Then they had to send the file to my dog's usual veterinarian but 4 days later still nothing ... They were very vague on the tests and drugs to give etc ... Really very disgusted with this clinic and this even if my dog felt came out narrowly. (Original) Très très déçus... Jetais en vavcance et mon chien à faillit mourire... Étant le seule vet ouvert jai fait affaire avec eux ils mon dit de venir en urgence et d'appeler 1minute avant d'arriver parce qu'ils nous attendrais a l'extérieur avec civière... Arriver là-bas ils ne reponde pas au telephone et nous font attendre 20minute avec mon chien a moitié mort dans la voiture en nous disant dattendre sinon d'aller ailleur si ont étais pas content... Ils nous ont charger 100$ de frais durgence pour nous faire attendre 20minute qui aurais pus etre fatale pour mon chien. En suite ils devais envoyer le dossier au vétérinaire habituel de mon chien mais 4jours pkus tard toujours rien... Ils ont été très vague sur les teste et médicaments donner etc... Vraiment très dégoûté de cette clinique et ce même si mon chien sen es sorti de justesse.

Je me suis poliment excusée et expliqué la situation, et on m'a répondu, je ne suis même pas supposé te servir, elle a laissé les choses-là, aucune explication, aucune indication, s'est dépêchée de rentrer à l'intérieur comme si j'avais la peste! C'est malheureux, car M. Bainville semble être un bon monsieur, mais pour moi cette clinique vétérinaire-là, C'EST FINI!
