Excellent experience from start to finish. My dog had a bit of an emergency and his regular vet wouldn't even fit him in, I desperately called around to get him seen. This vet was happy to make time for him. Not only did they help fix the problem with professionalism and care, they went above and beyond. Today I received a follow up call from the staff to see how my dog is doing. I was thrilled. The staff are genuine and the call was greatly appreciated. I will be switching his file to this vet. Thanks guys! Looking forward to seeing you all at his annual (he will be in better spirits pooor guy!)

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but these guys are awesome! My puppy Maddie is my first dog, so naturally I've had a TON of questions. They've been incredibly patient, super helpful, accommodating and Maddie actually gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. I love that I can call and speak to someone at the reception who is knowledgeable and can answer questions or concerns to help me decide the best care. If they don't know the answer, someone usually gets back to me within a day. Especially during these difficult times, they've given me so much peace of mind. Keep up the great work! :)

When we became clients, we brought our sick cat Snowball to the clinic, and were given a lot of unnecessary tests when it was already determined that the cat's condition was impossible to improve. 2 weeks ago I had an emergency with my 14 year old cat Angel. Part of me knew that my beautiful girl was very sick and most likely in terminal phase. Dre Sophie Lande-Verdier and the staff were absolutely great and did everything in their power to ensure that the right decision was made for my beautiful girl. I will forever be grateful for the great care, patience and understanding shown to us that night. Vet is just thinking about money and is not thinking of the well being of my poor little cat that cannot be moved to the vet withough trauma. We called to get some medicine for my cat puff, for a recurring skin problem we've been having for years, and they told us we have to bring him to get the medication.(even though it's the same diagnosis year after year) My cat suffers from high anxiety when he is moved to the vet, and we will not subject him to that stress fearing that it could harm his health even more. We will try some natural home cures since the clinic doesn't want to help us help the cat.

I went to get stitches for my dog's paw and they were incapable of using local anesthetic because they have trouble using needles. my dog is calm and not aggressive and yet they where not capable of using a needle (this was the second time I have seen them struggling to insert a needle appropriately into an animal). They insisted to put her under for 3 stitches on her paw. This is about 3x the price and ridiculous.

Been going here since early 2000's. My girlfriend and I really appreciate Dr. Marie-Pascale Robert Leblanc. She doesn't rush anything and takes her time to properly look over your pet. She gives many options (if available). We believe she truly cares a lot for the animals and their well-being. We can only speak english, but Dr. Robert does a fantastic job at accommodating us. The rest of the staff are excellent and everything is always well explained. Appointments happen on time, prices are fair, and the close proximity to home makes this place very convenient.
