3 years ago, Dr. Kavanagh came to our rescue! My cat was very sick and she treated him at 5:00 in the morning on a Sunday and was very friendly - very professional. She still has that perfect combination of a Wonderful Veterinarian who is up to date on everything while being friendly and warm. The cost of services here are the best in town and the doctors and all of their staff are excellent!!! Lovely clean clinic and the staff that greets you are so helpful and kind too.. Love Love.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. My cat even feels welcome there! I can't believe how wonderful and kind they are. Each time he visits they go ABOVE AND BEYOND. The prices are also very reasonable (even for emergency visits). The vets are kind, sweet, and just wow. My one gripe is that the parking lot is a bit hard to see from the road and hard to get out of (since it's in a weird spot). I wish there weren't trees in the way for left turns, but that's got nothing to do with the service.

Unfortunately you lost us as a customer who have been going here for years. My wife and I have had a total of 5 cats that went there over the years and until recently your staff answering the phones have been unnecessarily rude to the point that we no longer will be taking our pets here. To begin with you scheduled our newest kitten to be spayed on a holiday, when we called to confirm as this seemed odd we were greeted with unwarranted rudeness as if the scheduling error was our fault. We rescheduled and assumed a bad day on the employees part. Fast forward to today and we call due to personal family matters to cancel our appointment and the same employee answers the phone. We state cannot make it to our appointment and need to cancel, in return a snide 'Perfect', no request to reschedule or to do anything else. At this point we state that we will not be rescheduling at this time, again the response id a unpleasant 'Perfect' from whoever it is on the phone. I highly suggest you how a little more empathy for people on the phone as you dont know what is going on in peoples lives, and to treat someone like dirt when they are 8 months pregnant doesnt make us want to come back.

I started going to this clinic via recommendations from the Chickadee Cat Club (CCC). The owner of the the clinic had given several free lectures to the CCC and I had been in awe with his level of knowledge and passion for veterinary science/animals. I am unsure as to the validity of a previous poster's remarks on pricing at the clinic - I can vouch for the clinic having AMAZING prices! They are fair and generous when it comes to pricing and are sympathetic to people who live on a tight budget. I have been to several other clinics in the surrounding area and had always assumed that it was not unusual to have a bill approx. $150 every time ...until I went to this clinic and paid well below this, i.e., $50!! I believe the veterinarians are amazing when it comes to diagnosing or outsourcing when uncertain of specific ailments. They take their time and listen to your concerns - you are NEVER rushed or belittled. They will not turn away any sick animal, I have had this happen to me before at a clinic I was loyal to for a decade (hence me changing clinics and finding this one)! I am extremely happy at this clinic and would recommend it.

I received quotes from other offices for teeth removal and another for an ear surgery and Islandview literally did both for half the cost of the other quotes. Much quicker at diagnosing problems, which saves your pet from being in discomfort and also saves you money. Everyone is so kind and professional. Love this place.

I will never be back after the experience i received from Dr. Titus. I had a cat that i knew was dieing from kidney failure and she wouldn't believe me. She wanted me to surrender her. Which i would not do as she was my son special need cat as he is austic. All She wanted to do was treat her again for a uti infection. Thank god for the blood test that show i was right. I never received an apology or nothing. The only good outcome of this was my 11 year old cat is now free of pain and running free in rainbow bridge thanks to the other vet that step in.

i was there earlier today with my dog. when my appointment time came and went by 2 hours. we were then told that the had a emergency happen and that this is why. now what really bothers me is that there is 2 Doctors on there board out front but only one doctor there. now to me common sense would tell me that is you have a emergency that maybe you should call the other doctor in for help instead of have other people wit for over 2 hours. if this was the last resort in my dogs health care then i would go here but thank god it is not
