They were accommodating with our schedule mix ups but their overall care of our cats was very disappointing. They gave us a medication to stop our cat from vomiting that was meant for dogs (not cats) and caused her to howl, be unable to vomit (though she was clearly trying to get something up), as well as making her uninterested in food and water. This resulted in a call to the emergency weekend vet who told us to cease mediation immediately. We also ran into an issue with cats in our home fighting and instead of selling us the product meant to calm emotions between cats they gave us one just meant to calm them down. And charged us exorbitantly for all these treatments. When the vet called us (days after the first issue) to see how our cat was and we explained what happened there was no apology, no offer of money back considering the medication was barely used as it harmed our cat, and no further ideas of what to do. We moved to this vet as it was closest to our new home but after these incidents we will no longer be coming back or recommending this place to others. My parents have also had a negative experience with this vet and will not be returning but that is their personal story. There are so many vet options in this city that I would highly recommend finding another option for your cat as that does not seem to be a specialty of any vet here.

Great staff. Very caring about animals and the families who care for them. Staff seek to educate and inform and this is what they did when they saved my dog's life after he was attacked by another dog. The prices are extremely reasonable especially coming from Ontario. When i get my invoice i often say...that's all? I would advise any person to consider these caregivers for their best friend.

We take our indoor cat yearly for his check-ups. Staff are awesome and accommodating! They make it as comfortable as possible, and you can tell they care deeply about each 4 legged client that walks through the door. :)
