With scheduled appointment it took more than 2 hours waiting in the parking lot without any information back from the vet. Tried to call the front desk but nobody would answer the phone. Would expect a better service for the price charged.

Very negligent! I brought my beloved snake, Noodle there to get treated for pneumonia. I was informed that he would be given shots which are very effective, and told that his condition was improving. I asked if they would be able to feed him because he hadn't been eating, he was too focused on fighting off the infection. They said snakes could go a long time without eating, but Noodle had already lost significant weight and was a juvenile, not an adult. They refused to feed him. My wife is a veterinary assistant and kept voicing her concerns and how panicked she was, she knows what she's talking about, especially when it comes to our own pets. They refused to listen and said he can go longer without food. Today Noodle died. May he rest in peace ❤ I believe he died of starvation due to complications from his pneumonia and it is on the veterinarian for not listening to our concerns and treating him properly. Do NOT take your reptiles here.

My experience here can only be described as peaceful. After having our bunny(cocoa) for over 14 years, and this being our first visit to the vet. It was a little unnerving, but that was short lived. I arrived, called in, due to Covid--19, and within 10 minutes I was in the examination room. Cocoa was a little nervous at the time, but once the Dr. Started examining him, he became very calm. We were prescribed medicine for Cocoa, and he is now doing very well, and the clinic even did a follow-up.

I don't have much experience for reference but the service here was fantastic. Polite, courteous, timely (relatively, considering current circumstances), and were so kind to my cat. I felt like we were both well taken care of. As an aside, when my friend heard that I'd be going here, he said "Tell them that Spruce says hi!" The staff were so excited and told me to say hi back, so now I'm a messenger for a dog ????

Absolutely the best vet clinic in st. John's hands down - and we tried them all too. If you can make the trip to them it will be worth it 100%. Out of all the places here the quality of care your fur baby receives is paramount - and then some. The vet staff are well trained and very empathetic. Not to mention the front of house and back end team members are all mega friendly, super knowledgeable and more than happy to help you however they can...oh and their rates are the fairest around. Been here with multiple animals of various shapes and sizes for everything including typical checkups, dental work, end of life and everything else imaginable in-between. 5 stars is not enough - kudos to the whole team at Kenmount Road Animal Hospital for all the hard work I know you guys do every single day. Super friendly and welcoming staff, Morrigan's spay was done LIGHTNING FAST, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. This was her first vet visit, and the doctor was so sweet, she put our cat (and us) at ease almost instantly. They even called a few days after surgery to make sure that everything was alright at home, and that she was recovering well. Absolutely blown away. No bad things to say at all :)

Went to get a couple of cats spayed under the SPCA PUPS program. Came back with 2 spayed cats a few hours later. One of the cats didn't react well to the anaesthetic, but she was well taken care of by the friendly staff. Have yet to find a vet with a dog-free waiting area, that 5th star is waiting for you...

I took my cat here to get neutered, I dropped him off with no problem,then about 2 hours later they called me and asked if I could pick him up, because they couldn't neuter him. And they charged me 100$ just to say they cant neuter him! What a rip off, wont be coming back here. I switched vets booked a neuter and they did it. Very unprofessional and 0% reliable. Would NOT recommend putting your pets through the stress of taking them here in a new place full of strangers for absolutely no reason. VERY VERY disappointing.

The staff are friendly, prices seem to be fair (had previously gone to another animal hospital and it cost much more to get services done there), and they do great work.

I could not reccomend a better vet. We struggled for years to find out the perfect solution to my dogs skin problems. I find the time s taken to explain things in a manner you will understand, and the care given to the animals and owners by all vets and assistants is just astounding. Sadly one of our 2 dogs passed away earlier this year, the vets and assistant did everything they could to not only take care of our dog and his needs, but did everything to ensure we knew we did everything we could as his owners as well. I will never go to another vet again, we've found our furever doctors ❤

Excellent service I called to look for an appointment for my cat due to suspected respiratory infection and even though they weren't able to get me in the lady I was talking to recommended to shut the bathroom door and turn on the shower and let the room fill with steam from the hot water.
