Nous y avons emmené notre chien en tant que chiot et l'avons fait stériliser et vacciner. Heureusement, nous n'avons jamais eu à faire une autre visite car notre chien était en bonne santé. Aujourd'hui, notre chien est plus âgé et ne pouvait pas se lever tout seul à cause de ses hanches. Nous avons appelé pour voir s'ils pouvaient la voir et on nous a dit que parce que nous ne sommes jamais revenus depuis qu'elle était chiot, nous serions comme de nouveaux clients et que notre chien ne pouvait pas être vu et on nous a dit de trouver un autre vétérinaire. Ma femme avait l'impression que la réceptionniste se moquait d'elle. C'est terrible d'être traité ainsi alors que votre animal a besoin de soins de la part de ceux qui sont censés le lui prodiguer.

Brought him there and the bill was over 2500$ my husband was in another country, so i didnt want to make the decision by my self. As i am sitting there crying cause i love my dog and the bill is so high, they have the nerve to tell me "if you cant afford a dog, don't get one" Stupid as i am, i dont say anything, and we go thru with paying the bill and getting the dog better. We go back later for for his shots, the dog is scared as hell and hides under the chairs as soon as he sees the needle. When we go back for follow up shots he pees on the floor and they get mad at us. THE DOG IS SCARED ass*** anyways, if you have a lot of money and like to be rude to other, this is the place for you!

Lorsque le vétérinaire est venu donné l'injection finale, notre chatte etait éveillé et s'est battu. Notre chatte criait et Dr Leduc forçait l'injection. Ce fut un cauchemars. Il aurait été mieux de payer le double et éviter cette expérience dont je n'oublierai jamais.

I took my pets here a couple times. I did not really like the service I received. The staff seems quite condescending and opinionated. There is nothing wrong with having a differing opinion, but telling someone any opinion different that yours is wrong; well then you lose me as a customer. Eg. I called asking about some info on my cat as I believed she might have had a urinary tract infection. When the vet came on the phone, he proceeded to tell me I was feeding a terrible quality food (grain free kibble mixed with canned) and that's what caused the infection. We hadn't even been to the vet and he was already blaming her diet on an infection she may or may not have had. The prices were fair, but the staff and I just didn't "click."

I've been a client for over 13 years and I took verbal abuse from the male vet in more than one occasion, but no more. I had my cat declawed (front) on October 17, 2016, and he butchered the job. My cat two weeks after still has a bit of problem because he did a crappy job. He is the most incompetent vet I have ever met and I regret I did not go somewhere else. I think he did it on purpose because he knows I don't really like him. He is disliked by all the people with pets that I know who were going there. He is a money grabber and will try to make you spend as much, but the female vet is a lot nicer and will not recommend unnecessary treatments. I bought two puppies (October 25, 2016). I called to make an appointment on Monday (October 21, 2016) to have them examined once I have them, but I was told they require a down payment or come in as an emergency and pay the extra cost. I told that I've been a client for 13 years, but they did not care. That was the last drop. They made thousands over thousands of dollars with my previous pets, but it's over. There are two other vets on boulevard Maloney (Clinique vétérinaire Maloney and Aminalplus) and I recommend you try them first. I will never set foot in their clinic again.

Nous avons eu un estimé qui variaient entre 400-500$. Ils nous chargeaient l'anesthésie, un montant pour enlever le poil plus un montant pour garder notre chien. Nous avons donc décidé d'aller au Centre vétérinaire de Laval (excellente clinique!!). Au final, cela m'a coûté 120$ (consultation+sédation)..j'ai donc de sérieux doutes envers cette clinique: soit c'est un problème de compétences, soit c'est un problème d'honnêteté.. chose certaine, je n'irai plus à cette clinique et je ne la recommande pas du tout!

I need to express myself in stating that i'm trully in the wrong business. I bring my dog to this clinic trusting that they will take care of him and me as a client. After 3 days in hospital i can state that my baby is doing better. However, when i asked to speak to the vet, the front desk including the technicien asked me why. After i gave my reason they informed me that they will see if he's available (ok i just hit a nerve.....) Vet calls me in. I'm expressing how i feel about the service and cost. I also informed him that his staff are amazing, he gives me the phylosophie of his clinic and did inform me that he only speaks to special clients and if i needed to go elsewhere, i'm free to do so. Mmmmmmm..... Ok i get the message, i just spent over 1,000 and would appear that i'm not that special client. Every client should be treated as special and no matter the cost. That's all i asked for as a client but he didn't phase him at all. Soooooo! Leason learn, before you take on a Vet make sure that they treat you as a special client. ps: always be carefull how you treat people, it may bit you one day!

We phoned around when our vet in Ottawa died. The Clinique Veterinaire de l'Outaouais' phone reception was positive and conveyed a nice professional tone. We took our first dog and our cats there. The assistant taught us how to see if the animal had fleas. She answered all questions joyously and professionally. She handled the animals surely and kindly. They were right at home in her hands. The female vet came, was professional, expedient without being rushed, and kind to all species. Whenever we return the office staff is always nice and welcoming. They offer condolences if a pet has passed. (We've been with them a long time.) The saved our little barn cat rescue when she was dieing of pneumonia. They kept her overnight, gave her IV and medication. I almost fainted at the bill. It would have been 5Xs that in Ottawa! No complaints at all about their fees! I have recommended Clinique Veterinaire de l'Outaouais to many people. Those who have gone have reported having a positive experience. They make keeping a pet an affordable, healthy experience!

Parce qu'il y a "quelquechose de plus urgent", comprendre ici: une procédure qui rapportera plus d'argent. Le temps des techniciens/techniciennes coûtent moins cher. Donc on fait le plus de procédures qui ne requiert pas le "précieux" temps d'un/une vétérinaire, on vous charge le plus possible et quand ça tombe entre les mains des vets "on a pas le temps", en gros: "va prendre le temps à quelqu'un d'autre j'ai pas juste ca à faire, sauver ton animal" Bref, si vous voulez payer pour une panoplie de test qui ne diront rien, n'allez pas là. Allez à une endroit ou ils/elles ont vraiment le désir de sauver votre animal et pas de vider votre porte-feuille. Je suggère fortement aux gens qui ont eues de mauvaises expériences de communiquer avec l'OMVQ (l'Ordre des Médecins Vétérinaires du Québec). Afin d'éviter que d'autres subissent le sort.

Sa raison, il aurais pu manger un gant ou du métal... ou un micro-ondes mais ca metonnerais. Finalement jai prit un test sanguin pour des vers et un traitement contre les vers(il mont ensuite dit qui avais pas de vers et 2 can de manger a 9$/ch que mon chien a refusé de manger qui sont étiqueté non remboursable. Après 150$ je suis retourné chez moi et je lui ai fait de la viande hachée avec du riz. Je ne retounerai jamais la!
