I will never take my cat here again. Was told that there wouldn't be any dogs at a certain time, as I was getting my cat done.. Here comes a big dog, and now my cat was afraid as it is in a new environment so seeing a big dog come in is terrifying. The one shaving my cat left him to go cut this dogs nails and my cat gotten out of the head holder, of course I had to grab him because he would have ran off somewhere, and when I did, I hugged into him so he wouldn't be afraid and with that he tore me to pieces. I understand it is a pet spa.. But seriously, have a certain room for the cats so they don't get spooked by the dogs, as it is traumatizing to those cats who are not use to dogs.
