Friendly..staff ...very clean...went over all information in detail. Reasonably priced.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Always ready with best care options for both immediate medical needs and preventive care! Great prices with a sympathetic and charasmatic veterinarian who obviously loves his practice! I have recomended this place to all my friends on a budget or not! ????
My experience is with staff. A vehical with there office info on the side flew up lundies lane at 80 kilometers an hour. Cut me off. Break checked me. And was a major hazzard how they were driving. Called office to report. First lady hung up on me. Next lady said she thought I was bored because of lockdown. Just rude. So. Will post the video to YouTube. Will put animal hospital name and address so it links. If they are this rude in life dont trust your animal there. My opinion.
Brought my puppy in from vomiting. Upon arrival vet tech refused to take my puppy “because she was afraid of being bit” and I won’t comment on the rest of the unprofessional experience. Highly inexperienced and unprofessional. Do not recommend
Receptionist is very rude and basically said they were too busy to give me any information. OVERLY PRICED ALSO.
The doctor told us that too fix our kittens leg they would have to xray then either cast it for a fracture or cast it for dislocation. Upon making our own informed decision that we would just get it casted and save $200 he proceeded to manipulate my kittens leg and make him scream in pain, all while saying "see he's in pain, he needs xray and meds." while we were making the decision we could hear a dog screaming in the back. They don't care about the animals. Told me had to pay $500 for everything and demanded useless xray or to get out.
This guys prices are outrageous. Quoted 1400 to remove a tooth. Dog is 15 with most teeth already extracted and he wants to do a Floride treatment. Our dog had 6 extractions done for 300 at fort erie animal clinic. Couldn't make it there today so we had to use this over priced vet. Never again. Anyone who want a great vet at a very good price go to fort erie animal clinic. This vet won't be in business long. Was wondering why the place was empty. Hate being ripped off
They care here! which means the world to me.
You can trust them with your pets! Great service
Not my favorite vet.
Great service and gives senior discounts
Miserable people who overcharge. I brought my kitten for deworming and the tried to charge me for blood work, vaccines, rabies, and whatever else they could think of even though I brought my paperwork showing she was vaccinated already. 'we only charge what is necessary'.... what ever.
I am actual so happy that no other vetrinarian was accepting new patients because thats how I found Central Niagara Animal Hospital. Dr.Singh and his staff are all so welcoming and compationate, they took such great care of my cat when he needed some teeth extractions. They called to check on him and were so accommodating when he needed to be seen twice in the following two weeks (probably only from my own paranoia) but they took him in and assured me that he was doing fine. There are never too many questions you can ask Dr. Singh, he will answer and explain everything thoroughly. He put my mind at ease and my cat is doing great. I am so appreciative of the whole staff. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Dr Singh and staff are great, my dog is very Vet aggressive but my dog went right in with them. They are very patient and treated my dog with care and super nice people. I will continue going there.
Great hospital, every utility is available here for treatments of cats and dogs, very friendly nature staff
Theyre more about the money than the health of the animals..
My husband and I have been doing rescue for over 30 years and are HUGE animals lovers, and very picky about who looks after our fur babies. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of our rescues Odin that needed immediate attention that was unavailable from our regular vet(who are now our old vet- as we have now changed to Central Niagara Animal Hospital) We found the staff to be amazing - very caring, sympathetic, and very professional. The facilities were clean and organized and very welcoming. Odin is a rescue with massive anxiety issues and I expected some problems with strangers poking and prodding at him but to my surprise, Odin trusted Dr. Parminder Singh and his staff immediately! They were incredible with him and with us as well. He absolutely gives the aura of someone who loves animals. We were not pressured in any way to have the surgery performed there - in fact he repeatedly invited us to get other opinions and quotes, which we didn't deem necessary at all. During Odin's surgery, the staff kept us constantly updated and were not bothered by my calls to them in between to check on him and since he has come home, they have called to check up on him several times. This is absolutely a staff who cares deeply about the animals and they even help local shelters with door prizes and right now have a lovely rescue cat named Lucy at the vet roaming free to greet everyone, looking for her fur ever home. I would, without hesitation recommend this vet to anyone looking for a trustworthy and very experienced vet to look after their fur babies. Thank you Dr. Singh and your wonderful staff for the exceptional care you gave to all of us during this extremely difficult time.
