ok this place is so convenient being right in Ridgeway but I have yet to meet the vet - who is this mysterious vet ? no info on their website either? Since i have two dogs and their first visit was during covid i understood but as things are starting to "loosen up" i would like to know who is taking care of them and have a face to face conversation about concerns. If not time to find another vet - any recommendations?

They were accommodating with my appointment. The doctor was very pleasant and thorough with his examination of my dog and his explanation..they honoured my wishes and did only what I asked them to. The clinic exercise COVID safety protocol. I thought the fees were reasonable.

I was sad to be misled about the urgency of my dogs dental surgery and was told for a long time to wait to get the surgery paying multiple checkups only for Ridgeway to declare they won't do dental procedures anymore.

Made us stand outside in the cold and charged us for a vet visit. We went for an ear cleaning and when I asked about the cost they failed to tell me about the extra $70 charge for the vet visit. We also never saw the vet nor got any feedback on the so called exam.

Very pleased with my experience here! Went to get my dogs ears and eyes checked out and was given antibiotics and drops and Diesel is feeling much better even after a few days, very reasonably priced compared to vets in the surrounding area. Very friendly and personable staff, including the vet himself! I Definitely reccomend Ridgeway Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a fantastic vet for their fur babies!

Very nice staff. I had to put my dog down and they cared and did the job ... Good vets will do anything your pet needs. Please get any bumps checked early don't wait till I did thinking it was a cyst because it was a tumour and I lost my best friend Casey :(. Make sure you get those bulbs checked ASAP at Ridgeway animal hospital. They will take care of you and your pet.

If I could rate a zero I would. They removed a tumor from my dog's leg. They put a cast on his leg which caused a flesh-eating infection, they removed it, saw it, and did nothing. The following day it was bleeding out so we took him to a different clinic and they had to remove skin and flesh all the way down to the bone, and his leg could be having to get amputated. Utter neglect, would NEVER recommend this vet to anyone. Not only is my dog suffering, but I have to pay out over $1000 to keep my baby alive because they didn't do their job.

They care about your fur babies, yes every vet is expensive but saying that I have taken mine back in the same month for different things and they do not charge for another visit if they ask u to bring ur fur baby back for a follow up ck up they don't charge it, which most vets do. The only downside due to the covid is u have to wait outside and they come and take ur fur baby and then u have to pay outside. They have a waiting area in front which could be used for a paying area instead on the street outside. It is so hard on fur babies when they r sick and not to have u with them is scary for them too. All in all this vet is one of the good caring one's which I would recommend.
