We had to make the fateful decision of the last rest and we chose to give this delicate task to another vet. We are in covid time ... And unfortunately the Valleys clinic, where we had been going for all these years, refused to let us accompany our cat, despite all our kindness and having even offered to pay the cleaning costs. Refusing to give up our cat at this difficult time was one of the best decisions we made. RIP little baby. (Original) Mon conjoint y amenait ses chats depuis 13 ans. Tout le monde y est extrêmement sympathique mais malheureusement, nous n'avons pas reçu de conseils qui nous auraient aidés à assister notre chat à la fin de sa vie. Nous avons tout figuré par nous-mêmes en faisant de la recherche et de nos propres moyens... Par exemple, afin de lui fournir une meilleure assistance avec son incontinence causée par son insuffisance rénale, nous avons déterminé qu'il serait mieux de mettre plusieurs litières à sa disposition, une par étage. Nous avions plusieurs médicaments à lui administrer (4 pilules par jour) et nous avons figuré (trop tard) que d'utiliser une pipette pour l'hydratater suite à ces intrusions l'aurait aidé à les absorber. La clinique était plutôt une pharmacie où on nous vendait différentes pilules sans vraiment nous guider dans la démarche. Nous avons dû prendre la décision fatidique du dernier repos et nous avons choisi de confier cette tâche délicate à un autre vétérinaire. Nous sommes en temps de covid... Et malheureusement la clinique des Vallées, où nous allions depuis toutes ces années refusait que nous accompagnons notre chat, malgré toute notre aimabilité et ayant même offert de payer les frais de nettoyage. Refuser d'abandonner notre chat à ce moment difficile fût une des meilleures décisions que nous avons prises. RIP p'tit bébé.

Vet did not take the time to ask us if we had any questions for our first puppy and let the staff, which is not qualified for this, advise us on the different vaccines and treatments (for fleas) that were available. Après un frais d’urgence on m’a envoyé chez moi avec des pilules pour empêcher mon chien de vomir. J’ai revenu deux jours après parce que la toux persiste, j’ai vue une différente vétérinaire et seulement après un examen de deux minutes elle m’a confirmé que mon chien avait une toux de chenil. Donc ça me coûter 680 $ pour me faire dire que mon chien avait une tout de chenil. Mais à part ça très bon service.

We have 3 Boxer,.Moka 9yrs,Jack 2 yrs and Rawool 6 months, we been going to this vet for the same reason since day 1 , service is exceptional. Something else also , we are buying Purina Vetenarien diet dog food and I noticed Jack was not eating there was something different that bag,they even call Purina and because we truste there food they add a suprise for us , they replaced the bag and are sending 1 free for trusting there food WOW. Before putting some negative comments remember there not working in the real world ,they are super busy yesterday when picking Rawool it was not stop phone and clients . So be patient whit this staff ???? never had a problem in 9 years and 3 Boxers so we are there more often them juste 1 once a year's!!

Since 2 years we have been satisfied with the clinic. Services has been good and courteous. Unfortunately, Covid 19 is not a go to excuse for all problem. The refractory attitude from your clinic regarding accommodation in pricing regarding vaccines that as not been giving In the time frame to be effective tells me a lot about the kind of business you are running. Also I have been told in a condescend tone that I didn't have to vaccinate my cat. At the time of the first vaccine, when I left the clinic, your employee told me that the chances of closure for veterinary clinic was highly possible. So why they didn't recommend to wait a while for the vaccine...?

My friend gave me their phone number and told me they were a great vet. And I tried to call several times to ask about my puppy and had a plan to go there with my puppy checkup. However, they picked the phone several times, but till I start speaking English ( i don’t speak French), they told me to hold or even not said anything to me. They were quick to come get my cat from the car, quick to see my cat and then when the vet called she explained everything in great detail and all possible options! During last few years with them , service was good . Today I had to put my dog down and because of Covid, we are not allowed inside .