Amazing service and caring staff, rushed my teacup chihuahua in because she was covered in a rash and the figured it out within 20 minutes! Highly recommended
Very good vet. Affordable and caring.
Happy with this place, friendly and they take their time to help and explain everything about your pet..
Both of my dogs go here and we always receive great care :) my family and I are very pleased with the great service and knowledgable people.
Get place
Horrible service, I brought a sick cat in and spent hundreds of dollars, they just shoed the dog out right after surgery and he wasn't even eating or drinking. They are just there for the money. Very rude. My cat ended up dying :(
The vet is amazing very caring and reputable they sell advantage in single doses which is a bonus if you cannot afford 6months at a time
The vet is pretty nice
Great!
Haven't had the best experience here and pretty frustrated with them the last few months so decided its best to switch vets
Made our cat better!
Recently, I had one of my dogs pass away, and I had called this veterinarian service to inquire about cremation prices. Not only did they answer the phone almost immediately, the receptionist was very kind and had very a very sympathetic tone when momentarily consoling me. Once deciding this was where I was choosing for this procedure, the receptionist that I had spoken with on the phone greeted me outside and helped me choose the an urn. She listened to me go on and on about what a lovely dog my baby was and never rushed me once. Not to mention this was the most affordable place I could find! I am forever grateful for this place.
Had an emergency with my pup over the weekend and the team here took care of everything. I really like Dr. Singh and his staff.. Professional and friendly!
Dr. Singh and the staff have been wonderful with my mom's Catahoula/English bulldog Rosie. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I just love Central Niagara Animal Hospital! There are so many reasons why, and first and for most the great doctor that has done an amazing job caring for my cat who's had her share of illnesses. The reception staff and the doctors wife here are amazing people too they have helped us in more ways then one. Thank you central niagara for all you do!????
A fantastic staff, reasonable prices and very easy to schedule with :)
Been going there since it opened very caring staff and veterinarians
Dr. Singh and staff continue to amaze me with their compassion, professionalism and absolutely amazing care and treatment of my baby(5 yr old Shiba Inu). Shaye is a very difficult girl and I have always known that she is in very capable hands when we come in for her shots and tests. I have never and would never take her anywhere else! Thank you for everything!!
Words cannot express the care Spryo was shown by Dr. Singh and his staff today. Thank you.
Very nice people
Great!
Can't complain about the service altough I must warn you: they're gonna trick you into buying more than what you need. I took my cat this morning for a simple shot and ended up paying 180$ because they scared me into thinking my cat needed new food, flea drops (he's an indor cat, I never saw a flea) and one thing won't work if you don't use this other thing, and so on and so forth.
I took my dying cat into them, I needed to get her tested as I am 90% certain its something she ate. Shes an older cat so health issues were to be expected, I will not fault them for that, HOWEVER They complete lack of Empathy and general Cash-grabby tone the doctor displayed was absolutely sickening. If you dont have 200+ dollars to spend, stay AWAY from this place as just having them LOOK at my cat was 70+ dollars after tax. I couldn't even get her tested without doubling that all the while, while examining my options the doctor kept trying to shill medicine he could prescribe that he admits he wouldn't know if it would help her, medicine that can cost close to 40-30$ typically. I will give them this however, when I turned down all their offers for treatment, citing it being too expensive to risk something that might not even work, they did recommend the humanes Society if she needed to be put down, putting a free service out over their own 200$ service. it showed there was some legitimate care, but I cannot agree with such an overly expensive business model for the safety and longevity of one of the only Family members I have left. TLDR, I wasted 70$ to be told There wasn't anything that could even be attempted without close to 300$ when my budget was 120.
Dr. Singh was so compassionate and empathetic when we had to put our beloved Nikey down.
Very cooperative staff and care for the pets ....
