Unfortunately i had to rate one star for CT at this location, I wanted to get a gift for a relative and i found the perfect one at CT but they only had one left and the box was in no shape at all to be gifted yet they charged me full price on an obviously a return or an open box item, it’s not about the money i felt unappreciated as a customer and this worths a one star rating in my opinion!

Beautiful new store in a great location however the exit is very poorly designed. If you don't purchase you still have to exit through the same long narrow line that is designed for the checkout process. Wicked uncomfortable for all as a person has to squeeze by everyone waiting in line.

Brand new store. Very nice with a huge selection. Staff are excellent. It's a bigger Canadian tire than the surrounding towns so more likely to have what you're looking for. Lots to explore in store and many good finds. Prices are decent if you know what you're looking for.

spent 40 minutes waiting around for a worker to look for 4 tires. when we asked for the tires, he scanned them and went to look. 37 minutes later he returned to say "there was only 2 there when I scanned it, but I wanted to see if there were more outback". common sense told me when the computer said 2, there was 2 in stock. absolutely absurd. firm believer he went on break and left costumers out front. C-tire workers never fail to amaze me.

Exiting the new store if you havent bought anything is ridiculous!! You need to pass through the lineup of people getting checked in! Also, staff are poorly trained in customer service, i asked two separate staff for assistance, and was simply told " this isnt my section" or something similar, and was left to find another staff member on my own. Terrible customer service. I ordered a small item online. Had to go to the back of the store for pick up. Waited 20 mins and no one brought out my order. Called customer service and no one answered. Returned to the store front and went to customer service with the item from the shelf. Mamager said I could not take that one and would have to go to the back of the store again. No thank you. Order canceled. Another retailer can have my money.

This store has horrible management and employees are not knowledgable. Canadian Tire should put their staff through customer service training. They are too afraid to deal with a simple return they create problems for themselves and customers. I have wasted over 2000 dollars in past 2 months being sold used, marked as new Briggs and Stratton generators. Canadian Tire would not honor the 30 day return policy and kept offering to fix the used and broken generator previously returned by someone else at the end of the day I am stuck with broken generator ! Employees lie about talking to managers to your face call employees managers and owners and make it seem like they care and tried to help unfortunately there's nothing they can do because of policy !!!! Their policy to sell you broken stuff and say sorry you shouldn't have bought from us lesson learned

I honestly dont know where to start with this one. I travel out of town to shop at Canadian Tire as my home town do not have a Canadian Tire. I used to love to visit this store. I had help from a worker there a few weeks ago which was such a sweet kind young lady and she had looked like she had been crying. When asked if she was ok she said she was ok. About 30 minutes later I heard this older lady speaking in a demeaning voice to her. What a sin. She should be ashamed. God only knows what this little one puts up with on a day to day basis. I encourage all the young ones to work and this is a sin, this is why kids quit and end up in the system. I was there again today by chance and the same young lady was working again. She looks like the weight of the world is on her shoulders. Also noticed that the older lady was working again too, I got her name from her tag on her shirt. Peggy. Well Peggy you should be ashamed of yourself, today I heard her tell that young girl to smarten up and get over herself, she said something about her taking time off work and the young girl was trying to speak up for herself she told this worker she had a doctors note on file. Why are there hateful people in the world?

Items priced wrong in locked cases and was told customers move products in there that's why it was on the wrong hook, and wouldn't honor the lower price. I did contact customer service who put me through to the store which then passed me to the manager on duty whom I had just dealt with.
