably, and we're so thankful. Thank-you, Dr. Hale and staff!

I specifically went to this vet as I wanted a specialist in dental surgery. Everyone there was so friendly, Stephanie was so nice even though I must've called and bugged her a ton of times! Dr. Hale was so personable and explained to me the procedure that he would be doing and the reason he had to (and even drew me a picture so that I could be fully informed). Very nice staff and I would highly recommend them!

I brought my cat here for her second dental surgery due to tooth resorption. My only regret is that I didn't go to Dr. Hale the first time. He might have saved me the expense of two surgeries as he was much more informative than her first surgeon.

Dr. Hale quite literally saved my dog's life. Extremely long (and expensive) story short we had gone to 3 different specialists about my dog's mouth and he was on 3 different types of immune suppressant medications all for an incorrect diagnosis. He could not eat or drink due to severe ulcers in his mouth. Our last hope was a referral to Dr. Hale. He looked into my dog's mouth, was confident with his diagnosis, and said we need a full tooth extraction. He fully explained the diagnosis, and was compassionate (which was so important for all that we had been through). Fast forward 2 months later he is fully healed and living a toothless, happy life! Thank you so much Dr. Hale and team for giving me my dog back. If I could give him 100 stars I would.

Dr. Hale is absolutely amazing. Please visit him. My dog was hurting so much with a mass in his lower gum (which we had taken out a few months earlier) but the previous doctor did an absolutely terrible job and it grew back cancerous. Dr. Hale did one surgery and completely removed the mass with a margin of safety so we do not have to deal with this again. Our eternal gratitude is with Dr. Hale. Please go see him to save your pet's life, he knows and embodies the value and love of family towards dogs.

What a wonderful clinic! We took our dog in for a root canal with Dr.DeRose and we were so happy with the services that this clinic provided and how they treated our pup. From my initial phone call with Stephanie to our final steps out the door, they were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. Highly recommend!

Our German Shepherd had a few dental issues with a malocclusion, Hale Veterinary Clinic was able to get us in quickly, even though it was a 9 hour drive I would do it over and over again! Dr Morris is awesome, she explains everything and is super thorough with the exam and makes you a part of everything she does! Stephanie is amazingly friendly and will put you at ease with any concerns of the procedure. The rest of the staff are just as friendly and they make sure to update you along the way. We had a fantastic experience, Jessie is a whole new dog she has never been so happy and energetic and she will let us near her head now! I cannot thank these guys enough they gave our girl a new (pain free) life!!

Excellent experience! We were referred to Dr. Hale for our lab who had a broken canine tooth. I was extremely stressed about our fur baby going under anaesthetic. Dr. Hale and his staff we so incredibly kind and patient, and made us feel that our girl was their one and only priority. Dr. Hale is truly an expert at what he does, he gave us our options and we chose to do a root canal. We would go back to Dr. Hale and recommend him to anyone! Take it from me, bones, antlers and ice cubes seem like a great gift for your dog, if you don't mind a hefty vet bill to repair fractured teeth.