I am very disappointed with this Clinic, booked an appointment to have a rescue spayed, booked 3 weeks ago, heard nothing, starting calling to confirm appointment, nothing , no call back, no one answered, drove out with the cat for an 8.30 to 9.0 am appointment, no one there, no one answered phone or door, still have not heard, finally booked with my own Vet, and requested my money back from rescue, these people have no interest in helping they will not even call, if you wish a real vet call Hartzel Road Animal Hospital, they are proffessionial and always return calls, they are clean, love animals.....should of trusted my gut the first time i tried to get her rabies shot i paid for and could not, what a waste of money and time, but tells me how they would treat animals.
We took our baby Lela in because she was very sick. The Dr and his team took great care of Lela, she stayed at the animal hospital at night and at the vet during the day. They did their best to save our baby girl, Lela being the runt just could not fight her illness. We know the Dr and his team did their best. We thank them for everything. They continue to give excellent care to our boy Fry.
Stay FAR AWAY from this animal hospital!! We had only come here to get the OK from a vet that our dog would be fine for training (being a senior dog it was recommended by the dog academy). We couldn't get in to our usual vet in the time frame required so we came here. Huge mistake. I'll spare you the long story but they definately don't have your pets best interest in mind and will scold you for seeking a second opinion. He also gave our dog an allergy shot without informing us. I'd give them a 0 stars if I could.
Always friendly, my old cat has had many successful surgeries there done for a fraction of what other places charge
Friendly people
This guy cares. Good place. I would recommend.
This guy cares. Good place. I would recommend.
Poor experience there. Their service is more towards their own benefit than the animals health... Theres lots of GOOD vets around. I suggest using a different one than these deadbeats....
They are very helpful. The vet very find . This is now going to be my full-time vet for my puppy. Animal The secretaries are beautiful as well. Hey kind
Their service is good, but we have an aggressive cat and one of the vets is very scared of him. So it's hard to get a thorough exam for our cat with him.
Caring veterinarian and good service.
Excellent customer service. They are very sincere in the care of our animals and take personal interest in their daily nutrition. I'm always comfortable with taking our pets there because I know they are in excellent hands. I recommend them to all our friends.
Brought my puppy in from vomiting. Upon arrival vet tech refused to take my puppy “because she was afraid of being bit” and I won’t comment on the rest of the unprofessional experience. Highly inexperienced and unprofessional. Do not recommend
Poor prices
Compassionate and caring staff. Went out of their way to assist me even though they hadn't met me or my cat before.
All appointments are right on time. Advices and therapy effective.
Best place EVER to take your pet !!! I know people had complaints with this place from the previous owner.. the new owners are absolutely fantastic, as is their staff!!They are compassionate, towards your pet/owner, they explain everything in detail, so that you understand exactly what is happening with your pet, what they will be doing to see that your pet gets better.I was shown the x rays, blood test results, they were explained in detail to me and he even took me to see how she was doing while on her IV. It really put me at ease to be treated this way ! I have 2 rescue dogs from Bucheon, South Korea meat farm, that were slated to be tortured alive and then sent to a restaurant to be eaten. I explained this to Dr . P Singh and his wife and staff ,and they were truly interested/compassionate about the previous life of my dogs . Even though they are not common breeds here, he knew about them, they were treated very well. My little Jindo was quite sick and had to have surgery! I am so pleased that I found the best vet for the job! He did whatever he could to find out what the problem was and fixed her up. She is a very traumatized dog because of all she grew up with in her young life and very unapproachable. Everyone was so loving and gentle with her that she was calm and relaxed while in their care. I will be moving to our new house in Port Colborne soon ,but I guarantee I am driving here to the Falls for any vet needs for both my dogs!! I wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else, his prices are very reasonable, and he is not just about the money like some vets, he truly wants your pet to be healthy and happy! Dr Parminder Singh, his lovely wife and staff deserve much more than 5 stars!!!! I also posted on Facebook so more will know what a great place this is!!!
Took care of everything was happy to have dealt with them very friendly
They were very compassionate and understanding last year when we had to have our old guy put down. We got a new puppy in January and they have been amazing with her! She was spayed last week and they gave her lots of TLC and took great care of her. Staff is lovely and I appreciate the vet's non pressure way when dealing with difficult decisions.
Awesome Vet. Dr. Singh now owns the Clinic. I know I saw bad reviews but it may have been with the other Dr. Dr. Singh also did follow-up calls to see how our cat was doing. The prices for blood work and other services are way cheaper compared to the other vets in the area.
Tired calling this place a few times, NO answer, just a pre recorded message saying they were open but busy in the back with a client (pet). So , drove to their location to find the door locked, with a sign on the window saying to call from the car. ( we took a taxi there) . Girlfriend calls, they put her on hold ...and while on hold, come outside to tell us to take our dog to Thorold as they were too busy due to being closed on long weekend. (apparently animals don't need attention on stat holidays) . (and apparently they have never heard of hiring a receptionist like most places do)....I chose this place as it was closest to home...also, sign on the door said only 1 person allowed with the pet...We have just inherited the dog from girlfriends mom who passed away two weeks ago, gf's arm is in a sling and she can't carry the dog. She knows more of the dog's history and I know very little. ... After being refused, we went back home, tried calling another place , they answered the phone, were very polite and friendly, booked us an appointment asap, told us we could both come in with the dog and would even honour mask exemptions....
Amazing!! Amazing!! I brought my Himalayan cat in to Dr Singh and his staff actually thinking she was very sick and would have to be put down. He didn’t stop looking for answers as to why she was losing her hair and biting herself continuously until she bled. She was a complete mess He found the answer and treated her and in less than a week she is almost back to her old self Could not of asked for better care from all the awesome staff All at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely bring all my pets to Dr Singh. Truly cares
I love this place ...centrally licated ...great staff ????
To expensive
So friendly and they really care about the animals they help
I'm not the one to post bad reviews about a business but the experience myself and my boys had with this vet I truly believe our story needs to be heard... December 19th I brought my 8 year old Husky to see Dr Singh as she was breathing heavy and fast. As soon as he spoke to my son and I he made us feel that my fur baby was nothing but a cash grab for him. We decided to do process of elimination when it came to testing to figure why our husky Myla was breathing like that. The first test we decided to do was an xray to see maybe if she ate something she shouldn't of. Dr Singh insisted on sedating her for her xrays, now I'm no vet but sedating a dog who is having a hard time breathing isn't a good idea so we declined the sedation and just told Dr Singh to put a muzzle on her. After Myla's xrays where done he came into the room we were waiting in and asked for us to come and look at what he found in Myla's xrays. He explained he found fluid in her lungs , a mass by her heart and maybe a twisted stomach. He said the fluid in her lungs was pneumonia and will be treated with meds and he will see her in 10 days to discuss the mass by her heart. 48 hours later my beautiful Myla collapsed and died in my son's arms. We ended up taking her Fallsview animal hospital when she died so we can have her cremated because she died at 1235am and it was the only emergency hospital open. The following morning I called De Singhs office to let them know Myla passed and i wanted to know what to do with her medication, the receptionist informed us we can bring it back there... so on December 27th we brought Myla's medication back to the office and my son said he had a few questions for Dr Singh, his receptionist informed us that he was in surgery and she will call us when he is done and we can meet with him then. So we went back to his office and had our meeting with him and the answers we got was something I wasn't prepared to hear. We asked him how was it possible that he diagnosed Myla with pneumonia and said she will be fine and he will see her in 10 days to her dying 2 days later? His answer completely turned my stomach, he informed us that he discovered that night we had her to see him that Myla had a hole in her lung, my oldest son asked why he didnt call us to tell us and he said the surgery is expensive and only done in Guelph. My son said we should if been aware and we should of been the ones to decide our dog's fate not Dr Singh. Well all of a sudden Dr Singh changed his story and said Dr Adele from the animal hospital that we brought Myla too was the one who went to Dr Singh and looked at Myla's xray and Dr Adele is the one who found the hole and that he's a general practitioner and what happened to Myla isn't his fault. But I thought general practitioners aren't allowed to operate .... so now I still wasn't satisfied with his answer so I called Dr Adele myself and I was beyond shocked as to what he said to me. Dr Adele informed me that he NEVER spoke to Dr Singh about Myla nor did he look at Myla's xrays nor did he diagnose Myla with a hole in heart.... so now I'm confused as to why Dr Singh lied to myself, my son and my ex husband about Dr Adele .... so I am begging all my fellow fur baby parents to please please please use caution... dont let what happen to Myla happen to your loved animal family members
Friendly service and reasonable prices.
Great Vet!
Excellent vet! So kind
After reading some of these reviews I changed my mind about using this vet clinic ! The people satisfied are the ones with the money who will pay whatever the vet wants. Most of us are on tight budgets ..yet love our pets and need a vet who can work with us for the best care of our pets within our budgets so we can keep them and love them ! No one should have to give their pet (a beloved family member) away over the cost Vets charge ! If I had a Vet to work with my Budget and with me my diabetic dog would be cared for better by me ! I would have the funds to buy supplies I need BUT no they take every bit of money I have so none is left for the supplies needed ! I can do curves at home for your information better than the vets can as my dog is relaxed so I get accurate readings and I check every 2 hours for 12 hours...not like the vet testing only 3 times in only a 7.5 hours time frame !! I also get charged for a full curve also when I wouldn't even call that a full curve ! The money would better spent on supplies ! I could buy healthier REAL food if my Vet didn't force me to feed garbage Hills WD with sawdust as 3rd ingredient. I LOST all faith in Vets ! Now where do I go ???
I've been to many veterinarians before, but I find this one is the best and very affordable
Always great service! When my parents bought their new labrador puppy(Gus), they switched to Central Niagara and were very happy with the service. Gus actually loves going to the vet. When I moved back to Niagara I also brought my lab(Cooper) to Central Niagara and they have provided exceptional service at a very reasonable price . Now my sister brings her newest rescue Moose the chocolate lab! The entire staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you Central Niagara!
Such a great team at central animal hospital.I brought my dog in for an emergency c section. The staff are so friendly and take the time to answer all questions. They truly have a love for all animals and are very trustworthy. . My dog felt very comfortable there .I could not have asked for a better vet for my pets.
They called me for my consultation and it was a 2 minute conversation didn't even say anything about the dog just asked what food she eats, also gave my 1.5 lb dog flea meditation without my consent (which I didn't want because she's so tiny and doesn't even go outside) they also didnt do all of the shots my dog needed but charged me 190$ and then told me to come back for the rest of them (which I won't be). Don't go here!!
Wonderful knowledgeable caring people. Dr. Singh takes the time to listen and offer options of care. We have both dogs & cats and don't know where we would be without them. Fair pricing and ease of getting appointments. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Our 6 month old pup cut her face quite badly and needed stitches. Our own vets office was closed due to it being a weekend and the emergency vet was a 12 hr wait. We called CN animal hospital as a last resort as I had no idea who else to turn to and I am so glad we called. They took our pup in within 10 mins, checked her out and stitched her up even after saying the may not have the time due to how close it was to their closing time. Dr. Singh made the time to help us and our puppy and I can't thank him enough for that. All the staff were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. They were so compassionate and comforting and I can't thank Dr Singh and his staff enough.
As stated below, this place does not put the animal first. My experience with this place was terrible. The vet was more concerned about financial earnings then the welfare of my animal, especially in a time when my baby needed help. Also, anyone that does x rays here, and they suggest you submit them to the university, make sure you perform an audit and confirm they were actually sent, because mine were not. So where did that money go for the submission? your guess is as good as mine. Finally, make sure to do research on the medication they are selling you, the vet guide suggested price was almost half of the price i paid for my medication, meaning they are over selling generic medications to make a profit.
I have never had a bad experience there great people Dr Singh is the best very helpful and informative my pets get great care and affordable
Could not find a better vet
Very nice ..great prices
